I even overheard a situation where a staff member calmly tried to raise a concern, and the manager flipped the issue back on them instead of addressing it. WORST HAIRCUT EVER…read more Cindy cut my hair way too short. I asked for 2 inches, at most 2.5 inches off. I walked out with 4 inches off my length and I cried in my car after leaving. I wore my glasses today so I had to take them off during my haircut so I was unable to see but how did TWO INCHES turn to FOUR?!? My long hair that was close to my bottom is now up above mid back. I kept emphasizing I want to keep my hair LONG. Be firm on your boundaries and what you want. I usually get my haircut once a year and now this makes me never want to even cut my hair ever again. How hard is it to just listen to what the client want?! I haven't had hair this short since grade school. I've never felt so ugly and I hated that I had to pretend this was ok.
