Glenn's mortuary was referred to us on a list provided by the LA County Coroner's office. I called every one of them. None came even close to the comfort and helping hand I found in Glenn over the phone. I knew right away he was the right choice. Everything was handled over the phone as it was what they call 'a direct cremation' which is a very simple, and inexpensive, way to handle this sensitive matter. He would even be able to arrange special delivery of the cremation remains but we opted to go into town to receive them. Everything can be handled from afar is my point in case you live out of town. He also will perform complete funeral ceremonies tailored to your and your loved one's desires. He has been doing this for decades and still is as caring and understanding a person you would wish for under such sensitive circumstances. White's Funeral Home was very efficient, great at explaining the process, and amazing with providing necessary updates. Jennifer Carrillo was always available to answer my calls or any questions that came up during the process. Although the pandemic did place a delay on picking up my mother's remains, Jennifer always remained in touch with me and sincerely apologized for the delay.
