Saturday lunch time (12:30?), this place was packed with people ordering their pasta, and outside were people waiting for store staff to bring their orders. It is a "Tiny" place which accommodates only a few tables for eat-in. So, we knew we had to do take-out, as apparently, eat-in was impossible. Pasta of the weeks (2 kinds): # Zucchini Linguine with basil & lemon # Cappelletti (stuffed pasta) with Nduja (spicy pork spread), parsley with butter, chive, lime and lobster curry oil. Of course we ordered both! And sooooo happy & satisfied with everything. Perfectly Al-dente fresh pasta, deep/complex sauce, with fresh aroma/flavor of ingredients (herbs, cheese, vegetable lemon etc). So impressive. When I smelled the lemony aroma even before opening the lid - I was SOOOO excited. Cappelletti (stuffed pasta)'s sauce was pleasantly complex. Richness and nice spice kick of nduja, which blends with lobster curry oil and flavored (anchovy?) butter. All those assertive ingredients did not fight with each other, miraculously harmonizing, hitting every corner of my taste buds. The cottage cheese (inside coppelletti) was fresh, fluffy and light, melted in the mouth! Yummmmmm. It came with a small piece of sourdough bread, I wiped the sauce with it and ate - heaven! Likewise, linguine was excellent. Fresh, fresh, fresh! Next time, I will order extra pieces of bread, as the sauce was so addictively good here. I do not want to waste even a drop of it! I should continue checking their weekly rotating menu. I want to try different kinds of pasta & sauce. I trust them 100%!!!! Will come back!!!

Fast forward to 2025, now Tiny Market Co. does lunch from Tues to Sun where they rotate their pasta specials on a weekly basis. They also have sauces and frozen pastas made in house where you can bring home to cook. I finally stopped by Tiny Market Co recently on a Friday as I have been wanting to try their pasta lunches. The pasta that they have for lunch rotates on a weekly basis where they also feature a stuffed pasta on Fridays (seen on their IG). They also do have sandwiches as well - like chicken pesto, mortadella, etc. There are also a fridge full of frozen pastas and sauces as well as tiramisu for you to bring home. The space is small so expect to have your food to go unless you are lucky to snag a spot. There is only seating for about 6 people in the shop (and 2 outside if the weather is nice). This week, the featured pasta special was genovese (braised beef and onion sauce with sage, hazelnut, and piave cheese) for $18. Since I also went on a Friday, their feature stuffed pasta was a raviolo (cacio pepe and egg yolk with brown butter, parsley, caper, and pecorino cheese + a side of focaccia). The seats were all full so I decided to have my pasta to go (I ordered the genovese). After placing my order, I waited about 5 min-10 min for my pasta to be prepared. Service wise, staff were extremely friendly! Pasta wise, the genovese was delicious. The braised beef and onion sauce was so flavourful and the beef was tender. The hazelnut brought a unique textural component to the dish while the sage complemented the ingredients well. The pasta was cooked el dente and the cheese just balanced the whole dish out. It was delicious. Overall, a small hidden pasta shop near Bathurst station. I don't know why it took me so long to return back her to try their lunch specials but...I definitely know that i will be coming back for more. So delicious!

After working in Woodbridge for a few years, I was spoiled with a lot of good pizza options and sadly I had such a hard time finding really good pizza. This is really good pizza! You walk in and the delicious smell of pizza and tomato sauce fills your nose. It's a real treat. The space itself is clean and spacious. Last I went the seating area was closed off, I'm not sure if that has changed now that indoor dining is permitted again, but I'd say this is mostly a take-out type of place. The first time we went we ordered a slice of pizza and a veal sandwich. The pizza was reheated in the oven and it was crispy on the bottom and chewy and cheesy on the top. The sauce was a bit sweet, tart and fresh tasting which is how I like it. It was an excellent slice of pizza. The veal sandwich was also great, it comes with all the toppings except cheese which is a $1 and some change extra. We always opt for cheese but it was nice that the extras like mushrooms and peppers are included in the price. Again, this was tasty, smothered in that same tomato sauce in a nice crusty but soft bun. The second and third time we came, we called them directly to order a party sized pizza and we also tried a rosé pasta. The pizza is massive and it was only $24 + tax plus it comes with pepperoni. Additional toppings are extra. It could truly feed a party, we had leftovers for days! The rosé pasta was SO good. So rich and creamy, it was from their hot plate selection so don't expect Al Dente noodles but it was so yummy, I cleaned the dish. Again, this was reasonable for around $10-$11 and it was a large portion. Service is prompt, I've ordered twice over the phone and they've been friendly and my order was always ready and hot when I arrived to pick it up. The store also stocks a few Italian groceries and frozen items like lasagnas, pastas, and sauces. Prices seem decent considering the brands they stock, they seem to all be imported or made in house items. Overall I'm so happy to have found our new pizza place. I'm also looking forward to trying some other items like their deli sandwiches and dinner plates. As a pizza snob, this is the best we've found in the Aurora/Newmarket area and we'll keep coming back for more!

My husband gave it his best compliment of being better than his mom's! The baked Alaska was outstanding, a fudgy chocolate base and nothing was overly sweet, it was just right. The affogato was great, the quality of the espresso reminded of Sant Eustachio's in Rome. Well roasted and not bitter or acidic in any way.
