Horrible, horrible funeral home! Had my children's father's viewing here and it was disgusting. The AC wasn't working. The thermostat was literally reading 89 degrees inside. So many people in a small space, trying to say their last goodbyes and this place wasn't up to par. So hot, flies everywhere. Family was trying to shoo flies off my ex husbands body. When we asked about turning the AC on, they said it is on. When they realized it wasn't working, they brought huge fans in that didn't do anything at all. Their social skills suck. This place is disgusting, do not come here if you're having a funeral during covid 19. They had my loved ones funeral outside in a ally with oil stains on the floor from the cars. The disrespect is unbelievable. I really wish I could've known these were the conditions. So much money for a shitty place. We couldn't even hear the father preach with all the cars passing by & the music playing for their cars. This is something I will always regret coming to this place. Only good thing was getting to say goodbye to my loved one. The little memorial cards were made on yellow paper. I could've made that. THEY DONT EVEN WEAR MASK!!!
