My last several experiences with RV Travel World have been extremely disappointing…read more I've been bringing my trailer in for service under their Forever Warranty ever since I purchased it years ago. However, as the trailer has gotten older, it seems like they are constantly looking for reasons not to cover repairs, even when the warranty documentation appears to indicate the issue should be covered. The entire program has become frustrating and feels misleading. I've also had issues with pricing. On one occasion, I called ahead and was quoted a price for work. When I arrived at the store, the price was significantly higher. I had to argue with staff and remind them of the amount I was quoted over the phone before they would honor it. Communication has been another major problem. Multiple times I was told my trailer was ready for pickup, only to drive all the way there and discover it wasn't actually ready. That's a huge inconvenience and shows a lack of respect for customers' time. After dealing with these issues repeatedly, I can no longer recommend RV Travel World. The Forever Warranty program has not lived up to its promises in my experience, and the poor communication and inconsistent service have made doing business there far more difficult than it should be.

Tyler truly listened to our family's needs and helped us find the perfect trailer without ever making us feel pressured. Unlike other sales reps, he wasn't pushy during negotiations. Instead of giving us a flat "no," he genuinely worked with us and offered assistance to help bring the price down. I am now approaching 40 days since the sale. My trailer has already been sold to a third party, yet I have still not received payment or a clear accounting of the transaction. Despite providing the payoff quote on July 22, my credit union has confirmed they still have not received the payoff. Because of this delay, interest on my loan began accruing again on August 1, costing me additional money every single day. To make matters worse, I still have not been told what my final proceeds will be or what deductions were taken, including the cost of the replacement tires. I've repeatedly had to follow up for basic information that should have been provided proactively. I was also told that a manager would be contacting me, but that never happened. Outside of the initial sales team, virtually all of my communication has been through text messages. For a transaction of this size, I expected much better communication, transparency, and customer service. I have the names of the individuals involved, but I'm choosing not to publicly identify anyone. Instead, I'm simply sharing my experience so others can make an informed decision. I have retained hard evidence documenting the entire timeline, including the signed agreement, emails, text messages, payoff documentation, and communications with my credit union. Looking back, I genuinely wish I had sold my fifth wheel to Camping World instead. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend doing business with this company until they improve their communication, accountability, transparency, and timeliness.

The couches were covered with fitted sheets and they told us they are protecting brand new leather sofas. When we got home and removed the sheets the couches are trash. The leather is peeling and contaminating the air and ripped. The air conditioner in the living room doesn't work. I asked Morris to pick up the couches and take them to the dump himself. Morris sent a repair guy who solved the toilet leak only. We are now awaiting repairs and waiting for them to pick up the trash couches.I do not recommend them.
