    Brisket with sides.

Went to Paris for the first time and for some reason I started craving BBQ. While shopping down on of the back streets I saw this place. It was late so I took pic and decided I would go back the next day. You can't tell me that this food was made in a Paris BBQ joint... it was amazing... the brisket was so moist and seasoned the chicken fell of the bone. The sides were all delicious. If your ever in Paris and get a craving for BBQ. Please try this place.

MY GOSH!!!! We've been in Paris the last 5 days. And this the BEST food we've eaten. We had wings, 1/2 chicken, brisket, sweet potato and loaded fries(minus the pork), corn on the cob(could use some butter But I sprinkle some salt and made it work) Chef Kiss!!!!!!! Drinks were good As a family we collectively decided We Definitely Would eat here Again!!!! Service was also good

    Happy hour specials.

Beautiful bbq restaurant and bar in Saint Michel. The brisket is to die for smoked with a beautiful cherry wood. The chef is very good at what he does. The staff is amazing. Highly recommend. Plus a 6hour happy hour. Truly a great place to go. Plus they American football.

Overall acceptable place. Not truly sanitary nor are staff. Soft drinks are 4.5 Euros and overpriced food prices. Great access to television sports. I just can't seem to get past the hygiene factor's. And/or 18 euros for four soft drinks. Pricey and lacks cleanliness. There's a pretty cool guy from Wales working there, he's fun and cool to chat with.

So being from Kansas City and raised in the south, I was SHOCKED at how good this BBQ was! I tend to steer clear of any "American-style" food in Paris. Our table ordered many different menu items and the only one that disappointed was the smoked quinoa veggie burger (but what do you expect at a BBQ joint). The atmosphere was nice, but beware, the smokers are kept toward the front, but there is technically no "outside" area for them to smoke. So our table (which was farther in the restaurant) could smell it throughout our meal. Otherwise, I TOTALLY recommend this place!

Yup lots of choices in the area ... LOTS ... and wanted something different and this place delivered better ribs than in Memphis ! Photos attached and it was a great surprise to find some home cooking in another country! Definitely try this place out for the burnt ends and ribs!

Hog fries, regular fries, chicken wings and cocktails.

The barbecue is as good as any you'll find in the states particularly the burnt ends ribs and the brisket are out of this world.

Don't get me wrong, this place is good and nothing bad happened but I didn't really get impressed either. I visited early during lunch and I was one of 2 groups there but by the time I had finished my burger, the place was slammed. They have a cool looking bar in the back which made me wish I had come a little later so I could check it out. I'll save it for next time. I ordered the Savannah burger which was a big ass burger! When it arrived, it wasn't pressed down like you see in the picture. Uncompressed, it stood about 10 inches high! The burger was dripping with cheese. It came with an onion ring, grilled onions, raw onions, lettuce, tomato, and of course bacon. You get 2 sides but I didn't understand completely and just got fries for both sides. For us Americans who will only eat a burger with their hands, it was a mess. But worth it. It was the best burger I have had in the Marais. At 18 Euro you might say it was a little pricey but I think it is worth it.

Our sides were french fries, sweet potatoe fries, cold slaw, and fried bananas. All the sides were great. The burgers were definitely gourmet burgers. The waiter/owners were super friendly. We will visit again on our next trip.

We each got the combo platter that allowed us to try multiple meats and sides, and I have to say that I was extremely impressed with the meat. Especially the brisket, a particular favorite of mine when it comes to BBQ. The mac and cheese was a solid side, but the coleslaw was underwhelming. As Americans, yes, we expect large portions. I've been to Europe often enough to manage those expectations pretty well, so I was also pleased when we each reached a comfortable stopping point and were able to get takeaway boxes for our leftovers. I know it's traditionally trés gauche to take leftovers from French restaurants, but I was happy to see that the trend is catching on. After all, not wasting food is a good thing, is it not? We carried those leftovers all the way to Amsterdam the next day--that's how much we wanted to finish them. We opted to sit in the terrace seating that has a suspended plank for a table so that we could people watch Rue St. Denis, a busy street in this arrondissement. It's in a great neighborhood that was vibrant and full of life, even in the wake of the pandemic. I'd definitely recommend this to anyone who would like to try good Texas style BBQ in the middle of Paris.
