They did have someone right at the front who was responsible for cleaning carts, which was appreciated. We were on the hunt for a larger piece of furniture. Didn't find what we were looking for, but they have a lot of different styles in chairs, desks, tables etc. I would caution that, if you do find something you like, check it thoroughly before purchasing. Many items seemed to have dents and dings from being on the floor with carts pushing past. This is definitely a spot you might find a treasure, especially in the clearance sections, but it will take some time and effort to find.

The store is a bit overwhelming, so I only walked through only half of the store because my anxiety level was rising. There is very little room to walk, so if you don't like clutter or if you're impatient, this isn't the place for you. Think of it like watching the show "Hoarders." Prices were decent. There were 2 cashiers available at the time. The gentleman who scanned my items was polite and kind (forgot to catch his name). If I come next time, it's for Mielle hair products and Yankee Candles.

At that time I was informed that you are not allowed to try on white anything. You have to gather other colors to try on... why would I want to try on another color when I'm shopping for white? Whem everyone is watching me gather only white ensembles why did not one person say a word? I was not offered help to find other colors or anything. I just put it all back. . They will not get my money! I get that they are probably concerned with getting makeup and stains on their clothing, however, that's the nature of the game! The employees always recognize me by my hair, not by name, but by hair. They be like...you were in here last time and your hair was like... yeah that was me! Too cute! So to be recognized each time is a good feeling! When you don't think they are paying attention...they are!! The employees, I believe are in their early 20s so most of them have a sense of fashion. Therefore, if you come in and you're looking for fashion for your 18 year old and up young lady, they should be able to help you out. I'm no 20 something, but I do tend to find age appropriate clothing, shoes and accessories ALWAYS! Some items are a bit pricey, like department store prices, but I tell you buying the more expensive items here (like $30+) you are less likely to see your outfit on someone else when you head out. So definitely be mindful of your selections. I always check the sale rack first, items usually here are items the "teeny-boopers" passed up on and they are on sale for a great price. I actually brought this haute (hot) outfit a few years ago from here I wore to the yelp Fire & Ice Party and I received so many compliments on it...yeah costed me $10 - winning!! The store is spacey and no worries of bumping into others or racks while shopping. It's also bright in here, so no crazy lighting in which you can't really tell the color of something. There are about 6 dressing rooms and it's never a wait when I visit. And I usually visit on Wednesdays about 6pm - 7pm. The store is located in the Janaf shopping center of Norfolk. Yes, a shopping center! There are several stores located on this strip. Stores from: Walmart, TJMaxx, Old Navy, Rainbow etc. Men, women and children fashion and eateries are located within walking distance as well. But this is the kicker here...They have a sign that lets customers know, you cannot try on anything white. OMG...when I saw this I immediately was turned off, but I totally get it. Some ladies can be messy and try to squeeze into this and that and therefore, due to limited sizes and the demand for all white attire, this sign is understood. But...just be careful that you select the correct size, purchase it and try it on when you get home (take off makeup and anything that can stain the garment). If the item doesn't fit - return it if it's not a final sale. Seemingly, you should check the return policy before you purchase. I'm totally a fan of this location. And items found here, can be found online at most of your popular online boutique sites. So before you think about purchasing online and paying extra (shipping and taxes), come in and look here first. No trouble finding parking - at night the parking is pretty well lit, not 100% sure, but always be careful. Have fun!
