The doctor was friendly and knowledgeable. He gave me a clear rundown of my treatment options and clearly explained the costs. I was able to get in and out in a decent account of time and my cat recovered very well. I appreciate the home remedies the doctor also suggested. I still utilize those tips. This place is a gem.

At the time, I was told that there was nothing more that could be done beyond managing his condition with long-term medication. I later discovered that the clinic's medication prices were substantially higher than what I could obtain through Chewy, so I began filling his prescriptions there instead. The clinic approved several prescription refills, but then informed me that they would no longer authorize refills without additional blood work. I recently paid approximately $200 for an office visit, during which the veterinarian stated that my dog was retaining fluid. Despite this, my dog's Lasix dosage was reduced. This was confusing to me, especially given the seriousness of his condition. I have also experienced concerns regarding pricing. For example, I was charged $35 for a body spray that can be purchased online for $19.99. When I asked about returning it, I was told there was a strict no-return policy, although I did not see that policy clearly stated on my receipt. Beyond the financial concerns, I feel that customer service has deteriorated. I found my interactions with management to be rude, dismissive, and overly focused on generating revenue rather than prioritizing patient care and client concerns. After being a client for many years, I am deeply disappointed by my recent experiences and no longer feel confident recommending this clinic. I've also noticed that since 2019 there do not appear to be any African American employees working at this facility, whereas before 2019 there were several. I'm not claiming to know the reasons for this change, but I do believe consumers have the right to consider a company's hiring practices and workforce representation when deciding where to spend their money. We arrived in a state of emergency--Nigel was bleeding profusely, and both of us were covered in blood. Unfortunately, the initial experience at the front desk was deeply distressing. I was met with coldness and a focus on payment processing that felt completely disconnected from the urgent, life-threatening situation unfolding before them. In a moment of panic and trauma, that lack of empathy was incredibly painful. However, I feel it is vital to acknowledge the medical team that stepped in. Once we moved past the front desk, the level of care shifted entirely. I want to express my deepest gratitude to the veterinary assistants and to Dr. Wheet. Your genuine empathy, professional support, and kindness during such a horrific process were my only source of comfort. Dr. Wheet and the medical staff are the sole reason I am giving this clinic four stars. They provided the high-quality, compassionate care that Nigel--and any pet owner in crisis--deserves. I truly hope the administrative team takes this feedback to heart, because the front-of-house experience does not currently reflect the high standard of care provided by your doctors and assistants.

I work in the medical field and if I dared to call a patient trash etc I would have lost my job but instead the patient is wrong and I am kicked out. So I guess it's ok for that office to call patients whatever and the doctors believed it was all my fault
