Such a delicious bagel, my favorite in the area!! Service is always great and there's a line which means it's good. Plenty of chairs inside to sit down. I always have to get two bagels one for the walk home and one for home. Can't mention they have delicious Challah bread. Also, thanks, Danielle :) you made my breakfast experience that much better! Overall, 8.5 out of 10 ! Highly recommend.

Stopped in looking for a new bagel place. Their egg bagel was very soft, there was a good amount of bacon and cheese to egg. I may try a regular bagel next time instead of egg. The coffee was very sweet. Almost too sweet. The services was friendly and good came out quick. We will definitely be back as we continue our search.

Top spot to grab a quick breakfast downtown near Five Points. Whether ordering in person or to go, the food is ready quick and good quality. I think it is one of the better homemade bagels in Denver. My go to is the Jersey Boy, as this is one of the few spots in Denver that serves Taylor Ham. Comes loaded with meat and always takes me back home to NJ every time I have it. Would recommend to anyone looking for a quick breakfast sandwich/bagel in the area.

Got takeout and it didn't disappoint. Tried a breakfast bagel sandwich and the matzo ball soup. Competes with the other great bagel places around Denver.

5/5 and cannot wait to come back! This place is huge, the staff is awesome, and the options are wild! The French is sandwhich is a sausage egg & cheese with a cinnamon bagel smothering in syrup- what!!!! Lots of great bagel and sandwhiches choices with truly unique flavors. The sample cream cheese was lavender and it was beautifully delicious! Great spot!

Ahhh one of my favorite places in Denver to grab a bite! I've been to Rosenberg's a few times, and the Standard (gravlax sandwich) is always the way to go, even recommended by those that work here. There's plenty of places to sit inside to enjoy your food and not feel rushed. They're open at 7am daily - great spot to grab basic bagels and schmear or something fancier.

ahhh so yummy!!! they dont toast bagels here but you can ask them to "press it" i think? (the nice girl taking my order told me this). bagel was fresh, cream cheese didn't miss. i was super happy and cant wait to keep coming back. verrry delicious.

My go to spot for bagels in the morning and another later during my hike every year I stop by in Denver. The sturgeon BLT is my absolute favorite with onion garlic bagels, you won't regret it.

I was in the mood for a breakfast bagel and saw this place had plenty of options. As you arrive, GPS dropped us to the back of the shop and looks like where folks that have pickup orders go to. As you walk through, you can see through the windows, their team prepping the ingredients for the day which was neat to see. As we went to the counter to order, I went with the Heartattack bagel. The everything bagel was a firm but yet soft consistency. The meats were all good and went well with the melted cheese and eggs. One thing I wish they did was toast the bagel as the food was a bit luke warm when it arrived at our table and would had kept it hotter with a crunch. The service was great and seating area kept clean by their team. So many options and only so many meals...I will have to definitely return!

Chicken Delight

I kid you not, the chicken delight was the best bagel I have ever had in my life. So much flavor, so soft, and so filling. It was obvious the restaurant is a crowd favorite; the line was wrapped around the building! I wish we had bagels as good as these back home. The service was great despite how busy everyone was. They were helpful in giving us suggestions based on preferences. The restaurant has many tables, so plenty of room to sit. It was also very clean and the staff was cleaning spots at all times. Can't wait to come back when I come back to Denver!

Loved this place! From the moment you walk in it's like you're transported to an authentic New York deli. Besides the unique bagels (can't find an egg bagel anywhere else) They have challah, Taylor ham, bialy's, babkas, and everything in between. I couldn't decide what to go with - the LEO or a ham/egg cheese combo - i went with the latter on an egg bagel and it was one of the yummiest I've ever had. The bagel was amazing, so unique and really eggy, and the egg and meat was cooked perfectly. My boyfriend had the heart attack on a salt bagel and it was also delicious. We ended up getting the chocolate babka and two challahs to go as well. Amazing. They have merch and the entire place holds the theme so well. They even have an area near the pickup zone where they have two sampling Stations, one to try the pretzel bagel with the honey mustard cream cheese (omg, and i don't even like honey mustard) and another veggie cream cheese bagel sample combo. Everything was amazing. The staff was so nice and sweet, really great vibes. I'll be bringing my mom here (she's a New Yorker) to get her cosign soon.

What I ordered: -Ronnie's Favorite on Egg Everything Bagel [5/5] _ I've heard so many people rave about this bagel spot in Denver, so I knew I had to check it out! The ambiance is adorable, with a vibe that instantly reminded me of New York delis. I went for "Ronnie's Favorite" on an egg everything bagel. At first, I was a bit skeptical about the egg bagel, worried it might taste too "eggy," but to my surprise, it wasn't noticeable at all. The staff mentioned that the egg makes the bagel softer. The bagel itself was incredible, with fresh, flavorful salmon and a tangy dill cream cheese that paired beautifully. They also added cucumbers for an extra crunch, and it was the perfect touch. Plus, they throw in a free bag of chips, which complemented the bagel nicely. All in all, a fantastic breakfast spot that definitely lives up to the hype!

Rosenbergs is still my go-to place to get bagels, challah, desserts, etc. Service is friendly as always and I feel like I should know their names because I recognize a couple of them. I probably come here every other week. Keep being the best!!!

What happened to your kosher location?

They still have two locations. The one in Aurora has what you're looking for.

Is Rosenberg's Bagels & Delicatessen going to open in Houston, Tx?

Why on earth would they do that.

Did you get a toaster yet?

Toasting is acceptable in the privacy of your own home ;) with that said, if you’d like your bagel warmed up, ask to have it griddled and we’ll be happy to accommodate you.

Do you make any gluten free bagels?

Unless I've missed something, there is not a gluten-free bagel option at this time.

While the former Ambli space has been brightened and renovated to look very much like an east shore market, the seating is less than comfortable. I guess the combo of poor food, bad service and uncomfortable seating is great for turning tables? I will put aside the TERRIBLE service and focus purely on the food. We ate at Zaidy's for breakfast. Many of the breakfast sandwiches are based on their in-house-made bagels. This is a failure! The bagels taste stale for "freshly made" and I find it very odd for a Jewish-themed joint to toss bacon into the sandwich (I personally love bacon, BTW). So setting aside the shanda (shame) bacon...with the cheese, there is an utter lack of seasoning. The breakfast sandwich came with home fried potatoes which were cooked nice and crisp but lacking any seasoning whatsoever. The latke grilled cheese looks appealing but is basically a greasy sponge filled with limp tomato and undercoooked cheese. And finally, the blintzes are an embarrassment to any self-respecting Jew. Zaddy's version are these small pockets that are under fried and more the size of a hamantaschen than a true blinze. I see no reason to rush back. Another few blocks down the street is Sam's 3, where a far better breakfast could be realized and Rosenberg's bagel on Monoco for better bread (albeit that Rosenberg's doesn't serve sandwiches)

I would strongly recommend people to stay away from the food they serve here unless maybe you are…read morewanting a cold sandwich and I am told they have good beer. They simply Do Not care about general food safety getting a hot meal here is rather risky I will explain why. My friend was a cook here for a short while and quit on them once he realized they care nothing about serving food that is safe to eat, he saw them do sooo many things that would easily make the food contaminated and unsafe to eat and somehow that was there process of doing things. Here are a couple examples of menu items one should try to steer clear of Chicken parm sandwich- they cook off a large batch of the chicken cutlets and let them sit at room temp for a hour or two until someone orders one they refries them for a minute or so, your supposed to keep food hot once it is cooked especially chicken to leave cooked chicken at room temp for so long is extremely risky to the public's health. Meatball sandwich- they leave there meatballs on the hot line all day then they save all of the hot food items from the day and reuse them the next day without properly cooling any of the food and the cooks will leave these item sit out at room temp for about 45 mins before even putting them into the cooler. Many issues with this practice first of all hot food should be discarded after 5 hours according to the health department because after 5 hours it will start growing bacteria, to leave it on a hot line all day then save them for the next day and not even cool them down properly is Crazy risky to people's health and they do not just do this with the meatballs they do it for many of there hot dishes they are used for days on in, not properly cooled and not properly tracked for how many times it has been reheated and such me they keep them in the same pans it's flat out gross. Other issues my friend encountered there was never seeing anyone at all wash there hands at any point in time, a ancient dishwashing machine that didn't clean anything at all it didn't even get hot so half of there dishes are greasy and have food residue on them, in his short time there he saw people fired for no reason what's so ever from what he was told the owner fires people left and right and doesn't even give reasons as to why, that's why they have ads up on indeed looking for employees 24/7.

I didn't realize that this part of Colfax was Park Hill! I saw a lot of other interesting places nearby. Can't wait to go back and wander!
