This woman is really great at her job. This is an old school mom and pop no thrills shop that is located in a small strip mall, it's very easy to look over. I got one dress fixed that ripped and another altered. They look great. It cost about $10.00 to get each dress fixed which is a good deal to me. This woman isn't going to be the best costumer service but is efficient at her job. read more

The business has the word "tailor" in its name, so I took items in for tailoring and was verbally abused by the woman who owns the shop. Why? Because I brought items in and she wasn't in the mood. Seriously, I can't make this stuff up. This is her shop, her livelihood, and she was angry that she was going to have to open a ticket and actually alter clothing; she had a ridiculous childish rant. A totally weird and unpleasant experience, and I won't return. read more

Awful experience - went in with my mother in law and was screamed at by Rose. "Why you come so late?" we were there at 3:05 and the place closes at 5. "I don't have time for this" - I assured her that we were not in a rush to get the pants back that we wanted hemmed. I went with my mother in law to the corner to try on the pants and a man came in and she screamed at him as well. I took the clothes and my mother in law and said that we were leaving. She then looked over at one of the women at the machine and made a derogatory comment about us in Russian - and yes, I understand Russian. Never again in that place for us. read more

I went to Rose's about 3 times, but I won't go again. Her mood is consistently sour. The tailoring is variable. I primarily got dress pants hemmed and for the most part they turned out well. On one particular pair, I noticed the inner lining wasn't trimmed enough and was longer than the outer fabric. I took it back, she gave me attitude (although it was clearly her mistake), and she had it fixed on the spot. The problem was they overcompensated and cut the inner lining way too short. They also did not attach the inner lining to the outer fabric so now every time I take my pants off, the inner lining completely comes out. Rose's Tailoring is not worth going to. read more

My wife and I having going there for years. The work she has done has consistently been great. She has hemmed my Diesel jeans and matched the threads and stitching very well, she has also taken in my pants and even tailored a few shirts and they now fit perfectly. I felt I had to post after seeing these other negative reviews for her. read more

Does an amazing job with basically any kind of tailoring job you need. Have gotten skirts elongated, dresses taken in and coats fixed. Also she always tries to get it to you by when you need it. read more

Doesn't even deserve one star. The owner was incredibly rude. I went in to inquire about alterations for a bridesmaid dress. She was so rude when I asked if I could try it on to show her the alterations I thought I might need. She told me she could only do a hem and strap work. If I needed anything else she wouldn't do it. Not wanting to waste anyone's time, I told her that if she couldn't do the additional work I could just go elsewhere. Apparently that was the wrong answer and she was incredibly confrontational. I promptly left. I never should have considered taking my business there - a mistake I will not make in the future. read more

I usually need only hemming for pants. Her price is very reasonable and it usually doesn't take very long. Years ago, it was a bargain, and I was pleased with the results. However, the quality has dropped considerably over the last couple of years. The hemming is now sloppy, especially with jeans, and they often come unraveled. I can't afford to have pants hemmed twice by the same place, so I'm looking for another tailor. read more
