Stopped by to do some quick shopping- Ross never disappoints! They always have everything! Lots of cool things for an affordable price. The staff were friendly and my mother and I were greeted when we walked in. There are a few sections that were cluttered and had things everywhere but that is normal - the staff do try to fix it but you know some people will come by and mess it up again. I love to get my perfumes, lotions, socks, purses/backpacks, and wallets here. They also have cute stuff to add to your home like in your kitchen, bathroom, and living room. They also have cute dog beds, accessories, snacks, dog pads, and pretty much everything. They also have a car section! I always come in here for 1 thing and leave with 10-15 things haha! I did not get many pictures inside - I just took the one outside and of the things I grabbed today. read more

I typically dread going into Ross, but this location wasn't too bad. The store had good merchandise options to choose from, shelves were t overflowing and a mess, and I was able to find something I'd been looking for days. Pr ones are fair of course, and for one of the first times ever the service line to checkout actually moved quickly. The employee at the counter was kind and I was in and out in no time. Negative for me were no other employees greeted me in the store. I passed three in different areas and though she contact was made not even a hello was said. read more

This location has great inventory which is the only reason I continue to shop here. The closing girls always have an attitude and if you are not in line when the clock strikes 10 they refuse to ring you up. They kicked me out one night telling me "the registers are closed down. I couldn't ring you up even if I wanted." I walked outside angrily and checked my phone, it was 9:58! I tried to re-enter the store but the doors were already locked. This store has plenty of stuffs which I didn't get in other stores. Thought of checking few remaining stuffs for our home and whola everything was here. Would recommend this place to discover nee things. Even furniture options were more comparative to the one in deer valley. read more

Ok so first off I was purchasing some shoes for a hiking trip. I couldn't help but notice a poor old lady was having a hard time with a cashier named Jamie because the scanner thing was ringing. Her purse got checked, as well as her shopping bag. Also, that same cashier held her personal purse and shopping bag and kept walking through the security scanner. She also took out everything from the shopping bag and held it up. The lady was embarrassed in front of everyone and she kept asking if she could leave. Even airport security is less harsh. Even the supreme court wouldn't do this. Also, they have security chips on everything to ensure. The employees scan the label before taking off the chips one by one. I don't get why they treated her like this. read more

I love coming here I always find great deals and for the most part the clerks are always kind and helpful. My only concern is the woman who works as the loss prevention person. I noticed everytime I come with my mother she stares at us in a strange way, and when it's a non person of Hispanic decent she welcomes them and says hello. But as soon as she sees me or someone who looks Mexican she doesn't welcome and say hello to. I've observed this on multiple occasions, it's unfortunate that in this day and age we are still experiencing discrimination. I hope this woman learns from her mistakes and does better in the future. read more

Love coming to this Ross. Sometimes it's a hit or miss but usually this one is a hit. It's clean inside. They have good deals on clothes. Also they have make up brushes, shoes, purses, watches, and a lot of other stuff. On Tuesday they have a senior discount. They close at midnight. read more

I love this place! I've been shopping online on Wayfair and Amazon for decor for my new house. I wasn't finding just the right thing, so I went to the TJMaxx/Homegoods store near this location. I found a couple of things there that were priced compatibly with Wayfair. Then I wandered into Ross. Wow! I should have gone here first. Like most of these types of stores, you never know what you're going to find at any given time, but I found several pictures, linens, curtains, rugs, vases and a side table I absolutely love at probably somewhere around half of what I would have paid anywhere else. Bonus: I could see it before I bought it, so I knew exactly what kind of quality I was getting before I paid for it. Ross rocks. read more

I've worked at Ross for about a year now and I definitely understand how hard it is to keep the store clean. Now that I'm leaving and able to see it from a customers stand point, I'm definitely able to understand when stores are bad. It's a big store but it seems extremely crowded. I've definitely found some very nice things there. I believe the one issue is the mess and how everything is so close together. Walking space is very hard to get to. It's very hard to move and get past people within the aisles. I definitely don't hate the store but it's one of the ones, that is probably the most cluttered. Other than that, it's a Ross and most stores get messy very quickly :) read more

As a budget minded dad, I appreciate great quality clothing that can take a beating. This place has every kind of designer you can think of at rock bottom prices. I come here for home decor, bed and bath essentials and any and everything else that I used to frequent Nordstrom for some many years before. This place is usually busy but the service reps are pros and can easily dwindle a long line in no time. Most of the crap they sell for decor is Chinese made, which I detest but once in a while I find a handcrafted marvel from some tiny place in the world and it makes a room. Enjoy! read more

Not too bad. I found the Men's shoes to be pretty disorganized, yet found something in the end. The one register open and seeing two employees up at the registers talking and not working was annoying, since there was a line forming. The store was pretty clean everywhere else. I like the location of the store. The employee that helped me check out was nice, despite being one of the few working. I'm sure a little bump in management oversight would help shape things into order a bit better. Your location is great for North Phoenix and you have the opportunity to do really well. I plan to visit again next time I need something. read more

I've been to this Ross 3x now and it seems to be empty all the time. I've been to other locations that have more selections compared to this one. I will continue to shop here and I will update my review if it improves. The customer service wasn't amazing but it wasn't bad- just normal, I guess! read more

Always seems like they are out of size 12 shoes ;( but its nicer the most Ross's I have been to.

Big store but always picked through. Doesn't seem like they get much new stuff in as far as men's watches etc. Finding good finds here is far and in between. read more

I find it sad that you are unable to take belts into the fitting room to try on with dresses or shirts. Major department stores let you.... come on it's Ross.. I had a whole handful of dresses to try on but since I was unable try the belts on with the dresses I left and tried on nothing and bought nothing. They also had very little in 9.5 shoes. read more

Kathern was my cashier today at this location and she had the WORST customer service. First she wasn't done helping me when she was moving onto the next customer. I was still putting my pin and stuff on the machine when she called the next customer up and when it was done she didn't hand me a receipt or tell me go have a good day. She said okay you're done. And I had to ask her if she wanted me to just grab my receipt off the machine and she nodded her head and went about helping the next customer service. read more
