Worst customer service. I am a single mom working 2 jobs. They were supposed to call when on their way to my home and did not call. They called when they got there and wouldn't wait just 5 minutes for me to get home. Miss Mikaela who answers the phone should be banned from helping customers. By far the rudest person I've ever had to deal with. Now I have no washer machine and no telling when or if they will come back. When the Samsung recall happened December 2016, I called Samsung, they contacted Ross, Ross contacted and made an appointment. The person that I cannot remember name, arrived on time, did his thing, and that was it. How am I to know how long a 'fix' is supposed to take and what is involved, otherwise I could have done it myself? So, my washer started having unbalanced loads, like every freaking load. Tried everything, read everything online, finally called Samsung May 2017 because I had the warranty after the recall. Ross called me within two minutes getting off the phone with Samsung. They asked a couple questions, they let me know that they'd call back when the parts came in to schedule the fix. Just a few days later, made the appointment. This is within three days. So, the repair man, I cannot remember his name, arrives on time, pulls out washer and asks if the recall was performed. Just like others have mentioned, we went through the spiel about the person NOT performing the recall, yadda yadda. He fixed the recall, fixed the unbalanced problem, (one of the things I read online - rods were replaced). My washer is working so FINE, great, I feel comfortable letting it do its thing and leave the house, not checking on it all the time. Saving time, water, electricity. I feel fortunate I did not have a bad phone experience with Samsung or RTS. I wanted to put my review because I did happen to have a good response with positive results. I must say, Ross Technology Solutions needs to go through their customer list regarding that recall and make amends. That person that did not perform the recall properly misled and misrepresented the company, Samsung, and the customer. Thank you. read more

Samsung called me and scheduled a repair with Ross Technology. Five minutes later Ross Tech called me and said we need to schedule an appt. I told the woman on the phone that I had already scheduled an appt thru Samsung. She said that Samsung can't schedule the appt (what the hell?, Samsung). She then told me they (Ross) would call me in 4 to 6 days to schedule the appt. I asked why we can't schedule the appt now and she said they don't know their schedule at this time(!). What the f**k? That's the stupidest thing I've ever heard...they don't know what has already been scheduled??? To top things off, the woman was a total bitch. Do I really want these unprofessional idiots coming into my house? Take my advice....don't buy a Samsung TV but if you do and it breaks, just throw it out and buy a different brand. This company and their techs do not know what they are doing, I can't believe Samsung would go through them as a third party contractor ....if you want to be bullshit and disrespected in your own home then call this company....as soon as the tech gets to my house she plugs something into my refrigerator and claims there's nothing wrong. She proceeded to tell us the fridge is not cooling down because our fridge is empty of food products, we tell her it's been spoiling our food that's why it's empty. The temperature won't go below 74 degrees.She then calls her superiors to see if he can help diagnose the cooling problem as he picks up the phone she warns him not to be rude, he's on speak...the first words out of this idiots mouth is disrespectful and condescending...he claims we are opening our fridge too much and that's why it's not cooling.(13 times within a hour, I didn't know refrigerators had a limit of being open per day)by this point my wife and I are both annoyed and we just want this tech out of our house.she calls Samsung and they tell her to replace the circuits board it's bad...we're done we made a complaint and they will not be coming back to our house. I'm not amazed this company is rated 2 stars. It's sad the technicians aren't even the issue on why this company is doing bad. It's the woman at the office who has an attitude problem and feels she can treat customers how she wants because they are the only company who does Samsung repairs in this area. After having to be rescheduled 3 time correction I guess you can say 2 time since the woman at the front office decided to "escalate my ticket" meaning she's having no one come to my house to fix my tv after already failing to put my notes in the first time I scheduled and ordering me the wrong part and wasting her technicians time by having them come out to do a repair they can't do because of her mistakes. No I have had the pleasure of her completely saying my tv will not be fixed before Christmas as promised. It's ok though I turned on my Karen and spent the extra 5 hours with the Samsung company and have already been noticed by them that they are currently in works of finding a new company to take on customers in the kern area and releasing their contract with these people soon. Thank you for have wasting 2 weeks of my time. It's not your company, it's the woman you have at your front desk thank you. And a huge thanks to how awesome the techs that work here. Just move companies. Your better than this. If I could give zero stars, I would. There was a girl I had spoken to over the phone who was not only disrespectful and condescending, but continued to talk over me regardless of me asking her to let me speak. She didn't like that I wanted to finish what I was saying so she literally said "You know what? BYE" and proceeded to hang up the phone. I have never dealt with somebody so completely unprofessional. They haven't even come for the service appointment. I'm assuming she now knows my number and refuses to answer the call, which again, is unprofessional. I can't even call back to get a hold of a supervisor. We have a refrigerator that needs to be fixed, doesn't get cold, literally all of our food went bad over Christmas. I'm not sure about the technicians, but just talking to someone over the phone, if that is who represents them, they have got to be the worst kinds of people. read more

Speedy response. I tried to fix the dryer myself and came to a dead end it felt like. The technician found the issue with the dryer. Warned me about parts I put on from a local repair part dealer, sold me Samsung quality parts. He was right, the wheels/bearings from the local repair shop seized in couple months. Installed the Samsung parts he sold me today and the dryer is quieter and turns much easier. read more

Dec. 2020, my fridge qualified for an ice maker replacement. Samsung sent them had ice maker replaced and two weeks later ice maker was freezing up again and this time the fridge wouldn't cool down. On 1/11/21 had Chris out to see what the problem was and he didn't believe me when he tested the bottles of water from the fridge was 50 degrees he said I just put the water there so he tested a can of coke and it was 50 degrees as well. He finally pulled out the fridge and said the first guy forgot to hook up the line that plugs to the brain to cool the fridge so he was going to have the second ice maker and mother board sent to fix the problem. The next week the third guy came out replaced the ice maker and mother board made sure everything was connected and told me to start tracking the temp in the fridge still 50 degrees. On 2/12/21 called back complained about the fridge not cooling down past 50 degrees on 2/18/21 Chris (owner of company) came out and spent time with engineers and was told my fridge was "UNREPAIRABLE". The engineer said it would be replaced. Called the office and told the so called office manager and she told me Chris had told her and I'd be hearing from Samsung in 3-5 days. Three days passed and I called Samsung and was told Ross Tech was suppose to call and set the SRA Exchange info up so the ticket could be processed which was NEVER DONE! Jennifer the manager and Michaela both knew what needed to be done but never followed thru with making sure the ticket was taken care of by Samsung in order to get the fridge replaced. Both those employees are rude and very condescending to the customer. Neither one of them followed thru with what was necessary to complete the ticket for the exchange of the fridge. I've had to deal with a fridge that won't cool more than 50 degrees since December and they are much more eager to tell the customer three to five business days from now! I've been dealing with that line of BS since December and it's the 24th of February!!!!! If you have another alternative for repairs take it this company is NOT working for you! Keep on looking for a better repair company you will be shuffled around their revolving door of three to five days so much your head will take months to stop spinning!!!!!!! I had a great experience with Ross Technology. My Samsung smart TV stopped working on June 7th. I called Samsung since it was still under warranty and they connected me with Ross Technology. Mikayla diagnosed the issue over the phone and although many reviews said she was rude, she was not rude to me at all. The technicians were scheduled to come in June 15th between 9AM and 1Pm and they were there at 10AM. They replaced the screen and had our TV working again in under 15 minutes. The technicians were quick, professional, and wore a mask as I had requested. I had a pleasant experience with this company, would recommend to others. read more

I recently had two service repairs for my new Samsung Plasma TV from Ross Technology Solutions. Both Chris Ross and his assistant were very professional on both occasions. On the first repair visit, back in January, it went smooth as can be. I had call Samsung and reported the problem with a bad pixel. The very next day, Jennifer called back and set up an appointment with me. When Chris Ross came to replace the panel, he was very professional, and replaces the panel like he built it himself. He was very careful and brought his own portable table for the delicate work. Once he was done, he made sure that the new replacement panel work like a charm and inspected it. On the second repair visit, it was just a few days ago. Something else went wrong with the TV and I called Samsung and reported the problem. Jennifer called back and set up another appointment with me. They were going to order another new panel for me. When Chris Ross came, he was always professional. He asked to see the TV to confirm the problem. I made sure that he has room to setup his table, and he started taking the TV apart to replace the panel. His assistant began working simultaneously preparing for the panel swap. They both are very knowledgably in Samsung TV's and know ins and outs of my set. I work with building PC's in the past, and they both know their stuff! Overall, my experiences with these guys are totally opposite from Pamela. I usually keep an eye out at repairs because other people usually misplace a screw or two and not tell you about it. These guys have extra screws in their toolkit, and if they misplace a screw, they'll make sure that they screw it in with their own. I was not in the same room as they worked on it, and he told me that if I see a screw later on, and not to panic. They already used their own screws on my set. So, if Chris Ross and his sidekick are coming to repair your TV, you should be in good hands! read more

They damaged a Samsung 75" TV repairing the screen and then lied and said my husband and I physically damaged the TV and they will are not responsible . We now have no TV and Samsung refuses to do anything after 4 months of calls. Ross Technology set a tech out who told the company the YV was physically damaged by us. No way did we ever move this TV. These people are terrible. My samsung TV stopped turning on and although the 1 year warranty was expired, American Express extended the warranty an extra year. All they needed was a service visit to say it was broken. I paid these clowns $95 to come and say it was broken. They then refused to even acknowledge to my warranty company that they had come and tried to repair my TV and because of that refusal my $2000 insurance claim was denied. They wouldn't spend literally 2 minutes on the phone with the insurance adjuster. I called to speak with them and the girl on the phone was terrible. Rude, disinterested, actually got angry at me like she was scolding a child. I could not recommend them less. Oh and good luck getting them on the phone, you're going to get an answering machine 90% of the time. read more

Home depot uses this outside agency to service products which mine was a refrigerator. I was given appointment for service. The next morning I get this call from a rude lady extremely loud on the phone, I told her am not providing any information I'll contact Home depot because I wasn't aware I would be getting a call from someone different than they told me. I called home depot, and they verified they are the outside company. I called Ross technology back, same girl picked up. I asked for a supervisor, she said she was and there wasn't anyone else in the office. I called back from another phone. Guess what? I man answer, then an older lady got on the phone. Would give less than 1 star if able to. Had a brand new 64 in 4K Samsung 6 series tv with uneven brightness. called Samsung who gave the fix ticket to Ross. Took two weeks for them to come out. They replaced the entire monitor which resulted in the tv no longer working at all. It went from a dim tv to a black tv. Now I'm waiting for some part on some unclear date so they can try again to fix my 3 month old TV. Furious at Samsung for such inept customer service and Ross for ever growing wait time. read more

They have yet to come out to my house, and unfortunately I have no choice but to use them because my Samsung fridge is still under warranty. And they are the only company that Samsung uses in the area. I have already filed a report with Samsung about Ross Technology. I have only spoken to Mykayla, the female who answers the phone. I don't think I have ever spoken to someone in customer service who is as rude as her. I have worked in construction for years and know how to speak to a customer, and it is not like that. I asked Mykayla if I could speak to her supervisor, and she said there was no one above her. I seriously doubt that, most people I know are above her. She is rude condescending, and down right bitchy. I don't understand why I can't schedule ahead of time? She calls with not even a 24 hour notice to come out the next morning. When I told her that it's not possible, she asks, "No one can be home in the morning?" Again I tell her NO. She then asks, "No one over 18 can be there?" Again I say, "No, how many times do I have to tell you no?" She says "ma'am, I'm required to ask these questions." I seriously doubt that. I think she likes irritating people. You can't schedule for a day in the future, which I don't understand. How can the repairmen not know what they are doing so they can be prepared? Samsung service department assigned me to Ross Technology Solutions to repair my refrigerator. They called and asked a few questions and the next day they called to schedule an appointment. They came with the parts needed to repair the refrigerator. The repairman was kind and knowledgable. He knew exactly what to do. I live just over 100 miles from Bakersfield and was surprised he would drive that far. I had called a local repairman and it turns out that he was going to replace a $150 part that was still good. I purchased a 50" Samsung from Costco 3 months ago and it totally died on me, I called Costco and I got a Samsung rep on the phone immediately I was then told Ross Technology Solutions would be contacting me for repairs! They called me in about 30 min after hanging up with Costco. The guy came out and repaired my Tv he was very nice and professional.... I called Samsung on a warranty issue with our fridge 8-26-18 and was told I would get a call within 24hrs for repair. Within 2 hrs received a call, explained the problem and was told she was ordering that parts and would be calling 2 to 3 days to schedule service. Being from Visalia I thought I'd check the reputation of the company on Yelp. I saw All the bad reviews and thought, oh my god! I saw on my phone where the company called later that afternoon and they scheduled the service the NEXT afternoon between 2-6. The service man showed up at 3 PM replaced the defective parts and was gone in 30 minutes. This after driving from Bakersfield to Visalia. If I can leave negative stars I would!! Absolutely horrible customer service without any regard to customers and their time. I have Samsung refrigerator that's needs warranty repairs after 6 months. I was called by Mikala, who works at this company and is apparently the supervisor, who stated parts were ordered and I would receive another call to schedule an appointment. She calls me later the same afternoon trying to schedule an appointment even though parts have not come in. When asked if parts don't come in the morning would they need to call and reschedule? She said yes. I then told her that I work night shifts and am not always available during the day and won't be able to answer. I was then informed by her that it is not her fault that I would only be contacted during their business hours. I completely understand this but rather than calling to schedule an appointment when you don't have all the parts required sounds absolutely absurd. Why not call to schedule an appointment when the parts arrive??? And of course there's no way to escalate the call to management because Mikala IS management!! When asked if they can guarantee that whatever parts they ordered will fix the problem, she just gave me the run around! Regret ever buying anything Samsung and having to deal with a company that has bad business practices without any regard to the customer. Will also be reporting to the BBB. I would suggest anyone else having issues with this company to do the same!! read more

They came to service my TV thru Samsung, it took two trips and TV still wasn't working correctly. Tech told Samsung that the screen is fine and the defects are normal for an LCD. Now I'm stuck with a TV that is subpar, and can't get an exchange sent out. read more

This company charged me $700.00 to repair my refrigerator. I wouldn't have paid for the repairs if the owner didn't guarantee me it would fix it. When I told them my refrigerator still was not working they said it was a different issue that was unrelated to their repair and it was now unrepairable. My experience with this company was excellent. After going through days of issues with the TV manufacturer with no results I called them. Jennifer was completely honest about why I was having problems with the TV and told me that a service call would not help. Ross Technology Solutions is the only authorized Samsung television repair business in central CA, so when we had problems with our Samsung television they were our only option if we wanted to detail with repairs and still stay under warranty. Chris Ross, the business owner, arrived at our house to inspect our television after we experienced problems with the picture going out. He brought another technician with him, but I do not know his name as neither Mr. Ross nor the tech introduced themselves. When we tried to say hello and shake hands, Mr. Ross instead only said "I need a place to work." He then immediately told us that his wife, who spoke to us on the phone when making the appointment for them to come out, had been "annoyed with" us. We had some difficulty scheduling things through Samsung, but had not done anything purposely annoying or been overly difficult. We found this comment to be rude and unprofessional, and his poor professional demeanor and customer service continued through our interaction. The picture had been going out sporadically, most often during commercials and when we tried to use the "On Demand" feature of our cable provider. When Mr. Ross asked what was going on, I tried to explain this to him, as it seemed relevant that the problem seemed to be event-sensitive. He interrupted me as I tried to speak, and made it clear that he didn't have any interest in what I was telling him. I tried again to stress that it wasn't happening all the time, but he cut me off and from that point on, only interacted with my boyfriend. Mr. Ross told us with certainty that the television was overheating, causing the picture to go out, and that the problem would get worse over time. He informed us that our television would cost at least $400 to repair, or that we could just get a new one. We told him we would think about what to do, and he left. We were unconvinced that Mr. Ross had correctly diagnosed the problem- he had seemed hurried and wouldn't listen to us while in our home, and decided as soon as he left that if repairs needed to be made, we would not be hiring him to do them. We continued to pay attention to the problem over the next few days, and felt certain that it had to do with the input from the cable. We unhooked the television from the cable system and then put it back together. Since then, there has been no problem with the television at all. Clearly, the system was not overheating as Mr. Ross had determined, but rather that the problem had something to do with the cable connection. Overall, our experience with Ross Technology Solutions was nothing but negative. Not only were they rude and unprofessional, but they were also incorrect in their attempt to determine what was wrong with our television. Had we trusted them to repair our television, it would have cost us hundreds of dollars in unnecessary repairs. I would absolutely advise others seeking help with their Samsung televisions to avoid this business at all costs. read more

They started with a diagnostic over the phone. Yes over the phone. They ordered my part took 2-4 days. They came and I explained that my washer machine stops cycling and beeps constantly. The technician didn't even give it a minute he immediately replaced the part they thought was it. He then tells me he got a bad display board and that he'll order another one. He then said, If it's not the display board it's the mother board. I then questioned if it's not the display then why put it on. He then replied , we have to change this first. I contacted the office and told them that replacing parts is not diagnostics. and I wanted my $95 back since you didn't even find the issue. Instead you replaced a part that didn't work and then said it may be other stuff. they declined to give me back the $95. The lady on the phone was a younger lady with a serious attitude. They are the only one who does samsung in the valley of Fresno and I declined to work with them any further. I'm buying me a new washer because I would never deal them again.
