They get your car in there and hold it hostage and play parking lot roulette telling you that they are waiting for parts for days. Don't trust them they are scamming you and cheating you out of your hard earned money while telling you how busy they are, but you go there they have 2 lifts working and everyone is standing around. Not good people. Morally or ethically.

I called and ask about 1 main thing I was looking at getting work done on and I briefly mentioned something else that I had a question about and they went above and beyond to get my other issue resolved as well. Truck was spotless mirror like paint before dropping off and now there is a huge dent. Extremely upset that it was not mentioned to me, poor customer service/experience overall. Will need body repair to fix damage not mentioned to me and caused by their shop. 0/10 do not recommend.

Let me start by saying I met one of the owners Steve. He was very pleasant and engaging and from…read morehis position wanted to offer the best service possible. Our church had a church trip planned and I brought the church van in to have it checked before the trip. Another shop did the estimate for repairs but would not honor the aftermarket warranty . Tuffy was recommended because of ability to honor warranty. Long and short. Brought to Miller Rd Thursday and was informed by steve to bring in Friday at 10:00am and there was good chance to be ready by COB. Warranty was called, videos sent, emails sent with time-Stamped info. Somehow there was miscue between the Shop and warranty company. while waiting for response from warrant, the shop went forward and did the work and anticipating to hear back from warranty. Ends up, church van was kept overnight Friday into Saturday, following Monday Warranty company denies claim to pay for work done "without their authorization", church has to come out pocket $580+ (NOTE: Owner Steve did try to work with me taking about $264 off the labor portion and we pay for parts. The crew working under Steve, the SUPV and some of techs were showing and giving the feeling of "dismissal" and excuses about van being ready and not communicating with other shift or crew. Overall just not a good experience. Have to admit the other part-owner tried to assist as well. I am on the fence on whether to have a return visit for service but would consider due to their shop ability to honor warranty work

I can't say enough good things about Mr. Front End! The second I walked through the door I was made…read moreto feel welcome and was greeted by Hunter with a big smile and a very polite "Hi There! What can we do for you?" I knew right then I had come to the right place! After finding out my name, Hunter ALWAYS addressed me by my name ( which made me feel at home) and it got better from there. I explained that I had just had my front tires replaced and told Hunter that I had replaced my lower control arms myself but I asked if they would check my work to see if had I had done the job right? I also explained that I had a bumping noise that I could not find for over a year under the front end. I also need a front end alinement because the new tires and the the new control arms. I was embarrassed to tell Hunter that I had did the work myself, but he ever so politely made me feel better by assuring me that they would take care of everything and told me I was not stupid! A lot of places would have tried to make you feel like you were some kind of moron who should not be any where near a wrench but Hunter was just the opposite! Anyway, they found in 3 minutes (or less) what the bumping noise was under my front end (it was the stabilizer bars on both sides) and told me my control arms were installed correctly which made me puff up with pride, and they performed a front end alignment quickly and correctly and for a great price! It was a Friday before memorial day and they wanted to go home like everyone else, but nicely fit me in (which they didn't have to do) and I was on the road in an hour. I couldn't believe the difference in my Nissan! Before I came to them my front end was bumping, swaying all over they road and it felt like the whole front end was going to scatter all over the highway! When I left, it was just like driving a new car! I was beside my self with appreciation! It was unbelievable the difference! She didn't tell them she had gotten an estimate from HTech just told them the problem she was having. They found the same problems as H Tech but quoted her $1200 - HALF THE PRICE! So of course she had Mr Front End do the repairs. They were extremely nice, kept her updated on their progress and actually finished it much faster than they had told her it would take. Her car is driving good as new! We were extremely pleased with the work and the customer service. We have taken vehicles here in the past and always been pleased. I would definitely recommend taking your vehicle here.
