They listen, and do exactly what I want, and happily make adjustments if asked. They are usually busy when I go, and have plenty of service stations and staff. I usually have my ear buds with me but never use them because I like the music. Wi-Fi seems good, but I prefer to read on my kindle when they are doing my nails.

I came at 2 for my appt and they only did the pedi & said they didn't have anyone to do my mani. While I was getting a pedicure, the tech kept putting the equipment on the floor which was gross. The front desk woman assured me the manicure would happen shortly. another customer also getting a pedicure complained during that time about her mani/pedi not getting done at the same time as well. They ended up skipping me & started working on her nails. my pedicure turned out like crap, my nails are uneven and angled all weird
