Customer service is geared towards their people! I was placed on a long hold all because I had a question while placing my phone over the phone order! I then stepped in to place my order because I was driving in the direction while over the phone! Get there and was not greeted & after receiving my $32 order I was told they DONT GIVE CHIPS AND DIP WITH EVERY ORDER! Which was a LIE I guess they tell to certain customers! I have been coming to Rose's for the past several months & I have only found 2 things to complain about. First, they are completely closed on Wednesdays. Next, they have increased prices in the past couply months. 3/$10 birria tacos are now 3/$11.50. Still not a bad deal and totally worth it because the tacos are DELICIOUS and the jus that comes with it is simply amazing. House margaritas are now $6.50 instead of $6 I still love Rose's and as long as they serve tacos & margaritas, I'll keep coming back! * Shoutout to Jésus the main server/manager. I knew this place was going to be good based on the location and look! It's hole-in-the-wall restaurant and I am not knocking on it. Food is a hidden gem. Everything is always fresh and delicious. We eat here at least 1 every other month and sometimes 1 per month. The food quantity is good, the customer service is good. You can tell they are getting more customers since they are doing online ordering. The inside is not too big but big enough to sit down eat and enjoy the food. This little family oriented restaurant was very good. I was looking for some good authentic tacos. The restaurant is on a lot with a convenience gas store,laundromat and some more storefronts. The customer service was good. When I walked in,there was a jukebox blurring Latino sounds and there were a few people eating in and a few waiting for food. I ordered pork tacos on corn tortilla,which I didn't care for the corn tortillas,so next time I will get flour tortilla. I also ordered pork tamales,and beef tongue taco. This restaurant is a hidden gem. My washer broke down and I was at the laundry next door. I was hungry so I went in without great expectations but boy was I fooled. The tacos were absolutely amazing. Paid 66 Bucks. For 8 Birria tacos had the add extra meat because they hardly give you any . No chips and salsa ( not for free unless you eat there). This is truly a hidden gem!! Stopped in here on a whim, nothing else was open on the 4th of July. Service was wonderful and the food was fabulous and authentic!! No alcohol...Although I love a good margarita with Mexican food, I'm willing to make the drive just for the food. They've only been open a year. Would love to see this place flourish!! Nesstled in a little strip mall, Rose's Taco Grill hits the spot when I get THE CRAVING. Quaint little restaurant with a few booths and tables. Both times I came, there were very few people dining but that didn't stop me from placing an order. Stopped by and grabbed 2 chicken tamales. Talk about solid authentic Mexican food outside of Atlanta in the suburbs. The only way I would have know is my friend that was staying with lives in Clayton, GA. The family that owns the business the sons use to work with my friend. He raves about it so wanted me check it out. I was happy that he did! In the south am sure Mexican food not exactly the in food or especially outside of the city am sure it hard to find solid authentic Mexican food. At Rose's Taco Grill literally family run business from the cooks, manager, and wait staff. You can tell in the food. The tacos were legit street style tacos. I wanted lengua. Unfortunately they were out. I went with tripas and carne asada. Lengua always my favorite taco. The tripas would be solid second choice. Lot of times never see tripas see street tacos on menu. So I was excited get my tripas on again!!! I got the works with onions and cilantro. Both were really good. You got nice portion of the protein, nice hot, and the corn tortilla was tasty. The splash of fresh lime juice brings everything together. I also ordered Gorditas with al pastor meat. Not sure if ever had Gorditas so wanted try it. It was interesting. The corn patties have mixed feelings about. It was hard crust on the outside. When add some of the sour cream, lettuce, tomato, along with the al pastor meat brings everything together. But nothing that really stood out. Honest not dish would order again. I would recommend sticking with the street tacos or if get chance come back try the burrito or torta. My friend ordered torta that was huge and looked really good. The three different sides of salsa were solid. The spicy or hottest one had nice kick. Not over the top but be warned. I like the way they presented the different salsas in three little portions or dipping sauces see in asian restaurant. The chips and salsa start was addicting. The salsa tell fresh made daily and just refreshing way start your meal. The interior decor is nothing special but has little personality. The music no mistaking eating at Mexican restaurant. They have couple widescreen in the restaurant. It located off major highway believe. I was visiting so roads have no idea. The sign is clearly visible and two lane freeway so no way going miss it.
