It was a great experience: convenience of a loaner, on-time service, honest review of service needed and what should be done soon. The difference being that the dealer seemed to upcharge on what is needed and what coud be done. Their overhead charges and labor costs were extreme as well. That said, Autowerks charges a fair amount on labor and additional "Phantom" time did not appear on my bill. Give them a try.

I own a 2019 GMC Sierra Elevation. I have had issues with this truck from day 1. I bought it brand…read morenew. I had transmission issues right off the bat. It was excessive oil right off the bat. I took it in and was told it's normal for these trucks. I told them they were wrong but they just blew it off. 80k miles later transmission goes out. Still using oil. Explained that to them again and they couldn't find anything wrong. Had extended warranty to cover truck to 120k, 123k front and rear main seals go out. Kept the truck serviced on time every oil change. Truck never made it to the next scheduled change without adding 2 quarts from day 1. Made an appointment for the seals to get fixed. They quoted me and sent me the link. No parts listed. I'm a decent mechanic. I knew exactly what they had to do. They charged me excessive hours at 164.00 an hour. They charged me for a seal housing I didn't need. Their top tech said he had problems with the seal rolling when reusing the rear seal housing. My only answer for this is he didn't know what he was doing. You align the housing with a special tool and get it exact. Then replace the seal. Most can do this without issues. But not Lee GmC. It's common knowledge GMC has a LoT more issues with their trucks and cars than most other brands. Any dealership will treat you like their best friend to get you're business. I googled " why does GMC vehicles have so many issues?". Here's the response. "GMC vehicles are often reported to have issues like transmission problems, excessive oil consumption, poor visibility due to headlight design, and issues with heating and air conditioning systems, with some of the most common complaints centering around transmission failures, particularly in models like the Acadia and Sierra, which can occur around the 100,000-mile mark; these issues are often attributed to the overall design and quality control of General Motors vehicles, which GMC falls under, leading to concerns about reliability compared to other brands." I'm sure I'll get the sympathetic BS generic response to this review from Mr Lee. Buyer beware! If you own a GMC I hope you have better Luck than I've had. If I were you, I'd trade it in before the warranty runs out. I spent 3 weeks without a ride because these clowns couldn't provide me a loaner. They are reserved for warranty people apparently. If I could give this dealership negative stars I would. I'm going to copy and paste this review on every social media site I can find. I'll renew it weekly so it stays on top. Good luck America!

Someone recommended we try Bodwell's and thank goodness for that person - Bodwell's was amazing. Nicest people ever, we were a quick repair and they snuck us in, got us fixed and on our way safely. Other places we and our friends called told us we'd have to wait one to two days, but Bodwell's saw our situation and worked us right in. A special shout out to Micah and David. Scott was friendly and communicative. I dropped my truck off with a one hour-ish time frame and picked it up at about 4:15. They had replaced a bulb and made a very minor repair to my tail light. They didn't call me to verify but it was $5 whereas most places would tell you the enter part needed replacing so no harm there. All in it was $20 and 90min so I was very happy. The repair was complicated by the fact that my daughter did not have the key to the locked lug nut, but they were able to remove the screw, make a repair, and advise her for further followup when she returned to Boston. My daughter said that the people she dealt with were knowledgeable and kind, and that she trusted them. We have been using Cameron's for close to 40 years and appreciate their service.
