I think I found my new go-to Florist in Las Vegas! I had a certificate that I purchased through KSHP AM 1400 (Radio Shopping Show) that was good for 1 dozen roses. After inquiring over the phone whether or not I had to call ahead to order or just show up I was instructed that they would have the roses ready for me as soon as I got there. Upon arriving I was greeted by a wonderful lady who had been expecting me. After handing over my certificate she went to the back and brought out an amazing bouquet of a dozen long stemmed red roses and I was in awe and just how gorgeous these roses were. I have loved Tulips since having fond memories growing up in Ohio. I received the most gorgeous bouquet of flowers for Valentine's Day from my hubby that he ordered from A Rose Shack. My hubby knows I am not a cliched "red roses on Valentine's Day" type of girl... Roses are way down on my fave flowers list...My hubby explained this to whomever took his order. He explained the flowers I do like and said the florist promised to create something spectacular. As the Owner, Ms. Kennedy, did stand behind her word and I do know mistakes can happen, especially during this Covid 19 Pandemic period. I feel she truly stands behind her concerns and in also making sure she takes care of her customers. I received a call from a employee Tony, who advised me a refund was in process and it did show up on my credit card. I will give consideration and thought to using them in the future. ============================================================= Update 5/25/2021: I received a call & VM May 13, 2021 from the Owner, Ms. Juliette Kennedy. I returned her call 05/15/2021. Ms. Kennedy apologized to me stating the flower arrangement wasn't up to the high standards of the company. She further stated a, "refund" should already be in the works as their company policy was to immediately start a refund and that She herself, was going to reach out to my friend, in order to send her flowers she might like. I explained my friend didn't have any interest in receiving anything new but asked I get something back for the lack of quality. Ms. Kennedy stated that Customer Service was extremely important and that a full refund is what I would be receiving and that it may take up to 5 business days to show on my CC and should already be in the works. She wanted to still speak with my friend and offer her a arrangement. All this seemed very clear and understood. Ms. Kennedy asked if I would consider removing my review or updating it with the new information. I certainly offered to up the review once the credit was received. I love this florist and use them every year for my MILs birthday and Mother's Day. It's a bit pricey or delivery (depending on location I assume) but you get what you pay for and I'm always satisfied. I especially like that they email you a "Snap Bloom". It's a real time photo of the arrangement you ordered before it's off for delivery. They also tell you when it's been delivered. My MIL loves the flowers every time. read more

Ah man! I was so embarrassed when a delivery was made by this establishment to my boyfriend's Mom. So, I ordered a $65 arrangement (NOT including the $18 delivery charge) via Teleflora (A Rose Shack is one of their subcontractors), and it was an embarrassment what they sent. Also, the order was supposed to come with a Lenox bowl which was why I chose the arrangement. Did they send the arrangement with a Lenox bowl? Nope! Did they notify me that they were going to send an awful replacement? Nope! So disappointing. Got my money back through Teleflora, went to Whole Foods off the strip and bought a much more attractive arrangement for the fraction of the price ($45) and delivered it myself! Perhaps there was a miscommunication between A Rose Shack and Teleflora, and they aren't completely to blame... I don't know... I don't recommend them - my personal experience was really bad. read more

The absolute best rose shop I've ever been to (and will only continue to go)!! As with any boyfriend (or significant other) I decided to order roses for my girlfriend on Valentine's Day. Already knowing that it would be a zoo the day of, I went to the shop 2 weeks earlier and put my order in as well as proclaiming I would be picking them up on the 14th. Went very smooth so far. Anyway, went to shop on the 14th around 9am and asked for my roses, and guess what? As expected, it was a zoo AND! To my surprise, my order wasn't even made yet! Now comes the great part: later on after calling the store and explaining my situation, the owner, Juliet, made it her personal mission to make things right. Today I celebrated my life. I had heart surgery (AVR) 10 years ago, just a month after my 21st birthday. Today was very emotional for me and meant a whole lot!
