I've had excellent service at memorial urgent care center. Today, I hit the lottery because when I…read morepulled up there was no one in the waiting room. I had been bitten by dozens of red ants on my feet and one of the bites was infected. They quickly and compassionately took care of me. I was given antibiotics and the doctor advised me to wear open toed shoes for a while. She also told me to lay off of the hydrogen peroxide for the time being as it was burning the infection site. From start to finish, everyone was kind and helpful! I consider Memorial Urgent Care to be my go to place for Urgent Care.

He took the time to explain everything thoroughly, answered all my questions with patience, and was just overall very kind and professional. I'm so used to having to wait up to hours at doctors offices, so the fact that the experience was efficient and prompt will definitely ensure that I go back for my next scheduled visit.

They changed my appointment without notification, I was supposed go on September 11th and they called me to tell me (a month early) my appointment was the next day (less than 24 hours). The woman at the front desk was very pleasant when checking me in. I think today may have been "Bring your kids to work day". 2. The office sent me a text with a link to complete 17 pages of forms, prior to my appointment. I spent 2 hours trying to complete the forms, three times. I kept receiving an error message that my signature could not be verified. I had to complete the paperwork again in the office. 3. My appointment was the last appointment of the morning, scheduled for 10:30am. I was s not seen by the Doctor until 12:15pm. 4. This appointment was made for my annual well visit. Because I was considered a new patient, I was required to pay a co-pay of $20. I also wanted to interview the new Doctor. 5. I was given the opportunity to speak to the Doctor about any medical concerns and was given a brief exam to include, my blood pressure reading, weight, the Doctor listened to heart and lungs, checked my neck glands, throat, ankles, and stomach.The doctor went over my medications with me. I was given the opportunity to ask several questions of the Doctor regarding his practice. Dr. Gutierrez had a wonderful bedside manner and was very thorough with his exam. The office staff is bilingual and very warm and friendly.
