We have frequented this restaurant an immeasurable amount of times in my life. The service is always on point. Their pizza is fantastic, but the showstopper is their nachos. These nachos are something I think about at least once a week. They start with a bed of crispy tortilla chips and are loaded with nacho cheese, peppers, onions, and the best chili. The Gaslight has been an important part of several milestones in my life. When my husband and I got married we had our rehearsal dinner here. When our son was born it was one of the first restaurants he visited. When I was going through cancer treatment those nachos got me through a lot of long nights with blood and platelet transfusions. When I went into remission we celebrated at the Gaslight. When I turned 30 during Covid we had a small private celebration.
