Two friends warned me not to go here per there experience but it is close amd I assumed she could not screw up 3 clients in a row. Also the staff have no idea how much you owe or is covered by your dental records. They just throw out numbers and see if you will pay. my worst experience with a medical representative in my life and I still have to go back again to have them install the "real", "final" permanent crown I am due

The clinic is very clean (my 3yr old son actually said "I like it here Mommy, its nice"). Anna was very thorough with my routine check up and cleaning, she explained everything. Her hands are so light and she actually did the cleaning herself (some dentist have their assistants to do it for them). She really took her time. They also have a goodie bag for you to take home with more dental stuff in it compared to other dental clinics. They even gave my son a Giraffe peds toothbrush! They are so patient and nice when my son was loosing it (after almost 2 hours of just being in the corner with my cellphone) while they are fixing my chipped tooth. The nice lady at the front (entertained my son with crayons and papers) and the one assisting her are very accommodating as well (sorry forgot your names!) My husband will have his check up this week so I hope he gets the same treatment just like how they accommodated me. Everyone was just great, they treat you as a family.

I love being a patient of Dr. Ritter's! It's one of the few offices I go to where I don't just feel…read morelike a patient but it feels like family. Everyone on his staff is 100% dedicated to dentistry and love what they are doing. I started going to Dr. Ritter in November 2016 for a crown issue that was never resolved from when I lost two front teeth as a child. Dr. Ritter patiently explained my options and I knew I was in good hands. I had to go in for several appointments because the type of dental work I needed was extensive and he really was not only beyond knowledgeable about what he was doing but personable as well. His assistant was also great to me. Together they both anticipated my needs before I even had to express them and I felt comfortable everytime I had to get in the chair for further work. When it got down to choosing the right type of shading and fit for my new crown's, Dr. Ritter analyzed with me every step of the way the right shading, color and shape of my new teeth. He kept assuring me that he would make sure that I would be happy with the final result and would accept nothing less. After so many years I finally have a confident smile I love and it is all because of Dr. Ritter and his staff. Now I go there regularly to have my teeth cleaned by the hygienists who are both fantastic and have always given me the most careful and thorough cleaning. In fact before I started going there, I didn't even know a cleaning was supposed to be like that. It was above and beyond anything I had experienced before. And even though he doesn't have to, the office staff tell me that Dr. Ritter makes it a priority to see each patient himself after each cleaning. And with every cleaning, when I am done he arrives at the door to check in. If every doctor were like Dr. Ritter, people who normally don't go to the dentist on a regular basis certainly would. So happy I found Dr. Ritter and his entire team for my dental needs!!

The front office is far from helpful and there's no communication. Just pure confusion. No answers and when you ask them a question, they don't send the question to the dr so I get nowhere. It's too bad they don't have direct numbers to the dentists themselves.

I called Dr. Sung Hee Cho's office at Riverside Oral Surgery on 11/13/23 for an appointment. They…read moreconfirmed that Dr. Cho took my insurance as an in network provider and I was given an appointment for 11/28/2023. On 11/14/23 the receptionist left a voicemail to discuss payment prior to my visit. When I called back I was informed by the receptionist that because I was seeing Dr. Cho for a "syndrome", Dr. Cho told the receptionist I would be denied in network benefits and I would be required to pay $350 for an initial consultation. I confirmed with the receptionist that patients who did not see Dr. Cho for a "syndrome" would be entitled to in network benefits. I was told that Dr. Cho would keep my appointment for 11/28/23 if I paid $350 in cash instead of affording me the ability to use my in network benefits. I will be reporting Dr. Cho to my insurance company and to the Attorney General's office. It is stressful enough to have a rare condition and a "syndrome". Dr. Cho could have easily stated that he does not treat my condition of Ernest Syndrome. However, he chose to still see me and take advantage of a patient trying to get out of pain for $350.
