Dr. Aruri - knowledgeable and pleasant. He explained to me why and how he does things. He showed me my X-ray as he made his recommendation without me asking! (none of my previous dentists did this). He removed two of my upper wisdom teeth at once using local anesthesia without any difficulty. Since I prophylactically took 800 mg ibuprofen before the extraction, I felt pretty comfortable up to 5 hours post procedure. Mild aching here and there x 2 days after but tolerable. I poke to them over the phone and they were very accommodating and and got me an appointment for my cleaning that was due that was only a week away. The Hygienist Jada that did my cleaning was the best I'd ever had. She didn't make me go ouch once. I'm not sure that has ever happened. The Dentist came in and introduced himself and we talked about the possible need for a Crown on a tooth that the prev dentist told me was needed. He said that it doesn't need it right away and suggested I wait until my next cleaning and we can evaluate it again then. I did get a bill for $20 a couple weeks later though, but I happily paid it. I don't mind paying a few extra $ for a good dentist. My teeth and not having pain are far more important.

I reached out to the office immediately, only to be informed that the doctor was on vacation in Italy and that I would have to wait until his return. When I requested to see another doctor, I was told I would have to wait two weeks for the original doctor to come back. Despite making several requests to be seen sooner, I was repeatedly told that I had to wait.
