Cute boots that were actually in my size!

This store stinks! As in barely has any good items. I typically will drive to a Ross in another city to find good stuff. I actually found some cute boots at the DB store in my size and purchased them, but I couldn't take the sticker off. Luckily it's on the bottom, but I bought several other items on the same day for my daughter's birthday and the store sticks those ugly stickers right on the merch and you can't take it off without leaving behind a sticky mess! Wish they could figure out a better way to price and label merch because it's such a pain to remove them.

Best Ross around. Specific shout out to Raul who encourages the customers and the team while they hustle to count inventory. I'm not kidding about Raul. I was listening to music while browsing and he came walking up the center heading to the register and said HI so enthusiastically it startled me. Later as I waited in checkout Raul kept the pitch going throwing rhymes or songs or fortune cookie sayings or whatever is packed in his brain to the customers and the team. High key for sure! Extremely welcoming crew here. Stock is pretty high compared to some of the emptier stores.

Slow service today. Only one slow cashier who appears new. Customers are waiting in line and no other worker appears to be available. I woke up early to start my day and i am so frustrated to have to wait so long to pay for my items. Cashier blaming customers for her inexperience.

It kind of gives me the thought of if Pier 1 Imports and Crate and Barrel decided to elope, and this was the shop that popped-out. It gives the "Summer at the Hamptons" vibe for me. But nonetheless, it's a nice store. Smells really nice currently (October) with their fall collection of pumpkin spice scent bags and Christmas decor throughout their store. I didn't get any greeting from any of the staff though, but heard greetings for customers who came in after me. Maybe it was a one-off or it was off, but is a partial reason for just a 4-star. Greetings should be equal for everyone that walks in. Kirkland's is in a large shopping center and parking is aplenty. Worth to stop in if you want to be taken away by furnishings that you'll probably just adore from afar, unless you have a huge house, or mansion, for their many larger furnishings and decor.

She then says "um this lady wants to buy this". She could have easily walked up and said "excuse me, this is already being purchased, can I help you find another?" ANYTHING along those lines is basic customer service. Employee is an older woman with short red hair. Kirkland's has great items, but the experience completely brings down the value of this store. I wouldn't want to spend my money anywhere near that woman.

They have an expansive range of snacks, some I'd beg my friends to bring back to the US when they travel. There's a good selection of Milkia chocolates, although I do wish they would stock some Swiss brands like Sprungli. They do carry Lindt, but not exclusive flavors. I don't mind waiting as they have many options. The real gems I found here are in the kitchen and dining section. They have some of the cutest kitchenware like strawberry themed jars, froggy glass cups, and sardine plates. For the matcha hobbyists, there are plenty of whisks and chawan bowls at reasonable prices. I've even scored two Hello Kitty cups from their clearance section. Nice employees here are definitely a plus. I prefer to be left alone, but they are quite helpful at the register. Take advantage of their membership for their perks. Returning for more great buys.

I walked into the store and noticed it was really crowded. That being said, I went straight to the rear, grabbed some supplies that I needed, and walked directly to the register area. As I approached the area there were 3 cashiers. I went and stood in one of the lines that seemed endless. After waiting for approximately 10 min, the cashier looked at several customers, including myself, and stated he was closed. Very frustrated, I walked to a different line. Since I was desperate and in need of the merchandise, I stayed and waited patiently until it was my turn to pay. My main complaint was not the amount of time I stood in line or the amount of customers. It was the way the closed line was handled. If a line is closed, there needs to be a sign or some indication that the line is closed. A customer should not have to stand in line for any period of time, only to be told it is closed. That's poor management, and customer service in my opinion. During the holidays, Hobby Lobby should have more cashiers. That place is always crowded, and it would be nice to know that you are not gonna be standing in a line for 30 min before you can return or purchase. I

The first thing that happened off the bat was I said hi to the worker who by the way didn't have a name tag. She ignored me which I figured maybe she didn't hear me. Whatever it's fine, later she tells me about the tjmaxx card but I let her know I already have it but as I'm telling her she starts talking to her coworkers on the side with attitude because the machine next to her wasn't working & it kept calling customers up. Once she was done talking to them she mentions the card again and I told her "oh no thanks" she cuts me off and points at me and says "no not you" then points at my sister and says to her "you" that's when I started to feel very upset and dismissed. My sister caught onto it as well. One thing I also noticed is she saw she was out of receipt paper but didn't put any in until once she was done with my transaction so now that I checked the receipt to get her employee number it doesn't have it. Go figure. Once it was my sisters turn to pay her items the girl wasn't looking at us she was laughing with a worker three registers down and she knew my sister had a delicate ceramic item but was being rough with it then when my sister was done paying she handed her the receipt and was about to walk off but my sister asked her if she can please wrap the item. Now the girl wasn't looking clearly being rude she snatched the item and wrapped the item carelessly and handed it to my sister in a very aggressive way then walked away. I had to ask the store coordinator for the workers information and her name is Mason. She's African American female with a neck tattoo & was wearing a low cut grey spaghetti strap shirt with an open button flannel. Very slim figure. I had such a great time Halloween decor shopping with my sister and mom but after that interaction it left me very upset.
