    Truly concierge service. Literally, working with Coor Cohen and associates is having a "life…read moreconcierge" for anything and everything you could need. Anytime. Expectations ALWAYS exceeded with respect to timeliness of response, quality of work delivered, exquisite attention to detail, discretion, and most importantly the professionalism and just plain friendliness that my service requests are met with. As an Emergency Physician, my schedule is infinitely random (difficult to schedule around in an "every other Tuesday" or "every Saturday morning" kind of way) and during my workday/night/early hours of the morning the work is a labor of love but also all-consuming and often leaves me completely spent when I get home. Point being, short on time and energy when not at work, and I wanted to spend that time and energy with my wife and enjoying life, not navigating tele prompt menus over the telephone to arrange appointments and services or completing forms and filing paperwork. Even more, I needed to "supercharge" my day-to-day efficiency. (Ever find yourself wanting for a second 'you' to slash through red tape and tasks? This is your answer. Cloning is not yet all hammered-out and perfected, plus all the ethical issues... get a Personal Assistant!) It was actually my wife who found Badass PA of Portland and suggested I contract their service to, among other things but importantly, help me schedule time together, help me to plan surprise dates, getaways, adventures, etc. and to do this, helping me to manage my non-work schedule such as booking appointments, assisting with clerical tasks, running errands, finding other contractors to complete work at home... Coor's protection of and advocacy on behalf of her clients in dealing with difficult people is second to none. I plan to send her in to the dealership as my "negotiator" next time I need to buy a car- that good. Coor also scheduled an appointment WITH my wife to get to know who she is, what she likes, her dietary preferences and needs, dress size, clothing and jewelry sizes, fashion, restaurant, hotel preferences, preferred local boutiques, you name it- just so that she can help me behind the scenes in restoring myself as the romantic man-of-the-world she fell in love with and married! Badass PA of Portland is EXQUISITELY sensitive of privacy and protecting your identity, financial information, personal information, and will NEVER require any information from you that you are not comfortable sharing. That said, over time after earning my COMPLETE trust, I have entrusted them with pretty much all of the personal information I would not entrust to anyone other than my family, my bank, my realtor, my insurance company etc. and couldn't feel more resolutely confident in them. Most importantly, you might be thinking "that sounds like something that must be nice, if you're rich!" SO NOT TRUE! Check out their membership prices and rates. Buy yourself a basic membership with even 2 HOURS of service/month and you won't believe how much they can do for you in 2 hours total service time that month, most of which can be done remotely. CALL BADASS PA TODAY. You're obviously interested if you read this, and they are your new secret weapon. Love this service!

Coor and Nic cared a lot about doing a job they could be proud of *and* one that would meet our expectations. Coor not only oversaw and handled details beautifully, but also masterminded the project and made sure that the big picture went smoothly. It was a 2 day project, and we really appreciated that they took the time to tidy up the space at the end of each shift.     I cannot say enough wonderful things about Kimberly! She went above and beyond caring for my three…read moredogs and two cats & my house during both a one week trip and another 2 week-long trip. Not only did she walk and play with & love them, but she also kept me updated with pictures and regular communication, which gave me such peace of mind while I was away. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy and truly exceptional sitter. It was wonderful coming home to a sparkling house and happy wagging tails She is incredibly friendly, responsible, and attentive--the animals absolutely loved her. On top of caring for them so well, she even helped around the house, reorganized my kitchen, watered my plants and left everything spotless. I couldn't believe how clean my home was when I returned! One of my dogs needed pain medication every 12 hours, and she took care of it so I didn't have to worry! Thank you Kimberly! They all miss you!

    I had no idea how difficult it would be for me to transition from an office job to working solely…read morefrom home. I needed a dedicated space separate from my personal life and some serious help with organization. Adrienne turned my disorganized, dysfunctional and overly crowded office into an efficient, organized and practical office sanctuary. I would hands down recommend Blythe to anyone. Adrienne made it a point to set the stage for me to feel open about sharing my struggles and goals of my office project without ever feeling judged. She took notes and really listened to my concerns. I was truly provided a tailored experience. Adrienne designed my office space around my style and my needs. Including creating a special station for my dog to snuggle up while I'm working! She was able to create a variety of unique storage systems that were functional and easy for me to navigate. What I appreciated the very most was how much love and heart went into creating my office sanctuary. Adrienne was incredible to work with! I can't wait to work with her on the next project!

I thought I was pretty organized, but we still ended up without about 2 HUGE loads of goodwill donations. From there, I needed her for my entire basement (pantry, laundry room, family room transitioning from little to big kids). More Goodwill trips. She also transitioned my boys' rooms from little to next stages. When I first met with Adrienne, I was not expecting to be relocating from Portland to Grants Pass and was just hoping for a little help with some organization. However, she was a huge part of helping us with the moving process. One of my biggest concerns was that I didn't want to be judged. This might be Adrienne's best skill ~ she cares about people and does everything with compassion. My biggest recommendation shows in that I wish she was in Grants Pass now to help us with any one (or all!) of our rooms! Honestly, I can't recommend her enough. She's worth every penny (never wastes time!), goes above and beyond, and never judges!
