Total: 170.00. 75 for the first hour, then 25/hr for each worker. Pretty fair, really. The work: We have a ~1200 sq.ft house, wood floors and two bathrooms (no carpet). They scrubbed both bathrooms including the shower stall/tub and floor in each one, wiped all kitchen cabinets down, all flat surfaces in all rooms, mopped all floors and vacuumed. The result: All looked much improved after their touch. The kitchen floor could have had another go, but the deck was kind of stacked against them (who lays down white linoleum in the kitchen!??). They forgot to clean the toilets entirely (by their own admission) and (my only surprise) didn't take the garbage out in any of the five rooms with garbage cans. The verdict: I learned to be specific about what I/we want; ask... Desiree will tell you yes or no or how much extra it would cost. My wife and I will be asking them to return for monthly maintenance cleaning and would recommend them to others without reserve. Plus, as my wife pointed out, they're a small independently owned company and they're pretty damn easy on the eyes (Desiree and her husband both are quite cute-- Well, what did you expect? I would like to give the team and the owner the benefit of the doubt and suggest that they might be so busy and possibly overbooked that they are experiencing some growing pains in terms of scheduling and managing jobs and hours. I believe a distinction should be made between scheduled house cleanings and move out cleaning. I feel that this cleaning service would be very good for people that require daily, weekly, or monthly cleaning of their homes but not so good for move out cleaning service as move outs require a lot more attention to details and can be time consuming.

One day after they had cleaned my home, I came home to find a wet carpet with a note stating they had spilled a bucket of water on my laminate floor and carpet. Upon further review it was determined that they cleaned the water but placed the wet rug back on my floor. After pulling back the carpet to allow it to dry, I noticed water damage and my laminate floor had buckled. I immediately called Ashley to report the issue. She advised she would report it to her insurance company but stated a few times that she had never had to report anything to her insurance company before. She made me feel very uncomfortable for reporting an issue that had occurred with her employee for being careless. We then played phone tag a few times and during our last conversation she fired me as her customer stating I was a liability because I reported the damage caused by her employee. It turned out to be almost 6,000.00. Never in my life have I experienced such behavior by an owner of a company. I did not write a yelp review prior but this has stayed with me since my experience with Ashley snd her company. I would not recommend Ashley or her company for cleaning services to anyone in Oregon.
