A complete mess of a store, with a rude cashier and employees. The young guy working the end terminal, didn't even acknowledge me or the lady ahead of me, he just kept on talking to his coworker about what time they get off work and their schedules. One was complaining that they had to stay until 4pm. That's not the way to treat paying customers. Next time, I'll go elsewhere! read more

Very bad experience today. My 2 sisters and I were buying some clothes.While my sister is searching for more. Someone from store employees took her cart with clothes that she selected and started hiding my sister stuff near to the counter that includes my sister hat that mix together with her plan to buy clothes. No one seems to help and all they said was they can't do anything and since manager left already when I asked for one. The woman in the counter seems smiling while we are searching until later we found it beside the counter where the 2 lady states they both don't know. I hate those employees that working today in this stores. No plan of going back. They're all Scam group. Horrible experience. I return my stuff that I was planning to buy due to very unacceptable custumer service we noticed in this store. Hopefully manager was not involved with this tactics. 1 star because why did I pay for 1 item at the register thats 3 feet away from the exit and once I get my 1 item in the bag that was bagged by the employee I turn and take 3 steps towards the exit and the "security" whose job is literally to just stand there and watch , is able to see every single transaction that takes place 3 feet away from him , well he stops me and asks if he could see my receipt .. whaaat!? U literally are witnessing people paying at the register as the transactions are taking place !. Anyway I open my bag which I believe I have the right not to but I was feeling nice so I open the bag and he asks if he could see my receipt. I tell him the receipt is in the bag and it's literally laying at the top of the item I just purchased . He asks for permission to stick his hand inside the bag because "he is not allowed to touch my stuff" .. what !?? Your not allowed to touch my stuff ? so why are you stopping paying customers that you're witnessing paying for their items at the register that is 3 feet away from you and making them feel like they're stealing something? Smh also , since when are security guards allowed to have body cameras ? Isn't that excessive for Ross?? read more

I like this Ross location its clean and not packed at all. I can find my sons size 15 men's shoes here with a small section for him to choose from. They have shoes for my other children as well and a nice section and variety. Staff here actually welcome you and thank you when you are leaving very nice touch! Staff are friendly and helpful. Have a good variety of clothing for the whole family at prices you think your stealing them:) I love coming here I can spend a few hundred here where at other stores a few hundred won't even make a dent for 5 children. This location is definitely less packed on a Friday compared to the ones I go to in Colton and Redlands. Clean and organized however I feel that the home selection doesn't have a lot of variety compared to the other locations I've been to. Only one cashier right now and there's 5 people waiting in line. I went in this morning at 8am and I got the best service in the fitting room. The dressing room attendant was so helpful and friendly. I wish I would have gotten her name. I told her I needed a formal dress for a wedding and she made suggestions I would have never tried on, which made me realize that I had a few options at different price points. I really appreciated the time to she took to help me find dresses and her suggestions on accessories and shoes. It has been really difficult to find good service nowadays with every business being short staffed but she was great! Thank you! read more

I used to love this ross! Lately when ever I go it's usually young girls working the cashier that are being very unprofessional. They are usually talking to each other through their headset laughing and probably gossiping. They act as if customers are not even there! I would say this is one of the best Ross stores in the are. It's actually organized and you barely see clothing on the floor. I don't like shopping in discount stores but I do like coming to this Ross. I always go here to find gifts for upcoming birthdays and I always find great deals. I also buy a lot more than I thought I was going to each time I step into this place. You will find little treasures and great deals if you look around. I even got furniture in this place and its great! Most people are nice. However the person who I believe is the manager is a b**** and has a horrible attitude and be patience with the long lines at the cashier. Most of the time the only have one register available. We were greeted at the door by the security when I walked in with my husband and son. Basically the humans on this side of earth are quite different, was passing through had a wardrobe malfunction and needed a change of clothing quickly with leggings and T shirt in mind. The entire shopping plaza where this Ross is located is on the newer side, Aldi, Walmart included. The poverty level is unreal, therefore I was quite apprehensive when I went inside the store to what I would find. Clothing is plentiful, I was able to grab what I needed without a problem. Friendlyness of the clerks are quick, security is polite greeting and goodbyes to everyone, definitely on her game. Cleanliness of the store well pretty much most of shoes are on floors, restroom is filthy, and house-ware items are scarcely stocked- again the store can only do so much when the demographic area is on a below average, low income. There is also a prison around the corner btw. Again, if you happen to be passing through, and have a emergency this Ross will get the Job done as long as you plan to get your errand done in about 10 min or less. read more

They have the best deals around here! Cute clothes, brand name purses and wallets, and great home decor. Don't go if you are on a time constraint, for they are always packed. They usually only have 1 register, sometimes 2, so you will be standing in line for a good 10-20 minutes. Their return policies are very strict, so I don't recommend buying gifts here. To return an item, you must have the original Ross tag on the item, which includes the price. You obviously can't give someone a present with the price tag on, so keep it as your shopping place for yourself and your family. read more

WORST customer experience ever at Ross. I am a shopaholic and have been to many stores and places in my lifetime. My experience at this store is the worst I have ever experienced. The employees as well as management at this store are very rude and arrogant. Corporate isn't any better. It isn't like they have the best quality merchandise to begin with, but the complete lack of customer service makes it a JOKE. If you're a shopaholic like I am and you like to have a pleasant experience, then STAY AWAY from this store. As a matter of fact, I never plan to step foot in another ROSS ever again. When looking at the website the hours of operation state 9am- 11PM I also called spoke to An associate and they confirmed 11pm drove all the way up to Ross and Highland and the doors were locked and through the doors the representative said that they close at 10:30-very inconvenient that the our state 11 PM on the website and when you call they stay 11 PM when you go there it's early was there for associates with the security officer and they were saying they close at 10:30 seems like they wanted to close early to get out of there that business read more
