The service is terrible. There was maybe 1 or 2 cashiers. The line was long. They sell a variety of items. Prices are not too expensive.

Not too pleased. I have learned that Ross is definitely a hit or miss type of thing. This goes for the selection in addition to what the store will look like. Today, there was a great deal of stuff but it was bit overwhelming because there wasn't that great of organization. The shoe department had so much, but there really wasn't any rhyme or reason to why it looked the way it did. The clothing selection appeared to be alright. Not my favorite Ross store! It's not organized (yes, I know it's a discount store). It never seems to matter the time of day or night you're in here. The place is just messy. Merchandise on the floor. Not the friendliest employees. The lines are always long. They need to hire more people! I usually just end up doing returns rather than purchasing since I don't usually find much here. read more

With this being in the same shopping plaza as other stores I was visiting, I figured I'd give it a gander. Why not, who knows what you might find in one of these type of stores. I made my way in and felt like I had already had visited this store. What I mean by that is that it is basically set up like all other Ross stores you come across. Like many others, the stock all depends on what is available and they have purchased for resale. I honestly do not remember what I picked up in here, but most likely it was an item for my new place. I didn't really put much thought into it and just made my way through the store mindlessly. This place will most likely not get a revisit seeing that it was truly forgettable. read more

An absolutely suffocating experience - something about the clustered, messy merchandising and the low ceiling gives the impression you're one of many sardines shoved in a tin. Although the racks are filled, they are often unorganized and you will be sifting through hangers looking for your size. I have made the mistake of coming into this store after buying something from the neighboring department store and their loss prevention has - on several occasions - aggressively stopped me at the door, demanding to look into my bag and see the receipt for an item that I walked into the store with. The unusually aggressive loss prevention officer here could benefit from retraining or reassignment, perhaps to fitting room duty. I'd consider reporting it to corporate, but I doubt much would change, given the consistently subpar service. Much like other stores in this area, this Ross experiences significant issues with long lines. read more

This was actually a pretty decent store. The departments were reasonably clean, and easy to shop. There was a good selection of products and no issues with the service I received. I would definitely come back and shop here. read more

What's so thrilling about a Ross? I usually wouldn't yelp a Ross, but this Ross is super convenient to the IKEA in College Park, MD in the Laurel Lakes Shopping Center. Like all Ross Shop for Less stores, you have to be ready to hunt and have incredible patience. I have to say this one has a majorly nice homewares section. You can definitely compliment your Ikea purchases with little nik naks here. I made some epic finds here. First, I found commerative Death Row Records shot glass collection. Shot glasses with 2 Pac, Warren G, Dr. Dre and Nate Dogg all over them. I even found the 2 Pac "all eyez on me" collection shot glasses. I took pictures of each one and sent them to people back home. Westside! I was digging in the shoes and found a pair of Cole Haan Nike Air Slingbacks a half size too large. I flipped them over to see the price and they were $14.99. These shoes are normally well over $150 dollars at least at Nordstrom. Obviously maybe this was a pricing mistake, but at 14.99 I will make these shoes fit even if I have to wear thick socks in the middle of summer, I don't care. They rung up that cheap too, and I felt like I was getting away with something, so I walked very quickly out of the store.... read more

I went int on February 5th to make a return because the items I purchased didn't not fit or I did not want them again. The employee told me that it would have to be tire credit . This makes no sense to me I purchased the the items and brought them back with in time and with the receipt the reasoning they gave for not being able to return my money was that the it was supposed to be returned within 30 days but it was it. When it come a to receipt returns with ID it makes no sense to me why a full return was unable to occur. This was highly inaccurate and inconvenient to me. I love the fact that priceless treasures actually have a Fantastic PRICE here at Ross. I can't believe some of the great finds that I have found here at this Ross location. It's a different vibe than other stores. I can't really put words to it. If I'm in the area and I have the time to meander through all the nooks and crannies of the store, I know I will walk away with a treasure. But it seams like when I specifically want one specific item and just want to go in and get out, things get complicated. There's such a thing as organized chaos and I think it's at no fault of the store's, I think it's the customers. This staff must have the patience of Saints! I find things tucked in the oddest places! But like I said a treasure is worth digging around for. My strategy, go to the area that your item is supposed to be professionally placed... Come early or be in line for hours lol. I have found decent dresses, chucks, and even perfume at this location. Not bad at all and like I said Just get in there as early as you can lol. I think they might be short staffed most of the time and the store can be a mess during certain hours so just GET THERE EARLY LOL. read more

It aint for super stylish shoes on a dime, either. Really, it isn't good for anything BUT HOUSEWARES!! HOLY 520-thread-count-100%-cotton-not-Polyester-blend sheets! And thick, fluffy designer towels for $5.99 a pop in top brands! And supa rich-looking wall mirrors and rugssss! This, friends, is where the value lies in the store called "Ross." This Ross has now gone down to a one star. Why? Two reasons: 1. When walking pass the womens section, it smelled like someone literally took a crap. I originally lived in NY and moving here I found this store and they have really good prices. However you have to look thoroughly to find something nice. They have good options they just have to be searched for. I recommend coming here for clothing. They'll last a good 2 years. read more

Someone made over $300 of fraudulent charges using my credit card info at this store. My wife and I have both of our credit cards, so they most likely entered our info manually. This is incredibly unethical. Never been here and definitely won't now. read more

It is 4:10 pm and I've been asked to stand in a line that reminds you of something akin to Christmas shopping. I stood in the Customer Sevice line, because i wanted to purchase a skirt with no tags. "There's one line." So now I'm standing in a line with at least 20+ people just to find out a price. There are abandinef baskets everywhere. This store is a mess. Another Ross that is plain awful. The only Ross I have ever been to that seemed worth it is in Virginia. This location is too big for the lack of merchandise it sells. It always looks bare and like it is missing a lot of items. The service is not good, but I have to say it is pretty clean compared to some other stores I have seen. Selection is bare and not good. Definitely needs to start carrying more merchandise, or downsize the store size because it is really misleading from the outside. read more
