Newer Ross location in town! Encompassing the 17800 even number block on Ventura Blvd between Zelzah Ave and Yarmouth (which turns into Alonzo Ave heading in the direction of Ross)... This new and blue RD4L is well put together with a very fair amount of space throughout the entire store, but the stock is bare minimal. I wasn't surprised as it takes a Dress for Less a chunk of time to find it's footing and improve it's selection. If you know the world of Ross Dress for Less you know they have amazing deals on clothes, shoes, kitchenware, dry food, art, bedding, bathroom items, pet stuff, season items and just about everything you can think of... It's like a the ultimate discount mini Department store. I stopped in with my mom who was in town and the ultimate Ross fanatic and she agreed after we left that it's not quite there yet... You definitely have to cater to the area of Encino, Los Angeles, California... however you also have to exude a bit of Dress for Less energy... which it's brewing. The customer service is pretty nice, including security and check out was seamlessly smooth... I will say the electronics and misc body care items were nicely kept... The candle selection was a bit sad... Nothing like those unique scents for a great deal. You can find an item or two here, but compared to the location in Tarzana about two miles west it's a silver star (for now)... though very clean! The parking lot is okay for the most part sharing a long lot with Ralphs just east of the Firestone Auto Care shop. It can be overwhelming during rush hour when everyone is getting off and coming into the shopping center for groceries or their Ross fix. I'd go back again and see how the selection improves and grows with time.

My primary visit was to check out their luggage section. They didn't have what I was looking for. They have limited brand. So I decided to check out the infants area. I found items that are on sale. I picked up onesies and a 3piece set. This store isn't busy. There is only one register.

I was genuinely excited to shop at Hiptique and invested in a pair of expensive jeans, expecting a…read morelevel of service that matched the premium price point. Unfortunately, my experience with Christine Berardi, the owner, left me feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome. When I asked to try a smaller size, the interaction felt judgmental rather than helpful. I also inquired about being added to a waitlist for another item, and the response came across as dismissive and condescending. I understand boutiques have their own policies, but that does not excuse making customers feel judged or talked down to. The jeans are great, but the overall experience felt more pretentious than personable. What was even more disappointing was seeing my original review removed after the owner responded. Honest customer feedback--positive or negative--should be visible so others can make informed decisions. A five-star rating only means something when it reflects real customer experiences. I'm sharing this again because people deserve to hear the full story. For a store that positions itself as a luxury shopping destination, I expected much warmer and more respectful service. I won't be returning.

On my first visit, Trinity helped me select a range of beautiful tops, jeans, and dresses to try on. She was incredibly attentive without ever being pushy, and she instinctively understood what would work for me. I found so many flattering pieces in my size that I knew I had to come back the next day. When I returned, Christine was there and made the experience just as exceptional. She introduced me to even more stunning pieces and offered honest, thoughtful feedback on how everything looked--something I truly value and rarely find. With her help, I left with two fabulous blouses and the perfect summer jeans. What truly sets this boutique apart is its incredible selection and inclusivity. They carry a wide range of sizes (jeans from 23 to 32+), and the assortment feels both curated and unique--especially the dresses, many from designers I hadn't seen anywhere else. Equally impressive is their no-pressure approach. It's so refreshing to shop in a space where the focus is on helping you feel your best rather than making a sale. The boutique has an easy, elevated Malibu vibe--yet it's right here in Woodland Hills, perfectly situated in the Woodland Hills Country Mart. I genuinely cannot wait to bring my friends back. Kudos to the entire team--this is a rare gem.

Looks like a hoarder's house. Walked in for the first time. First impression, nothing is organized,…read moreshoes are everywhere in piles. It looks really bad. The right side of the store, which is the section with clothes, looks normal. But the left side of the store looks horrendous. Like a tornado ripped the place up

First of all, they have some cute little outfits, but I have to say... You get what you pay for. I wanted a few tank tops for my new dance class and came up on those at a good price, but I saw this cute top and decided to try it on. It was cute. Fit me well, so decided hell why not. Well sorry to say, I shouldn't have bought it. I wore the shirt out to a bar one night and I lifted my arm and the stitches cam apart on one side. By the end of thi night both sides came apart. You'd have to see the top to understand, its not like I was topless by the end of the night, lol, but it was crappy and it was cheap and it super sucked. Luckily I got it fixed elsewhere and its still a cute top I love to wear, but the fact that I had to take it somewhere to get it fixed up, it cost me more than I wanted to pay and its fine now, but what kind of crap is that really? Only reason I still gave this place 3 stars is because I do like my tank tops for dance class and the people there are really nice people. Both times I've been in the lady gave me a thing or two for free, but other than the tanks, ill probably not buy anything else there unless I like to waste my money. Nice people, cute clothes, but it cheap stuff that they probably just buy from downtown anyway. So buyer beware. Keep a close eye on what you get and make sure its not falling apart before you get it home.
