I am disappointed to say I would not return to this coffee shop. Perhaps I caught them at a bad time of day, they were starting to close. The young that made my coffee tried her best, but it was very obvious this was not a usual thing for her to do, my coffee ended up tasting like lukewarm milk. Needed a bite to eat before attending the witch museum. I got the grilled cheese and tomato soup and this was by far the best grilled cheese I've had. I've ordered grilled cheese before and had them mess it up. I know melting cheese shouldn't be hard, but some restaurants can't get it right. The bread was perfectly crispy and buttery. Lots of cheese so I was a happy camper. Soup was flavorful! The restaurant is adorable and connected to a little indoor mall area. Definitely a lot of options but you should come to this spot and have a little bite or a good drink! read more

You have to come here to try the pistachio and rose croissant! You may need to ask for it a day in advance because the owner doesnt keep them ready because people don't usually ask for them, but i would absolutely come back to Salem just for those croissants. read more

We read only walked into this place hungry and needing coffee. We were pleasantly surprised but the cute little shop instead and how amazing the food and coffee was!! I came in looking for cupcakes, I walked around a large part of Salem and was unable to find a cupcake. However, in this location, there was a slice of carrot cake with cream cheese frosting on it, which was absolutely delicious. That is all I tried there so I cannot talk more. Seating is spacious. This place was formerly a pop-up at Sale Spice and Pickering Wharf. They have all their amazing syrups, jams, etc. Plus- they now have a huge cafe with coffee, tea, pastries, breakfast, lunch, etc. I stopped by on my walk to the train and was pleasantly surprised that they open so early (great for commuters!). I would give 10 starts if i could, i came in on October 1st not realizing it was the start of October fest and the store was very busy I got the hot Apple cider very fast and it was so delicious! My best friend said her BLT and latte were delicious too. As well, i witnessed i believe the owner perfectly handled a ridiculously rude customer who was yelling at her and threatening to her her shut down over a cold Apple cider (which I personally liked it not super hot ‍) and saying he will leave a bad review for having to wait 15 min while the entire store was extremely packed, so as someone who worked in food service before i understand waiting will happen, especially in salem on October 1st ! I even told him it was just a drink but he continued to act like a child having a tantrum. Cutest place loved the decor, delicious food, loved it definitely will be back !!! read more

The deserts are amazing. The coffee is decent. The ambiance is very simple no frills kind of cafe however the price is FULL of frills. 6 dollars for a cookie? 7 dollars for a scone?! WHAAT? No way. Don't get me wrong, the stuff they have is good but not that good. My son and I stopped in here for a late lunch. It has a really nice atmosphere. The staff and owner are very friendly and professional as well. All the food we ordered was excellent. We got a chocolate twist, caprese sandwich, BLT sandwich and an iced mocha. The twist was perfect and the sandwiches were so yummy! My Caprese sandwich was fresh and delicious. I kept stealing sips from my son's mocha too. It is one of the best mochas I've had in town. There were also fresh made chocolates that looked very tempting. I had the best breakfast sandwich i've had in years! The atmosphere is warm and friendly. Everything is made fresh and their pastry options are to die for! This is great place to come for breakfast, lunch, and to grab sweets. They also have in house made jams, infused-sugars, honey, coffee and much more with REAL ingredients! The young lady taking the orders did not give me my whole order, then when I reminded her she told me that I did not order it. After I paid for all of it. If I said I had a Bad experience I would be Lying it was a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE, got there waited when there was no one in line, they seem unhappy. People should cover their hair to work with food. Will be calling the city to complain about that! I did not expected that type of service from locals (Jessica wasn't there but Roseadela was the one to give us side eyes), other places I have been treated me like equals, in this place I felt mistreated and humiliated. The woman working today was extremely rude. I went to the public bathroom in the mall to find no toilet paper. A woman said to me she got napkins from the coffee shop down the wing. I walked in, I said excuse me to the worker, she INSTANTLY looked annoyed and stopped smiling. I said "can I steal a couple napkins" With a huge attitude she said "um...are you a customer?" I said "I can be" she huffed loudly, looked back at her POS system, and said "if you're a customer". I said "I'm sorry to have bothered you" and walked out. She had dark hair and glasses, and was young-ish. I asked for a couple napkins. I even offered to buy something so i could be a customer. Absolutely insane the attitude she had.
