Crude and Rude! Even a phone call to inquire about parts is met with gruff and inconsiderate…read moreignorant of common courtesy by the least business-like, outright arses and hostile buffoons any customer would suffer listening. Then arriving to get the part expect to sit all day and be ignored, and don't even be so ridiculous as to ask how many more hours before that 15 minute part removal you told them yesterday you would be driving 4 hours each way to get will take. Fortunately, their intemperate and crude manners demonstrate their desire to get rid of customers regardless of item values customers seek. POSITIVELY THE MOST ARROGANT AND INTEMPERATE STAFF POSSIBLE. NEVER SHOP HERE. WAITING WILL BE A NIGHTMARE WORSE THAN THEIR OPENLY HOSTILITY TOWARD CUSTOMERS. If their conduct toward customers would improve 10,000-% it could be pathetic .. not likely to ever achieve that goal however.

Ordered parts (brake Caliers) for my car. They were listed as "A" condition less than 65,000miles…read more Listed as off of a Lincoln MDX with 65,000 miles on the. I was told on the phone that they test the parts in advance to make sure they are ok. I drove 1 hour, one way, after having to pay in advance to receiving them. Took the parts to my mechanic and he deemed them unusable due to the pistons being frozen and the seals torn. Called and spoke to Troy who was very dismissive and told me that I have to bring them back so they can attest that they are not usable. I had to purchase new calipers due to my mechanic having the car already taken apart. NEVER USE THESE PEOPLE! ALL THEY CARE ABOUT IS GETTING YOUR MONEY!!

Over priced , rude staff, not going back. UPART IT is better. There rules are always changing…read more You would pay a dollar to get in, an then they tell you what tools your not allowed to bring in even if my tools were already seen before signing in. The vibe of the place is not what it use to be. I don't recommend this place to anyone anymore.

Like something out of a post-apocalyptic Mel Gibson flick, the lot at this junkyard/parts supplier…read morewas a wasteland/graveyard of deceased rides. Probably the place where you are least likely to find what you are looking for, it was by far the most fun to visit. Vehicles are propped up on old rims and look totally unsafe to be wrenching on from underneath...yet people do. It was also the busiest and most hopping of the bunch I visited. This, I'm sure, explains the lack of parts. Most of the vehicles have been picked to pieces. I found some crushed beer cans out there, and took solace knowing that you can get your drink on while you pick, if you so choose. There were also dirt cheap (AND dirt-Y) vehicles for sale, all of which would need a good cleaning and some fixing up, but for that price, still a deal. Inside, the staff was helpful and witty to boot. I paid a dollar to enter, but was loaned a lug wrench in case I found my part. The parking lot has a food truck, in case you food truck hipsters want to go check out a cart I'm pretty sure isn't participating in any food truck fests.
