Back in November, 2025 we brought our car in for a cata converter replacement, we had the converter ordered in advance and during the times we had the quote generated which was $1,500+ we were given verbal promises that the car would be done same day. First day? It was not completed the same day as promised. They then said they would have the car fixed by lunch time at the latest TOMORROW, tomorrow lunch comes around? Still not done. 3rd day we got law enforcement involved to get a proper update/record as we did not have a spare vehicle to get back and forth to work and were getting fed up with the excuses, this is when Mr Gibson himself showed his ugly side and began his verbal assault towards us mocking us in front of his entire team and had embarrassingly brought us to the wrong vehicle in the bay that wasn't even ours while screaming at us. It took 3 full days and a little extra time as they stayed after close to get the vehicle done before we could finally leave their shop. They had 1 single mechanic working on the vehicle for the first 2 days and only on the 3rd day realized they needed to put more hands on the job. We were suppose to have another service order for an oil housing unit repair on our vehicle but we will not be coming back as its clear Mr Gibson and his crew are just not the right fit for us after speaking to them again today. Overall horrible experience, rude, snotty attitude from the front office ladies, and even ruder unruly behavior from the guys behind the ladies.

The Car Dealer hired AutoMotion to install a new motor with a 3 year 100,000 mile warranty. Well, 2 years and roughly 18,000 miles into the usage the motor blew again in June of 2024. I Car paid off by now but I didn't have the written paperwork for the warranty so I called the Dealership and he said to take it back to AutoMotion to be repaired. 3 months after they had it they said the motor finally came in and it would be done soon. 6 months after they said the brand new motor had a Knock in the Engine and they would not in good conscious release it to me until it was fixed. 1 YEAR AFTER FIRST RECEIVING MY CAR; they said that they were too busy to put a 3rd motor in BUT they want me to pay $758 labor for a car that wasn't working properly! I sent my Daughter to retrieve the $450 HALO boost system out of the vehicle to loan to my Daughter and the Booster is Missing. The worker at AutoMotion told my daughter "Look at the sign! We are not responsible for ANYTHING and people steal parts of these cars all the time! Not my Problem!!!" This is not how you do business! My car is being held Hostage until I pay for Bad Workmanship for a car that Doesn't run properly Exactly the same condition it was in 6 months ago when William Castle told me personally that he could not in "good conscience" release it!
