I had an issue with my Samsung TV purchased from Costco. Ross Technology was the contract through the concierge service. When I contacted them and explained the problem the person I spoke with tried to insist it was not the tv and it was my surround system( she would argue as I explained it was not as my previous Samsung worked), I asked for a Monday service which I was told do to the distance could not be promised, initially I was scheduled for a Tuesday, it then changed to Monday after I had scheduled to take Tuesday off on top of cancelling another appointment for Monday. tech arrived very polite, tried to fix problem he spoke with two other Samsung reps on the phone while trying to fix problem, he then spoke with his boss and they all said it was not the tv. (problem was no sound from Blu ray player to tv). No HELP. I even pointed out the problem was the auto turn off was not working in tv ( I had my local tv person diagnose prior to calling the warranty) Re contacted Costco they agreed to a return. Unfortunatly I did buy another Samsung even though I am thoroughly disgusted with them not standing by there product. I set up the new TV and lo and behold it works with the surround and blue ray IMAGINE THAT!!! so in essence I believe this company is just going through the motions and collecting money from Samsung. Do not TRUST this company. read more

Had a Warnnty problem never contacted us. They when they did it was the next day Jennifer was rude could not verify the numbers she want from the refrigerator and we called back left.message.no return phone call four days later left a message on wife's phone I called her.back with no answer jennifer finally answers and said if I keep calling back would not get her to get what u wanted fixed or answer any questions. She then called Warnnty from pacific sales and said she was not going to service are invoice was best for the company not to service the invoice. They are the only Samsung refrigerator company in the area. So I now have to wait to find another company to service my brand new Samsung. Very rude person on the phone (Jennifer ) owner and manger with no one and She told Samsung we were rude the Samsung service person said I am.talking to.them and it is not possible and she only talk to us once fully a week earlie. if I could only put less stars by the service we got on the phone I would put negative because e of Jennifer read more

these people are absolutely awful. they lie constantly and their knowledge about anything involving repairing electrical applicances and devices would be hilarious, if it wasn't so annoying and shady and voiding my warranty with "the-company-that-made-the-exploding-phone!" sigh... seriously. stay away- they'll straight up break your items and void whatever warranty you have. i went over my television the night before and i should have taken my own pictures but i messed up. and it cost me. took the television to these buffons when i FINALLY got one on the phone. an employee working the office goes through the whole routine with me, tests the television and all that jazz and she had never see anything like the issue before! which is a GREAT sign. i'm like it's probably and electical issue cause the screen momentarily flickers when you try to turn it on before it goes black. like it has a current but somethings going wrong, maybe? ANYWAY we BOTH inspect the television and the employee couldn't find ANY physical damage the television! BECUASE I BOUGHT THE THING IN OCTOBER 2017! but lo and behold mere hours later, i get a phone call saying that the warranty won't be honored. why? because APPARENTLY now theres physical damage, like someone KICKED the televevision. where? the back of the television. and the reason i couldn't see it was because he had ti disassemble the PLASTIC frame/backing of the damage to see where the METAL piece was DENTED. are you for real right now?! NO damage whatsoever to the plastic but i damaged metal beneath it?! because i KICKED MY TELEVISION. riiiiight. sure. okay. makes perfect sense. then there's the good old disappearing act. i needed to pick up the television that is apparently NOT going to be fixed unter warranty so TODAY i called in twice, first to ask what time they closed ("uh... 3:30 or 4ish" was the reply); the second call was to make sure they would still be there, at 3:45pm ("sure we can wait for five minutes," said a different rep.) which is STILL more than TWO HOURS until they were supposed to close! well, surprise surprise! i got there at 3:45pm and there's NO ONE there! they're not answering the phone, they're not returning voicemails and the sign on the front door? what does it say their hours are? 10AM TO 6PM!! so does their voicemail! and webite! and EVERYWHERE ELSE!! so half an hour, 2 voicemails, and NO RESPONSE later in 111° F weather, i gave up and left because i was pissed like i have NEVER been pissed before. and then i called "exploding phone company"- who somehow managed to make the liars at this shady business look like a magical beacon of altrusim and rainbows and puppies cause at least these idiots didn't make me literally cry from frustration. no no, that honor belongs to "exploding phone company" alone who STILL refuses to honor their warranty! who has it on record in their system that the television was purchased in may! despite my receipts and bank statments that PROVE otherwise! who don't even know the correct business hours to their authorized repair shop! THANKS for showing me exactly how PETTY and DISPICABLE you all truly are! read more

These guys were supposed to fix my television but instead they broke another part and now refuse to take responsibility. DO NOT USE THEM. the owner is incredibly rude and treated the repairman really badly. Worst customer service ever! read more

My samsung television broke, and after calling samsung, I had a tech come out and repair it under the recall. Jessie came out and exceeded my expectations. Not only did he go above and beyond with the repair of the television, but he was very friendly, courteous and knew what he was doing. If I ever need a television repaired again, Jessie and Ross technology will be getting my business. read more

Scheduling is a nightmare, they call the afternoon of the day before they want to come out. I think it's absurd you can't schedule in advance with them so you can get your work schedule to accommodate them. I will never use this company for ANYTHING. Jennifer the owner was down right rude! If I could give zero stars I would. We've been waiting for them to come for a month. Called Samsung and they got me set up with another company for the same week WITH a time slot that we had told Jennifer works better. read more

I called Samsung because the ice guide broke on my lower ice maker. It was making ice but couldn't detect bucket was full. They referred me to Ross technology said they would call with a confirmation number. Received a call from David said he'd call me back with appointment date. He called back with a date that I wasn't able to take, he was so rude said I have to take it because they are so busy again I explained I already had an appointment that day and time he continued to be rude then called a couple days later with a time and date. They came out replaced the ice maker, tech was not very nice. Never made any ice, called David back said to wait another 48 hours, still no ice. Called them back David said we'll see what we can do, really? Finally sent another rude tech out replaced unit again still doesn't make ice and won't freeze anything in the freezer now, it was working before they came out cost $284 for nothing. Called back no one answered left a message owner called and was the rudest person I have ever encountered in my life. She wanted another $200 just to come out again I explained that I had already given them money with no satisfaction, I told her it was making ice just fine before you came out she said it wasn't fine the guide was broke, yes but now it makes nothing I paid money for nothing. From David to the owner this company is the rudest and has no idea how to treat a customer. Called Samsung and complained but they are the only company they have a contract with. I advised they need to seek a new company to contract with. If you want to be treated with rude disrespect Ross Technology is the place. They should get out of the business they certainly don't know how to conduct great service. Wish I could give a - star read more

We had a problem with our Samsung TV diagnosed remotely by Samsung; a repair ticket was issued and assigned to Ross Technology Solutions by Samsung. We told Samsung that RTS was about two hours from us, but we were told they would be the best repair source for our TV. We were contacted by RTS the next day and told they would be in touch after the holidays. We received a call on a Tuesday evening for a repair appointment on Wednesday, the one day we weren't available; RTS said they had tried to call several times and were turning our ticket back to Samsung since we weren't available. Not only are they confused about the number of attempts to call us, they charged parts to our ticket so Samsung was not able to assign the ticket to another repair service...two weeks later, we're still trying to get Samsung, who is missing the parts now, to authorize the repairs again - thanks to RTS sloppy record keeping and poor customer service! read more

Additionally, owner of device cannot remember iCloud pw so Find My iPhone feature cannot be turned on so the fix can be applied. Best that could be done was apply tape on screen to hold it in place as it makes its way to Asurion.

Highly unprofessional! From the moment the call began, it became apparent that the customer representative named Jessica, was not only unhelpful but also exhibited a complete lack of professionalism and respect towards me as a customer. Throughout the call, I felt that Jessica displayed a dismissive attitude as if my concerns were of little importance. Her tone was consistently condescending, and she did not seem genuinely interested in assisting me with resolving my issue. What concerned me the most was Jessica's use of aggressive language and demeanor. At one point, I asked a clarifying question about the troubleshooting steps they were suggesting, and their response came across as impatient and rude. This kind of behavior is not only unacceptable but also reflects poorly on your company's commitment to customer service excellence. I was extremely disappointed by this encounter. It's not surprising in the least, that there are so many negative reviews of this business. We recently purchased a new Samsung refrigerator for nearly $3,000.00. It has a defective freezer and after calling Samsung for repair, we were contacted by this ridiculous business for a service appointment. Samsung gave us a service appointment time, but when this business called they said we would be on a waiting list and no appointment was made. The employee-Mikayla, was the MOST RUDE, uninformed, uneducated person, I've ever communicated with in any service setting-EVER. She could not understand the issue with the refrigerator, refused to schedule an appointment that was already made by Samsung and is a NIGHTMARE representation of Samsung. I wouldn't recommend this business to anyone, for any purpose. Samsung should be more selective in who they contract for service and repair. Horrible. read more

My experience with Ross Technology was excellent. They expertly inspected my faulty unit, rightly identifying a product issue, contrasting Samsung's insistence on an installation problem. Ross Technology went out of their way for me, persistently making a case to Samsung about the actual issue. Despite Samsung agreeing at first, they later contradicted themselves. However, Ross Technology, in a demonstration of remarkable customer commitment, took up the matter again. After a simple phone call, they personally intervened and convinced Samsung that it was indeed a product issue. The owner of this Ross Technology came to my home to service my Samsung appliance through Samsung's warranty. I was given the quote of what I owed beforehand. Then, as he was leaving he asked me to pay him another $800 because he told me that he performed an extra service. I told him that he should have asked me before performing the additional service and that I would not pay the additional money. He raised his voice at me in front of my young child. I was not raising my voice. He continued yelling, stating that he would call the police. My child was getting increasingly scared for me until the service person eventually left. The whole situation was incredibly unprofessional. It should have just been a simple repair through my Samsung warranty but I felt like this man was trying to scam me. read more

I have a Samsung Refrigerator and the ice maker had some issues that we had been dealing with for a while. Samsung sent the repair through Ross Technology Solutions. They had acquired the part I needed in less than a week, and sent their repair Technician Jordan to come out and he was fantastic! A very polite young man, with a very confident and positive attitude! He is truly an asset to Ross Technology. I had researched my ice maker issue and thought it was going to take the better part of the day to get it repaired, but Jordan was here on time and knew what he was doing. Chris Ross and Mike arrived at my home on time and fixed a problem I was having with a Samsung 40 inch LCD TV in a few minutes. They tested and helped reattach the set to a wall mount. They were professional, helpful, polite, and careful. Jennifer was very helpful in dealing with Samsung. I had been dealing with Samsung for over week and could not get a warranty issue resloved. Jennifer cut through the red tape, ordered the parts, and arranged for the repair in less that 4 days. The actions of Ross Technology helped Samsung to keep a customer. A few weeks back my parents' Samsung 42' inch LCD TV was sporadically turning on and off so we called their service line and in a matter of minutes my parents received a call from Jennifer troubleshooting and setting up an appointment to service our ticket. Chris Ross; the owner of the company and the Field Engineer for Samsung came to our home and was courteous as well as professional in handling the problem with the TV. Ross Technology Solutions were the most excellent, service related folks I've dealt with in a long time! Jennifer walked me through the process of contacting Samsung.
