They blamed it on a faulty hubcap. It's funny that I never had any problems with it for thousands of miles in rain or snow. I should probably re-torque the lug nuts that they said wouldn't need retightening. Followup: After this review I was contacted by the owner and was referred to the local manager. I got two tires I owned mounted and balanced for free and another $30 off an alignment that is already the lowest price in town.
