I ordered this cake for my 60th birthday and paid $100+. Janet did a good job, but it doesn't quite look like the picture I gave her. Recently Rosebeary's bakery at Northpark mall started making sandwiches. I work daily at the mall and really liked the sandwich I had ordered at Rosebeary's a few weeks ago. Rosebeary's bakes their artisan bread daily and when combined with shaved ham, Swiss cheese, mustard, Lettuce, tomato, purple onions creates an outstanding sandwich. You can get a quality, hot, & super tasty sandwich plus a bag of chips for a bit more than five bucks. They make custom cakes, pies, cookies, and an assortment of pastries. Super yummy. Best bargain in the mall. It won't be the last time I order from them. read more

What a nice little bakery! Lots of people told me before coming here to try it as they've had the Lady who owns it wedding cakes and they were delicious!! I've been in twice and first time I got a red velvet cupcake the next time I got a snickerdoodle cookie. The cupcake was good and moist. The snickerdoodle cookie was out of this world! It was so gooey and yummy!!! I definitely need to keep them in mind for any catering needs I have because they were just fabulous and very decently priced at $1.25 a cookie! Also the cookies were big also I usually feel like I get ripped off by bakeries buying a cookie that is too bites. I'm proud to say at the bottom of my to go bag there were two decently sized crumbs that I may have ate from the bottom! The girls working who appeared to be her daughters were so kind and friendly. They also had numerous samples on the counter of new items they're trying out such as chocolate croissants or they're classics like lemon squares! Just what northpark mall needed! I am a picky cookie eater. I rarely go out of my way for them because of that fact. After trying nearly every cookie here over a handful of visits, most were hard and lacked moisture. Nothing I couldn't make in my own kitchen. Only mine are even be better since I make them softer. They do have cupcakes but very few and nothing that looked interesting. From the cake Wall of Fame to the feminist iconology, it is kind of an odd place run by odd people. They would not even serve me something as simple as water. Tiny little place with some of the friendliest service i've gotten recently! Came here on a saturday morning and ordered a 6 batch of cake tastings and a few other treats for the time being. This place also offers live cake tastings during the week, I believe tuesdays but don't quote me on that. They offer many flavors of cakes to choose from, but they also offer to make really creative cakes and many little desserts for the casual visitors; upside down pineapple, banana, brownies, snickerdoodle, the usual stuff. Look on their wall, they have amazing creations showing! Overall great experience here, and wonderful desserts, no complaints. I ordered a groom's cake for my son's wedding and could not have been happier with the result. I took a SnapBack hat in with his business logo on it and asked that they copy it. It was made of chocolate cake and was an incredible likeness. We received tons of compliments on the finished product and it tasted good as well. The staff I dealt with was friendly and professional. Stopped by after lunch to grab some dessert. Very tiny bakery with a decent selection of desserts. They had your typical goodies, brownies, lemon bars, cookies, muffin, etc. I ended up getting the chocolate oatmeal cookie? Reminded me of the "no-bake" cookies but if I remember right, she said there's not peanut butter in it. I COULD be wrong. I would like try their cupcakes or cake one day. Went there for the first time today. Prices are excellent. I got the chocolate chip, red velvet, and snickerdoodle cookie. Chocolate chip consistency was great but a bit too buttery. Yesterday, I went to a cake tasting here at Rosebeary's in Nichols Hills. We tried twelve different flavors and all were delicious! The cake texture was great and the owner was extremely professional and kind unlike another place I recently experienced. They mostly do wedding cakes in both buttercream and fondant, and their cakes are gorgeous! My friend is throwing a reception (she already is married) and this was the best cake shop we tried as far as customer service and taste quality of cake. The location however is a bit difficult to find, you have to turn on the street right before Irma's Burger Shack if you are heading west on 63rd street, and it's in the same 'shopping complex' (I don't know what else to cal it) as State Beauty. read more

I went to my friend's wedding this weekend who had a gorgeous rosebearys cake. It was four tiers and each tier was a different flavor. White with almond, blueberry, peaches and cream and lemon something. I had some of the white tier and ohemgee it was soooo good. Moist..melt in mouth..frosting not too sweet so my sister, who isn't usually a fan of sweet frosting, was able to eat it. The cake was decorated beautifully with chiffon touches and edible pearls with golden flowers. I also liked the cute oil rig cake for the grooms cake which was chocolate.
