I live in the neighborhood and I bought a sandwich and asked to buy a baguette for for dinner party and the owner refuse to sale it to me. He says we don't sale baguette. I told him, you are a bakery that doesn't sale bread. They forget that we leave here all around and when there is no thrust to buy their crappy sandwiches we could be supporting his new business. I came with my boyfriend today to grab some sweets at night and first the attention was terrible I know they wanted to go but I also work on a restaurant and I can get fired for the attitude that she had, which was awful and she was answering me with sarcasm about the things. The fruits were good, but everything else was made like a stone, over-baked, with no taste. The coffee. Ordered, espresso long, cappuccino and macchiato. Please do not call yourself an Italian Bakery when the staff has no clue how a macchiato looks like or how to make one. I tried politely to point out that I ordered a macchiato and not an espresso, to which the staff (sorry can not use the name barista) tried to convince myself that machiato is espresso with water which i got too (aka long, or with splash of water). Finally I just ask to add some milk to it and move on. Of course, the milk added was from leftovers from a cappuccino. The milk used for cappuccino was not freshly steamed but rather added some milk to existing one and re-steamed it again. terrible. Not quite sure , why they have all their breads on display and call themselves a bakery when there's none for sale ... overpriced sandwiches are available plus some other costly treats. The pastries are okay but in a time of Covid-19 PANDEMIC the staff does not enforce the mandatory FACE MASK rule for customers. I've popped in several times in the last month and I always find someone being served WITHOUT A FACE MASK I think it's disrespectful on the part of the owners and staff. read more

Not sure what all the rave is about, I was totally unimpressed with the food or service. The menu is not large and to be out of croissants at 10am is very strange, especially when it's one of your featured items. I had a sandwich with ham and cream cheese and wasn't very impressed with the ham. The don't use high quality deli meats or boars head that for sure. I also can saw the espresso was weak and not even hot barley warm, definitely not a strong bean. Personally I like Lavazza I doubt this is what they are using. read more

A total RIP OFF. I'm italian. I have paid $17 for three fried donuts with some pastry cream inside. Typical Italian breakfast pastry.... They were quite hard . The best find in Miami. This place transported me back to Italy. Tried the potato, rosemary focaccia, such flavor and the focaccia was really light. I really wanted to try the sandwiches, fresh rolls with arugula, prosciutto and baby tomatoes, looked so vibrant. We opted for the donut filled with Nutella, bambollini ! Such a beautiful bakery, such great quality ingredients... I am 6 months pregnant and was really craving Rosetta... stopped to get some breakfast for hubs and myself to go...some sweet pastries (mini cannoli, mini sfogliatelle and a berry tart...which were A+++) and two small sandwiches plus and egg ham concoction between a quiche and a muffin ... the lady who helped me was nice and she asked if I wanted my savory selections warm, I said no... then she asked are you sure, and I asked her how lease just a bit though... I had burnt breakfast!!! So sad to throw away such beautiful artisan work and high quality ingredients ... $56 I spent, and all three savory items were burnt!!! I was soooo disappointed :( she had to see when she wrapped the sandwiches and egg muffin that they were inedible :( she should have replaced and informed me as a customer.
