Took the parts to my mechanic and he deemed them unusable due to the pistons being frozen and the seals torn. Called and spoke to Troy who was very dismissive and told me that I have to bring them back so they can attest that they are not usable. Then they finally found the part the guy had ordered it under the wrong information and priced it wrong. I then had to pay over $30. No apology or offer to price match or discount due to their error. I voiced that I was not happy that I was paying almost double due to their error and fuck up I then was told by the manager Chris that if the part didnt fit I could happily return it and buy it somewhere else. Chris said this with the most sarcastic rude tone. I said that if it wasnt the right part I would. The manager then smirked at me and made a gay slur and insult towards my girlfriend and I. It was a beautiful Sunday afternoon. We were in search of a tire rim to fit a Pontiac Sunfire. There were quite a few customers shopping, so we had to wait about 10-15 minutes in line before we were helped. The lady was doing all the directing; also was the go-between for the workers in the yard and what customers were looking for. She was polite, had a good sense of humor, but she was also direct with her customers - a no bullshit type of gal :) Since one must sign a waiver, and all that jazz, to go out and find your part, Richy our friend did all the searching. Found a rim, unfortunately it still had an obvious-gashed tire still sealed to it. The gentleman behind the counter gave us the rim without charging for the tire (since it wasn't in good condition, and that's not what we were looking for anyway). For $7 we were able to walk out happy!
