This location was not helpful at all. I called, and the lady who works at this facility was very rude to my husband and me. It honestly took me by surprise because I didn't understand why she was being so mean when she works at a facility that is supposed to help people who need medical machines for different reasons. It made me really sad to think about the people who may not be getting the help they need because of her attitude. Instead, we called 1 (833) 821-7827 to get help, and the lady who answered was very polite and kind. She was able to help us right away so we could get our machine through the mail. read more

I got a CPAP machine from a company called Lofta and have been trying to get supply replacements through Rotech in the hopes that insurance will cover the parts. Insurance (Anthem) asks Rotech for a "compliance report" before each shipment but Rotech is not able to pull that from my CPAP machine automatically. They ask me to go to a sleep clinic to get the compliance report and fax it to them myself. When I go to the sleep clinic, the nurse just scoffs and asks why Rotech can't just pull the compliance report themselves. I'm basically being passed around between 4-5 different companies every time I need a supply refill. Rotech customer support just brushes me off saying they can't do anything because they didn't supply the machine. Sometimes they also pass me back and forth between their partner's support at Sleep Central. Oh and when they finally shipped the first resupply order, they put a typo in my mailing address so two shipment attempts got lost/held by USPS so I had to spend a week chasing that down. Rotech is probably the worst company I've dealt with in my life and that is saying a lot. I'm sitting here at 1:40am losing sleep over a company that is supposed to help treat sleep apnea. I've i've read what they said about the sweet girl in the office. Well, I hope that sweet girl's name is not Jessica or her supervisor Maria, first of all I was was caught that finally my oxygen concentrator portable was available. I went through an explanation that my doctors handwriting wasn't legible, but what happened was I got a copy as well and it looked perfectly fine to me . then she says in your own and your insurance declined that's it. I've got that part then I contacted my doctor and he resent the paperwork. I contact Rotech and let them know that he sent the paperwork and they said they got it and they also said I need the machines that they had here to be serviced and they came out at the beautiful attended to come out and service the machines named Charles excellent guy and he even said he would check on it for me as well. That would be the second time I've seen Charles then I decided to wait. He said he didn't know the time amount you know the amount of time it takes to do that, but he would check on it so I decided to wait. Last Monday. I got a call from Rotech. They told me I was approved for the concentrator and they would be at my house on Thursday. I was excited I made reservations for me to travel to Arizona to see my mom who has dementia and I was pretty excited to see her now that I have a portable concentrate that I'm I would become more comfortable with than a tank. Thursday comes, and I've waited all day with excitement no Rotech. I decided to call them. "JERICA"answers again. She looked on the file. She didn't know what what's going on. She didn't know what happened but she's gonna find out after about 30 minutes back-and-forth. She and I she hasn't found out what the problem is. Oh the guy forgot to do something this morning and they forgot that you know it looks like I was going through the same thing that I went with them. I've been through this before weird New forgive us forgive us forgive us. We got new workers forgive us forgive us forgive us. that's what I keep getting so I'd let her know I had bought it. I've been sitting around all day. What's the problem they say to me we normally can you get somebody to bring all the tanks in the big concentrate machine all this equipment to them and I said no that's the problem I hate getting into I take Ubers and all the tanks and they look at me like I'm like like I violated some type of love so I don't do that ma'am you know son said no she said well. Let me see what I can do. I'll call you back. Of course I've never got a call back and explained to what I had a plane ticket. She's supposed to help me and see if she can get somebody out there for emergency yeah yeah. I never heard from Jerrica again didn't even bother to call. No empathy. Nothing I said forget about it. I will call Well. She told me that they if they didn't do if they wasn't able to do it that I'm on the list for the next Thursday. They do apologize for that Thursday so I said OK. Sits in middle of road, revving engine, speeding in restricted access street where limit is 5mph, peeling out. 1st time is careless and 2nd time is harassment. I have a 34 yr old son who is Autistic and was recently diagnosed with Sleep Apatheia. I have been helping him with his Drs appointments and now his appointments to get his CPAP Machine. This process is overwhelming for him, and completely new to me so we have had to make MANY calls to Rotech to get his insurance figured out and the machine ordered. I want to personally Thank Renee F for always being so Helpful and Patient when I call. She went over the process with me to get my sons machine approved through his insurance and followed up when his approval came through. She made the whole scheduling process easy and answers all my questions every time I call, and I call a lot! Her customer service has been 5 stars for sure!!! On HOLD forever and then there is a hangup. I guess I should just call 911 or die. No service done on my concentrator in over 2 years.

Working with Rotech has been incredibly disappointing. I was placed on oxygen support for a limited time. When I tried to schedule the equipment for return in February 2025, I was told that I needed a doctor's note to end the prescription. After obtaining that note, I called to schedule pick up again. At that time, I was informed that I could have signed a document in February that would have allowed for the equipment to be picked up then instead of waiting months to see my primary for the note. In other words, I could have avoided several months of charges for equipment that was not being used and was no longer needed as of February 2025. Regardless, now with the note in hand, I scheduled pick up for July 9, 2025. Rotech could not give me a time window for the pickup, despite it being the following day. The representative told me that the driver would give us notice when they were on their way to my home to make sure that someone was available to give the equipment to the company. The driver did not do so. In fact, that notice did not come until after the driver arrived to my home and left without the equipment. I have tried to call to reschedule twice now, only to be left waiting for a representative for dozens of minutes before I have had to end the call. Rotech (corporate) then called me today, and the representative could not understand what I was explaining to her regarding the situation. She started to become very rude, at which time I told her that I'd be hanging up and calling the local office. I did that just now, and to the representative I spoke with, thank you for helping set up a pickup date and giving a range for pickup time. You were the only helpful person in this saga to date. However, I have paid nearly $1,000 in the past few months for equipment that was not being used, was not needed, and could have been picked up if the AMA was offered to me in February, when I initially asked for the equipment to be picked up. It is outrageous that a company--one that most likely caters to seniors or people that are chronically ill--is being operated like this. I'd be happy to discuss my experience with any executive at Rotech, and in fact, have requested such a call. read more

My father passed away and I have been trying to get Rotech to pick up his equipment that Medicare provided. They said they were sending someone and I stayed at home all day waiting for them and they never showed up! I tried reaching them and they now won't respond. I will contact the health department to see if they will take it. I started an order with Ro-tech on February 17 and here it is March 10 and they're telling me it'll be another 10 business days after I signed the form before they ship out my CPAP machine. When you call service number they said they have to ship your information over to somebody else then they have to review it then they have to send it to somebody else and then they'll email you the form to sign. This should be a ZERO star review. In October I did a sleep study test. Early November, BEFORE I had even received the results from my primary care physician, Rotech called me to set up a pick up for my sleep apnea machine. I said I had an appointment with my doctor at the end of the month (Nov 30) and I would not accept any machine until I had received the results of my sleep study test. A week later and still before my appointment they called again and I told them the same thing. Still, they called once more before my appointment and again I had to tell them I wanted to speak with my doctor first. At my appointment my doctor tells me I have very mild sleep apnea and losing a few lbs would cure it and she doesn't think I need a sleep machine. Great! Rotech calls the next week and I tell them that I don't need a machine based on my doctor's review of the results. They the employee gets antagonistic and say "what's the name of your doctor because we have an order from XXXXX" and I responded , "Oh, there's your issue. That's not my doctor. That's just the company I did the sleep study with." The Rotech employee apologized and said they would make a note and void the order. And yet, today, I have received my FIFTH call from them and once again have had to tell them I'm not getting their machine as it was not prescribed by my doctor. This company is relentless and doesn't know how to take "no" for an answer. They are just trying to scam people out of money as well as the insurance companies. This place's employee policies are to try and fraud people and the insurance companies. read more

Don't waste your time with Vital Care, I really wished Nevada Sleep Diagnostic did not refer me to them. I had really high hopes, but after 2 weeks of runaround. I feel like they rather have me die than take care of the of the customer. It's been nearly 3 weeks, I have yet to get any results regarding a new CPAP device. Every week it's something else. The first week was they couldn't process because they didn't have the insurance information (why didn't you guys ask that in the first place?) Then they needed all the sleepy study, prescription and face to face notes, which was faxed initially. But they did not receive it because I was given a different fax number. But the thing is, they wanted me to call my doctor to have them fax it. Why isn't there someone handling my case to reach out to them, why am I the middle man??? So now I called 12/02/19, (so it's the 3rd week now) they Kimberly called me on 11/27/19 regarding getting the USB data for my previous CPAP machine. Again, why didn't they request this information initially?! Now they want me to get ahold of Nevada Sleep Diagnostic, and have them send the data. Really? The worst company. Driver was supposed to call and set up an appointment. I and my wife both have Covid. My wife is on oxygen which is why we need this horrible company. Their delivery driver shows up. I have a sign on my door saying I am sick if you need me please call and my phone number. Instead he keeps ringing the bell. No one knows who or why as they never called. I finally get to the door and I'm shocked. I'm also in my underwear. He tries to walk in. I said excuse me you were supposed to call. My dogs are out. Why didn't you call and set a time like your office said you would. He said no that's not how this works. I said I'm sick my wife is sick you can't just come in. His exactly words were "Its now or never." I said never and slammed my door in his face. Your punk driver needs to learn some respect for people. You company needs to do what.they say they are going to do. Not what ever your crap driver feels like doing. Tried to call the office and of course they are close. THEE WORST COMPANY EXPERIENCE EVER! No one ever, ever, never, never answers the phone in Las Vegas. I'm calling during normal business hours and no matter what option I push - it goes to the same "leave a message" recording. I leave a message and they MIGHT call back way later/after hours. I need help their help during business hours when my doctors office is open so we can get the correct products ordered. It's a complete twilight zone experience. I drive over to the location and they are out of oxygen tanks! I wish my insurance was approved with a different company that actually provides customer service. DO NOT USE THEM IF YOU CAN AVOID IT! As if this nightmare company couldn't get ANY worse, I made the decision with my doctor to discontinue use of the machine. Since then, I've returned it, and then several weeks later get a NASTY letter threatening legal action, insisting they've been trying to contact me to return the machine, that's I've ignored them, (Projection much?) etc. Just a disgusting way to treat your customers Rotech. I emailed Serena who thankfully responded immediately and told me to disregard the letter they have the machine. But would I think it would end there? No....... Several weeks after that, I get an email saying a payment is about to be processed.....for the machine/equipment I no longer have. So I forwarded it to Serena and Sean saying not to let this happen. I received no response. And wouldn't you know....here we are.....I have a now fraudulent charge on my card for this. I am reporting it as fraud because that is what this company is. Their service is spotty, their "customer reps" want nothing to do with customers; and when one actually talks to them they simply threaten you to take away your machine. These people suck (big d**k*y d**ks). The sleep pap machine my wife received is ok, but the personnel are little Hitlers, and WILL NOT listen to the patient. While a RN at the VA I got spit on, called names, threatened, swung at, among other things. When you call these weenies, the little girl on the other end says "don't raise your voice I will hang up on you." Guess what, you are dealing with the public -- a public which has just been told you are about to seize a medical device, making them short tempered -- and need to grow a thicker skin. By hanging up on patients, this is how you get your company sued, and you lose big. Losing big results in you losing your job. Better idea -- grow a thicker skin, and LISTEN to the patient and help them. After all this, the little girl says "I can send you to a representative" and then you get placed in another que for another twenty minutes. read more

It was a unreal company. Calling me on July 16, to tell me we were ready to go! They had everything ready for a transfer. Then finally on August 14, 2024, a representative called me to say my in oxygen concentrator would be delivered the next day on august 15, never showed up never heard anything at all. called my insurance to see what was going on? Oh there calling you within a hour? 5 times I was told this never got a callback, then on the 28th of august. I talked to someone at alignment that said I owed them money???? ***UPDATE: Spoke with someone again today and now I was told they don't take prescriptions for pediatric patients what the hell. Why would you take the prescription in the first place then along with the chart notes from the pediatric hospital?! Now a month is wasted they shredded the rx script so now I have to take my kids back to his doctor to fill out another prescription. This whole experience is unprofessional and disappointing Horrible. It's been a month since I dropped off my sons prescription and still haven't heard from them: I've been calling and it's always the same they have trouble finding the prescription and when they do find it they say they will forward it to the right department to process it and I'll receive a call in a few days when it's ready. I never receive a call from anyone. I have a feeling the lady in the front messed it up because when I dropped off the prescription she was all frazzled and then just said they'll call you no confirmation no nothing showing that she actually sent in my prescription. At this point I want all my information back and rx script which they better still have and will go somewhere else. I'm waiting for a call back from corporate now. read more

Here's the update on my 7/24 review:: Facts: 1) Rotech failed me because AGAIN no one came to pickup the equipment even thought it was scheduled a week ago. 2) We all waited all day and by 5Pm, we decided to contact Danielle who is the sales person. We explained to him that we have been beyond frustration and asked for his help. He said he was in sales and couldn't do anything about it and we asked if he could check for us to see if the pickup guy was aware of the scheduled pickup. Then he said no pickup today, 7/24. 3) a few minutes later, Robert called and said he read all the notes and no one was available to pickup but he's supervisor, he would do the pick up before going home, that was about between 5:30pm. Robert came and did his pickup and told me the pickup order still showed the wrong address. OMG - Rotech are you for real?????? Robert provided the receipt to validate the pickup and when he left it was after 6PM. 4) Yesterday, 7/26 I received an voice mail from Rotech asking me to call back. Why? Why did you want me to call back? To attend Rotech summer cook out???LOL We don't know we should laugh or cry about the way Rotech conducts the business. The way Rotech has been handling the service starting in January 2023 till July has been outrageous and never for a minutes to consider to do the right thing for the customer. Only$$$$$$$$$$$$$ n their eyes ` Billed our insurance for no services being provided from March to June of 2023. My mom is getting billed for oxygen that she is not receiving. They stated they will keep billing her until she get a note from the doctor stating she dont need it. They havent been replacing the tank but are billing her for it. They even show it in their system that she hasnt received any replacements. And they charged her $50 to cancel it aswell? I talked to my moms insurance and sent them a copy of my bill and they are looking into it. She only has the concentrator. This is outrageous. read more

Rotech will over charge for supplies just to gouge the insurance company. I haven't had to pay for anything for a year since I got my CPAP because Rotech would accept the allowed amount by insurance. Now, out of the blue, they have jacked up prices out of greed. Why do I say greed? I can find services and supplies at a much lower cost than what they are asking. I'm now shoppiong around. This month I got a bill for supplies I have not received. Got a bill last month for other supplies they could not explain. Starting in June and July I'm now getting billed. Do not use this service.
