What an incredibly cute and convenient place, right off of the Allen Street Historical area and across from the Tombstone Chamber of Commerce. Staff (just two of them) were extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Will definitely be staying there again!!! We stayed at Katie's Cozy Suites, which is attached to the museum and has your own private access door to the World's Largest Rose Tree.

The gentleman who takes your entrance fee is an absolute ***hole! Those of us traveling from another State, would not expect to pay an entrance to see a rose tree, as we also don't know it's a museum. (A whole 3 rooms museum)! It wasn't the fee it was his attitude! Extremely rude, condescending and damn near threw the post cards and my cc at me. If I didn't drive 3 hours and come from Seattle I would have told him to shove it up his own butt! Fire him, get someone who has an interest in showing and telling people about the museum. I will not be back and I will NOT tell people to see the tree. Side note - I just learned, my cousin had a poor experience with him 3 weeks ago. They bought a package that gave them $1.00 off the tree museum, he snapped at her "It's only $5.00 anyway", well then don't advertise it's $4.00. If you don't want visitors, you have the right employee! Absurd and actually a very sad representation of your town!

Couldn't pass up the opportunity to see the world's largest rose bush tree. I did a quick tour through the museum, which was fine. They now have a balcony built where you can see the top of the rose bush, too.

    Really cool clock..

This place is amazing! The rose tree is HUGE! So beautiful! There are some interesting stuff inside, as well, (collection of locks).

I love Tombstone, it's super cheesy but they know what they've got and they lean into it all the way. Everyone in town is incredibly friendly and genuinely seems happy to be there and share their city's history, absolutely recommended! The Rose museum features a wonderful recreation of a period homestead and displays a wide array of aritfacts from the time, ranging from the mandatory guns to silver coins and old-timet appliances. The rose bush itself is genuinely impressive. At over 100 years oldthis thing is HUGE! Highly recommend visiting in late March/early April when it's in full bloom. The scent of roses in the garden is absolutely delightful

Fun and inexpensive stop. Located right across from the trolley depot, you ca get get $1 off the entrance fee of $5pp if you show them your trolley ticket. The location houses the World's Largest Rose Tree (in Ripley's Believe it or Not) which blooms each April. We were there while it was in bloom and figured let's go see this famous tree. My mom loved it and I thought it was pretty cool. I didn't realize they also had a museum too until we got inside. The tree is located in an inner courtyard and is like 8000 sq feet with a 6-ft trunk base. They hold it up with pillars. Because the area completely covers the courtyard, the tree is called the Shady Lady. The rose was brought over from Scotland in the 1880s and the same family has owned the location since shortly thereafter. The guy that runs the entrance is the great great grandson of the woman who saved the tree and kept it going. So talk to him as he (as well as the tree) is a living part of Tombston history! The museum is also very nice and has a cute cat who was sleeping so comfy on a historic bed :D

I have lived in Vail AZ for 15 years and it was not until recently that someone I work with asked me if I have ever been to see the worlds largest rose bush in Tombstone. I had NO idea what he was talking about, as many times as I have been to Tombstone. How did I not know about this gem of a museum/site? We made a special drive up, it was worth it even through the rose bush was not in bloom. It costs $5 to get in -- totally worth it (your ticket is a cute postcard you can send to someone). There is SO much history in the museum part of this site. So many cool historical artifacts. The rose bush is gargantuan. I actually just sat out there and looked at it for 30 minutes... there are little tables/chairs outside. There is also an adorable dog that pads around the museum, his owner mans the front desk as you enter. Any place that is dog friendly, is a place I am gonna love.

Worth it to see the huge Rose Tree (very picture worthy as well) but also check out the other artifacts and static displays of what real life was like back then. I'd arrive early as it becomes a little crowded later on during the day. One of the landmarks of Tombstone that should not be missed.

Cute little museum with very friendly kitty you can pet. Back area has huge rose bush that blooms in April.

It was fun to walk through the museum, and also to see the garden in the back. It was serene and unlike anything I've seen. It would look even nicer in April, although it's still lovely during other times of the year.

Somehow somewhere I heard about a "Tombstone Rose"... and you can only get them "IN" Tombstone... So for some reason I just knew that I had to get one! I walked around town like a fool thinking where am I going to find this elusive "Tombstone Rose" ... and right around the corner I see this sign... my mind had to think about a it a bit... so stop in and asked "Do you have a Tombstone Rose?" Why yes, they did! They have cuttings planted to sell, she said for me to go in and pick one out so I got the see the huge Rose Tree while I was in there... very cool! I didn't look around at the museum but I'm sure it's cool too. When in Tombstone... plan to bring home a "Tombstone Rose"!!!

Huge, old, and even though it was nowhere near in bloom (we saw it in December), quite lovely.

BEST STORE IN TOMBSTONE !!!!…read more Honestly, I have to say I had a great time in this store/museum. This is a profound collection of multi-culture oddities! The staff who I believe were the owners, were fantastic! They were personable and knowledgeable and took great care in wrapping my delicate items (I purchased a fully articulated bird skeleton in a delicate glass case as well as a taxidermied furry bat) as well as some odds and ends, crystals, Buffalo teeth and some AMAZING buttons ! Marshall Applewhites "Beam me up"! Baaaahahahaha! Everything made it back to San Diego with no problem ! They also gave me a few free incense sticks and a tombstone sticker. I can tell that the owners absolutely love their store and one even commented that it was his dream to have this place. The energy is palpable and gratitude is genuine. I also appreciated hearing the gal very lovingly dispel stereotypes to a curious customer regarding voodoo/witchcraft and energy and spell work. The passion is noticeable. I encourage anyone to visit this store while you are in tombstone and see the cool museum in the back that is really neat! Support these folks ! Blessed be.
