Nicole and her husband are amazing and seem to really care about the company taking care of their customers. I scheduled a move fairly close to my move date and they were able to come out same day for a quote. The quote was very competitive and came with a large trailer. The day before the move she called to let me know something was preventing the trailer from getting to us but that they'd provide two trucks (more room) no charge instead. The crew was very friendly and efficient. They wrapped our items well as promised, packed the truck thoughtfully, and worked hard. They showed up on time and delivered on time. This move was incredibly stressful for my family for a number of reasons, but Tetris made it 10x easier and I'm so grateful for that! Thank you!!

Then I got sick with kidney stones that forced me to rest. I decided I needed help and called the owner. He sent 3 employees who came to my old apartment in South Natomas. I've never used movers before, so I stacked all my heavy, heavy bins, one large book case/shelf, my queen mattress, lots of clothing, my dresser I've had for 20+ years, my son's tiny dresser, and other miscellaneous items. They were very thoughtful and communicative. I felt so bad knowing that they arrived to the new townhouse apartment that is 3 floors inside and they managed through heavy and light to carry everything up and down. Truly, I am grateful for the 3 that came today. They even kept light spirits with jokes with 4th and 5th floors! They were also courteous and took photos of any bumps in the home prior to loading. The apartment townhouse did have a small chip from the paint prior moving in. If I move within the state again locally, I will definitely request their services. Also, I paid via Venmo. They accept multiple types of payments. My goal is to move one county over into El Dorado County. Highly recommend!!!

Brian did a good job coordinating the estimate and logistics, which included getting his crew and truck from south Sacramento to the Bay Area early enough to get packed, back to Rocklin, set up furniture in the apartment and drop off the equivalent of 12 large boxes at a storage facility, all by 7 pm. To do this, he recommended adding a 3rd person to the crew, which ended up being essential for success. On the day of the move, the crew left promptly at 7 am. They communicated on arrival at 9:15 when they departed, but traffic issues pushed the arrival to 10:15. They overcame this with the additional crew member, and were loaded up by 12:30 and on their way back to Rocklin. We found NO damage to any of the items. The entire move was well organized, with a crew that was polite, and personable. We heartily recommend this company.

They were also very fairly priced! Fast forward to moving day, Shawn and Cain were a few minutes early which we appreciated. They took a few moments to find out exactly what we needed and quickly accomplished it. My roommate and I were both impressed with how professional, friendly, and efficient they were. AND - they took great care of our stuff!!! So fast forward a few days. We were struggling with getting the rest of our belongings out before the final move-out date. Not that we were slacking - we just have too much stuff. Lol I called Rachel again (and, of course, she was as nice as she was the first time) and asked if there was any chance that the guys could come out in the next day or two to help again. Prior to the recent emergency, she was living independently with a friend. The friend is a male and is also elderly. He is a bit of a hoarder and it is now no longer safe for her to be living with him there. Brian and Jacob with Moving with Grace helped us move her out of the hoarder house and into her own apartment at an assisted living facility. The friend knew we were coming with movers at 0830 to move the furniture out. We rang the doorbell and there was no answer. It was so quiet, I thought the house was empty. So, we enter the house and they guys get right to work. Shortly after they had started wrapping up the furniture, the friend, walks out of the bathroom in a night dress!! So weird and creepy considering he knew we were coming. And very mortifying. The house itself is very filthy and disgusting. There is thick dust and clumps of cat hair everywhere!! Brian and Jacob were both very polite and friendly and pretended it was not disgusting. They were professional and worked diligently despite the filth. They wrapped everything up nicely and got everything loaded up quite quickly. At the apartment, they unloaded everything quickly and then helped us to figure out how to place the furniture to get it all to fit! They did a great job and it is well deserved 5 stars!!

We have a 3 bedroom 2 bath and lots of heavy furniture (traeger smoker, liquor cabinet, table with 6 chairs, TV stand, dressers, etc) and 40+ boxes to move. From start to finish, the move took just under 5 hours. They made the move fun and packed while playing some old school jams! They used blankets and plastic wrap around furniture for extra padding. Not a single item was damaged! They even lower the dolly very gently when unloading boxes. They packed everything like Tetris masters into the 26ft truck and made it 1 trip. When unloading at the new house, they confirmed where we wanted each box and piece of furniture unloaded. We recently used this company for our move, and overall, our experience was excellent. Every piece of furniture was meticulously wrapped and protected, and they treated both our old and new home with respect. They were friendly, personable, and worked efficiently all day. We had just installed brand new carpet in our new home, so we mentioned that to the head mover before they arrived. We weren't sure how shoe covers would work since the crew would constantly be going back and forth between the truck and the house. He reassured us that he would figure something out once they got there. When they arrived, he came up with a great solution: two movers stayed outside unloading from the truck while two movers remained inside the house receiving and placing everything. The two movers inside even asked if we preferred they wear shoe covers or simply remove their shoes and work in their socks. We told them socks were perfectly fine. I really appreciated that they asked instead of assuming, and I thought the coordination between the crew was genuinely impressive. It showed they were willing to adapt and find a solution that protected our new floors. What also stood out to me were the little things they didn't have to do. At one point, they saw me struggling to open our wardrobe boxes after they had been unloaded. Without me even asking, they came over, cut them open, and helped open them for me. It may seem like a small gesture, but it showed they genuinely cared about making the move easier for us. Those kinds of thoughtful acts don't go unnoticed. The only reason I'm mentioning the following is because I think it's constructive feedback. At the end of the move, the head mover (who seemed to be the supervisor) asked how I wanted to pay the tip--cash, Zelle, or another method. I was a little confused because earlier in the day we had already given the crew $200 and told them to use it for lunch. When I mentioned that, he explained that the $200 was for lunch, then showed me examples of what other customers had tipped. He also shared that most customers tip at least $800, or about $200 per mover. I completely understand that tips are an important part of their income, and I genuinely felt this crew deserved to be rewarded for the outstanding job they did. We ended up tipping the crew very generously because we truly appreciated their hard work. Afterward, the head mover was sincerely appreciative and thanked us, explaining how much they rely on tips and how much it helps them. I appreciated his gratitude. However, discussing specific tip amounts and comparing them to what other customers give made me feel pressured and put on the spot. Everyone's financial situation and budget are different. Some customers may be able to give more, while others may not, and that's okay. A tip is ultimately optional and should be appreciated regardless of the amount. I believe it's best to let customers decide what they feel is an appropriate gratuity without comparisons or suggested amounts. Aside from that one interaction, the service itself was outstanding. I would absolutely recommend this company and would use them again in the future.

I used this moving company for my 4 bedroom one story home and I moved 15 minutes away (8 miles). He even tried to upcharge me for the 4th mover but luckily I saved the quote that Alex gave me. Well it took 11.5 hours (not including their lunch break) with 4 movers and they still didn't move everything. We just had to stop the time because it was getting so late. 3 of the guys were nice and they did most of the work, but Eric was a bit pushy and was always on his phone or going on a break. They took too many breaks (lasting 15-20 min each) and their lunch break was 2 hours. So they were off to a slow start in the morning. I really did not like that Eric tried to convince me to go to Home Depot to buy more moving boxes because they didn't have enough. As a moving company, you should have enough boxes. They were careful with my stuff, wrapping everything very carefully, but they were slow. They didn't clean anything up after they were done, left their cans, bottles, runner paper throughout the house. All in all, they were okay. Just really slow. This job should not have taken 11.5 hours

The morning HES and crew arrived, I had second thoughts on removing a certain area of my Satillo tiled deck and tiled patio. Haney was so understanding and explained that he'd start on the concrete and enclosure removal to give me time to see/decide when they get to the deck portion. This put me right at ease. When his crew arrived, they got right on task, like a systematic work plan. This was so reassuring for me (i've had my share of disappointments in the past from contractors.) HES crew delivered. "THANK YOU". They did such great work and sure know what they are doing. This crew worked so hard and worked practically nonstop in the HEAT. They had a positive vibe which was nice to see while doing such hard work. THE JOB / was to demolish a large patio with thick concrete patio, remove a partial patio enclosure and Saltillo tiles on a large upper deck area. They also had to saw off tiles for a sewer reroute to be accessed and coordinated this with the sewer contractor. They are truly 5 star fantastic team. Im happy i found HES. I was initially skeptical, since they came in right at the center of my budget, but offered considerably better service for the price. But, after some digging, research, and talking with Ryan, I booked with them. I am SO glad I did. Highlights: - Doesn't charge by the pound -- flat fee! - Guaranteed delivery window - No nickel and diming. The price quoted is what you pay - Flexible - I needed to add a day to the delivery window, and Ryan made it happen - AWESOME staff - Skilled movers/loaders. Nothing broke in our move, which is a new record for me. Not even any scratches! Downsides: - Arrived 30 minutes early - I just wasn't quite ready! Ryan was fine with it and just hung out until I was. On the receiving end, they were also early, but were under a time crunch and needed to get started right away Overall: I am 100% satisfied with my move with Ryan and his team at Roseville Relocation Services. Amazing moving company. Ryan and his team were AWESOME to work with. Ryan came out right away to look at our home and gave us an estimate on the spot. Very reasonable price to pack and move our entire 4000 sq ft home. Now looking back after the move let me simply say well worth every dollar. Our move didn't go as planned and we ended up having to change the move-out date. Ryan was able to re-adjust his schedule to fit our needs. We had to juggle a few things around as everything didn't quite fit in our new place like we had hoped. Before we had put much thought into what to do, Ryan without missing a beat called and reserved a storage space for us. WOW, thank you again Ryan. We used Ryan and his team for a move from San Mateo to Utah and it was the right choice. I was initially worried about using a "local" team for a long haul move. I was wrong. Working with Roseville was the best moving choice we could have made. I worked directly with the owner Ryan and he was able to meet our schedule, work with our budget and address special requests we threw his way. We did a full house pack and his team did a remarkable job of packing our house---and we had a TON of stuff. They were efficient and professional. This is a hard working crew who all work for Roseville. We did run into a few issues (as you will with any move) and Ryan was very responsive after the move to work with us. He could have easily ignored me but he continued to be responsive and supportive. If you are moving local or moving across the country you owe it to yourself to call Ryan and give him a chance to bid your project. We highly recommend Roseville. This is the best moving company I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. Ryan and his crew showed up to move us from our very cramped two bedroom apartment to four cities away to a huge four bedroom house! He arrived fifteen minutes ahead of schedule and started working right away. He did not stop once for a lunch break or dilly dally time, but being the sweet person I am i ran and got him some lunch since he was doing such an amazing job! He packed everything perfectly and not one item was hurt or broken in the move. He was very respectful to my husband, myself and our kids. Anyone dealing with this company, beware, he argues and is aggressive about it. Save yourself the trouble and hire other movers that are easier to deal with if anything goes wrong.

He also quoted us with a flat rate which is nice since most places only do by the hour. Communication with him was easy and great. I even "finalized" things by putting down a deposit, sending details of the move by text and photos, and signed a contract sent via email. This week I called, texted, and emailed this business for the scheduled move (today, July 29, 2023) and received no response. In fact, the phone number provided for this business went straight to voicemails with a full message box. Long story a short, we ended up having to book another moving company. The last minute confirmation cost us more and we had to push back our move.

I don't write reviews all the time. However, with Michael and All Points Moving Logistics, I had…read moreplanned to write one because I thought that being a military, black-owned small business he could use the positive support. Now I hate what am about to write because it is a triple whammy for me. I understand all the difficulties of owning and growing a business. I chose Michael's company to help me move because initially, their pricing was reasonable ( it increased by over 40% mid-job... I was reluctant but agreed and paid him in full . He wanted cash on the spot). With just one extra guy it took them longer to do the move. The agreement was that they would return after the weekend to actually move items into place and reassemble items that had been disassembled to move. Today, I am sitting with a dining room and living room pile high with boxes and beds. Neither Michael nor his crew is answering any of my texts or phone calls. Here is the problem with broken trust in business. It hurts, not just that I feel used and stupid but it affects how one operates, behaves, and interacts with other people in the world after that happens. I texted reminders, called, and zero response. This is after Michael insisted I pay him in full on the day of the initial move and promised to come back and finish the job. I am such a sucker, I even bought them dinner and beers as they said they had not eaten all day. What's left undone will be done eventually somehow I am sure. I caution anyone who wants to use Michael and All Points Moving Logistics to beware of him playing up his military and everything to make him seem honorable. That's not been my experience so far. He may call me after this review and say maybe something came up or whatever excuse. My point is you promised something and did not deliver on it. You were paid in full and more than fairly too and you have not lived up to your end of the bargain. Where is the honor or ethics in that?.

I was severely disappointed as I specifically choose this company as I wanted to support a Black owned business. They were late, did not possess a moving truck but instead towed a trailer (which resulted in our mattresses being exposed to the elements on top of the vehicle towing the trailer), they came across as lazy as they wanted our help, they lost a screw to my bed, and our desks, bed frames and dressers had knicks in them when it was all said and done. They simple did not handle our belongings with care and it showed. Did I mention that they stopped moving me to do another job and then returned later? The communication regarding payment was lacking and when I addressed it the owner decided it was a great idea to get into a yelling match with me over a few dollars. He was completely wrong but I paid it quickly out of the fear of retaliation. One of the movers also smoked marijuana on the job and ventured in to inappropriate conversation that bordered on sexual harassment and at a different point I was asked to take one of the movers to get food. Please, if you care about your sanity and your belongings, use any service but theirs. It has been my biggest regret as of late.
