I've ordered from here before or have had my coworkers run and pick some stuff up for the office. Never any complaints. The stuffed mushroom focaccia is another level delicious. Like amazingly delicious. This morning I decided to go downstairs myself and pick up my own order. They advertise "minute pickup" however, far from minutes. I arrived and had to wait while everyone outside got up and out of their chairs to move them and the tables so I could wheel myself to the doorway. "Accessibility" is advertised all over their website and yet, I couldn't even make it to the front door. I wait in line for a few minutes and realize my order is prob ready, being that it's now 9:08 and my order was confirmed at 8:45. I decided to scoot my way to the front of the line, which wasn't an easy task, and waited to be acknowledged by the cashier. After she finished helping the couple next to me she asked what I needed. Told her I was there to pick up my order. She asked my name and then went to the back to check on it. Nothing is ready for me. It's been 15 min and I simply ordered a coffee and a ciambella, what's the hold up? She then comes back to ask what I ordered because they don't have an order for me. I pull out my phone and show her my confirmation text. She clicks the link and sees my confirmation order in full. She then explains that the WiFi isn't working and I'll need to pay for my order, again! Excuse me!? Pay again. Here is my confirmation of payment and you're telling me I need to pay you again!? Why? Someone hears what's going on and comes to save my money. She instructed Sindy, the cashier, not to charge me and told me she would take care of my order. It was ready within minutes. The coffee is good. The Ciambella was amazing. Fluffy. Hints of orange. Sweet. The food here is legit bomb. Wish the experience would've been just as good. read more

We were looking for a coffee shop because our usual spot was so packed (pura vida, btw) and this was such a great find! It's so freakin cute and there's so many goodies, good coffee and oat milk. The pastries here were okay. We had some apple pastry, some chocolate chip cake, and an almond cake. The apple pastry wasn't very good. The chocolate chip cake was okay. It reminded me of my mom's chocolate chip cake, except my mom's is better. The almond pastry was definitely the best thing I had their. It was good. It was $20 for all 3 items. This place is BOUJEE. So I saw there was a lot of hype around this spot so I decided to indulge. The bakery is surrounded by high end hotels and has a nice outside (looks official) with its name all bold and big. You have to go up some stairs to get inside and there's a very nice seated arrangement outside. Looks beautiful and very inviting. I got inside and see a plethora of delightful assortments from fruit truffles to flatbread. I chose to get me a Nutella donut . It was about 3.90$ after tax, I'm talking a tiny donut. I took the first bite out of that thing, my oh my, best thing that's rolled into my mouth since I got into miami (please don't be perverted). This donut was to die for and honestly if I wasn't figure crazy, I'd get another every day. But I watch what I eat but I had to see what the hype was above. It was awesome. I sat outside in one of the chairs and people watched as I ate this awesome thing that was oozing Nutella, I'm happy I decided to check this place out. It does lose one star cuz it's a bit pricey . I've been to this bakery a few times, but after last night, I definitely will not be going back. The workers completely mishandled a situation and showed no respect to HEALTH CODE LAWS and, really, BASIC COMMON SENSE. I am definitely calling the Florida FOOD SAFETY AND SANITATION on this place. On the night of January 17, 2020, I ordered two almond cakes. When I was at the register, ready to pay, the girl who took my order asked me if I had picked up the box from the countertop (I had not). So she ran around the counter and went of the store--she had given my cakes to someone else, to someone who LEFT the store with my food. The then came back with my order and tried to give it to me. I told her I wanted new ones and she started **ARGUING** with me, telling me that "no one touched them," that the guy who went out of the store with MY order "didn't have time to touch the cakes." I first explained to her the situation: 1. I order the food. 2. My order was given to someone else who LEFT the store with MY food. 3. MY food was out of MY SIGHT, with a STRANGER, on the streets of South Beach. Instead of packing up a new order, she insisted in arguing that the guy "didn't even touch the food." This girl (I believe her name was Marjorie, but I could be wrong), was determined to sell me food that she gave to a stranger. I had to explain to her three times that I would NOT take the cakes that left the store with a stranger, if they wanted to sell them to me, they would have to pack new ones, which she finally did. Just for the record, the two cakes that left the store with a stranger were out back on display. So, I'm sure someone has, by now, eaten cakes that had been given to someone else on the streets of Miami. read more

Like seriously, come on - it's a bakery! So I had to wait every single time because they didn't know exactly what was what. In another note, I took 2 Bombolone of Nutella & 4 Bombolone of Pastrimi Cream(delicious, not too sweet which was perfect balance on both), 1 King Rosetta (wow amazing - you can literally feed 4 with one) & 2 Chocolate Tart (which were amazing again not too sweet which was the perfect balance). Apricot filling is so amazing I would eat it off of a car tire. I just had to get that out there if you are scrolling through and not sure what you might order. I have been trying to perfect my own filling and after having the filled croissant I really feel like I have to step my game up to a whole new level. We also had the pistachio which was surprisingly much more like a pistachio butter than a cream (which I was expecting) but it was really so delightfully different. We were heading to the zoo so we also grabbed two sandwiches and I have to say that the focaccia was the perfect vessel for the turkey, mozzarella, and tomato. Such an AMAZING chain of bakeries! We had an incredible breakfast here and found the little wait in line to be well worth the effort! We watched through the glass as the bakers in the back were making fresh doughs and baking fresh breads. I really felt like pastry this morning so walked out towards the beach and this little well liked bakery, only to find out the hard way that they make it tough on first timers. There are no signs on the pastries, so the first task to complete is accurately naming the one you want to the impatient staff. Then try and order at the right place. I was bluntly told i'd got it wrong, some signs might help with that. I chose a chocolate croissant, mainly because it was familiar and I could complete that task with hopefully less scolding. It tasted amazing, but the gooey chocolate filling was unevenly distributed leaving a dry 1/3 to begin with and then more filling than I knew what to do with at the end. All in all a pretty lack lustre experience, hence the 3 stars. read more

This is my favorite bakery in Sobe. Not only is a beautiful place right next to Lincoln Road but everything is SO tasty! Is very difficult to decide what to eat once you are there. Today we tried the donut filled with Nutella and it was insanely good! We also had the apple croissant and it was really good too. Shared a slice of Neapolitan - style pizza. Olives, capers, mozzarella and basil on an equally precise crust. Salt, vinegar and herbs. A properly executed slice. Pastry also baked on-site with the same precisely fresh presentations. A crunchy Linzer cookie sandwiching thick strawberry jam with powdered sugar. Staff is friendly and efficient. Decor is simple and bright appointments of light colored woods. Prices are quite reasonable, particularly in light of the elevated quality. I stopped in here a few days ago while I was visiting Miami for the day to pick up a pastry because of all the rage I've heard about this place. The people working were not very nice at all. They didn't seem to have a very good system of taking orders. I got the Nutella bombolone. I've had a couple of these up in NYC and they are to die for up there. But this one definitely did not meet expectations. There wasn't much Nutella in the middle and the donut itself seemed like it was at least a day old. Not fluffy as it should be. read more

This place is just..."meh, okay." I'm actually surprised it even has a 3.8 rating even though that's pretty bad. When I first tried it a few years ago, it was a lot better, but the last couple times I went I realized it definitely went downhill. Rosetta Bakery is such a nice addition to this end of Lincoln Road (near Alton Rd)! Lovely outdoor seating, amazing coffee, and sinful Italian pastries. This is one of my new go-to spots when I am in this area of South Beach! My first time here, I just needed coffee, and what I found was so much better than expected. I think this cappuccino was the best I've had outside of Rome. The foam was just perfect, and the coffee was strong but smooth. This is definitely something you need to drink in-house though. Please don't disgrace the beauty of this cappuccino with a to-go cup. However, the real star here are the pastries... which is something you will notice just from walking by this shop, because their display in the window is too enticing to pass up. My favorite thing so far has to be the bomboloni-- basically an Italian donut filled with either pastry cream or Nutella and rolled in sugar. Unlike a donut, though, the dough itself is not very sweet, because the sweetness comes from the filling and sugar exterior. It has a brioche-like fluffiness to it that makes it the perfect breakfast or mid-afternoon treat alongside that delicious cappuccino. Lastly, the staff here is super friendly, and their patio sits on Lennox, just off Lincoln, so you can enjoy your treats out in the sunshine. Plus, there is a parking lot right next door, which is a huge bonus for South Beach. Rosetta, I will definitely be back! read more
