I came here on a Tuesday afternoon with a friend for ice cream and we had a great time. We sat at their outdoor picnic tables because it was a nice day, and I was very happy they had that outdoor space. Me and my friend each bought an ice cream, and then at the tail end of our time there, apparently a random man came in and asked to buy ice cream for 'the two girls sitting outside', so we each got two ice creams. Including that crazy act of kindness, which was unexpected, it was great. I bought a honey lavender which had a nice balance and sweetness level, and duche de leche was one of the flavors the employee chose when the man wanted to get us ice cream. I love lavender but with too much it can be overpowering, the honey lavender ice cream here had a good balance. The dulce de leche had a velvety mouthfeel, was good day of, and was still great after sitting in my freezer overnight (I didn't really want to eat two ice creams back to back). The employee was cheery, helpful, and kind. He also helped inform me which of the ice creams were gluten free which was good and important.The store was pretty abandoned though so it definitely would have been awkward to spend too long sitting inside if it wasn't a nice day to sit outside.

We sat at their outdoor picnic tables because it was a nice day, and I was very happy they had that outdoor space. This ice cream is so creamy and made with intentional love and dedication. Menu includes super tasty variety of flavors. I had a scoop of pistachio and scoop of Minnesota salted caramel - but seriously, it was hard to choose the flavor because I loved all of them! The owner is very kind and inviting - you just wanna have a ton of conversations with him! The decor and set up is well thought out and has plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. This place is easy to ride share to from a downtown Denver hotel. Rosie's will definitely be my go to whenever I'm in Denver! read more

I adore this neighborhood ice cream shop and continue to stop in to pick up a pint while the are closed for the winter. You can buy pints through the winter from the coffee shop next door (ROAST... also amazing). Rosie's Oreo ice cream replaced Little Man hands down, without question as my favorite Oreo ice cream. Stopped by for a little dessert after our Father's Day sushi next door (definitely check Berkeley Park sushi out too). I sampled a few delicious ice cream options but eventually went with a mango sorbet that really hit the spot on a warm summers day! The staff were super friendly and we even got to meet Rosie herself (the dog mascot for the shop). She LOVES people. I'll definitely be back for ice cream and to try some of their coffees during the day. Love a good mixed use space. read more

By far the one of the best ice cream spots in Denver! Rosies had lots of flavors to choose from, and super friendly staff that let me try as many flavors as I wanted. As a tourist myself, I had to try it for myself. At first, I noticed that there was a growing line of people in front of the big silver Little Man Ice Cream tin located in the middle of the area. But found that the express line had all the flavors that I was intrigued by. So, I gladly skipped the long line to join the very quick express line to quickly get the flavors that I wanted. I personally decided to try a small cup with 2 flavors. SALTY O's Just like it says, Salty O's is salty. I expected a slightly less salty flavor like flavors such as salted caramel do, but it was almost a bit too much salt content inside an otherwise very sweet flavor. I almost regretted getting this flavor because with each bite, the salt was getting a bit overpowering. BANANA PUDDING This was probably my preferred flavor of the two. It didn't necessarily have a strong banana flavor punching through, but it was the right amount of sweetness that I wanted in an ice cream flavor.

Now let me talk about the ICE CREAM, because wow. Six people, multiple flavors between us, and not one single complaint -- which if you know my family, is basically a miracle. Everything was rich, creamy, and tasted completely homemade in the best possible way. But the thing that absolutely sent me over the edge? BANANA PUDDING. Multiple banana pudding options. I grew up in the South and I have been low-key grieving the lack of banana pudding culture everywhere else I've lived, and here it is -- in Denver, Colorado -- done absolutely right. That evening, I was craving pho. Pho 92 came recommended and I was immediately drawn to the clear broth in the photos while researching Yelp for Vietnamese food. It was a Thursday evening when we arrived at Pho 92, and the restaurant was packed. It was loud, with staff bustling about and patrons enjoying their meals. The aroma of the pho broth was just as I had hoped for a busy restaurant. We waited approximately 10 min for a table. The staff were pretty efficient and looked to have a good system going for bussing tables. Hailing from CA, I am no stranger to good pho, and this place hit the spot. I'm so glad I decided to get the regular instead of the large, because wow those portion sizes were indeed huge. My husband made the "mistake" of ordering the combination vermicelli bowl, and it came packed with tender proteins and crispy egg rolls. That just meant for some delicious leftovers (that actually reheated perfectly). The pho broth was as clear as I had imagined from looking at other patrons' photos. It still had a good depth of flavor, and I thoroughly enjoyed it. It had been a long travel day for us, so I didn't want oily soup. (Sometimes I do enjoy rich, oilier pho broth, but not that night.) The pho came with a plethora of herbs, which I of course used all of. Be warned that their chili oil is very spicy, which I accidentally put too much of without first trying (oops). I generally don't go to the same spot twice during a trip, as I enjoy trying out different local businesses, but Pho 92 would have been a spot I'd return to again if we had had the time and if I had wanted pho again. Their menu is huge, so there are plenty of dishes to choose from to satisfy your cravings, whatever those might be for any given day. We will definitely be back the next time we visit CO!

I would give them 3.5 stars if I could, but I'm rounding up for the great service. My first visit was excellent. Service was very friendly and helpful, asking if I wanted to bundle the two empanadas I wanted with a sauce for $10, a deal I had not noticed. I got a mushroom empanada, a BBQ chicken empanada, and a side of chimichurri. I was told it would take about 10 minutes for my order, which I appreciated for two reasons: (1) it set my expectation properly and (2) it meant the empanadas would be freshly baked. My empanadas were ready on time and were excellent. They were crispier than other baked empanadas I've had and had great fillings. The chimichurri was one of the best I've had, packed with herbs and the right amount of acidity. I thought the size of the empanadas was reasonable, with two being enough for the light meal I wanted. There were different staff there the second time I visited, and the empanadas weren't cooked as well. The bottoms were a little soggy. The atmosphere is spare but clean, with seating only at counters at the windows. But they also had a nice outdoor patio and a water dispenser inside, which are nice features.
