Upon arrival I was offered water or coffee. Give yourself plenty of time for your appointment. Don't ever be in a rush to pick out or pick up fine jewelry! Don't be shy, lay out your budget. You'd be amazed at the deal you can get here vs. a retail store. Tiffany took care of me and answered all of my questions. She even made herself available via phone and text. Since I already had a diamond, all I was looking for was a simple setting. Tiffany sat with me and showed me several options. Luckily they had what I was looking for in stock! When it was ready to be picked up (less than 48 hrs!) She contacted me and told me how beautiful my ring was and how excited she was for me to see it. She also advised me on care and that they offer complimentary twice-annual cleanings. I can't say enough about their customer service. I was quite possibly the lowest dollar amount sale for the month but that didn't matter, I was treated like gold! If you need an engagement ring, make this your first (and probably only) stop. Buying an engagement ring is a daunting task, and I went into it with very little idea of what to expect. I feel so lucky to have found my way to Rothschild Diamonds. I worked with Sarah, who could not have been a better Sherpa to guide me through the process. I was immediately impressed with her vast knowledge and, even more than that, her ability to share that knowledge without talking over my head or speaking down to me. She made me feel comfortable in the choices I was making while offering the input that I need to be smart about those choices. In the end, she took my (rather scattered) ideas and notions, and she designed a gorgeous custom ring that perfectly suits my fiancée in every way. She delivered on a fairly tight timeline around the holidays (keeping me posted as to the progress every step of the way), and she did it all at a price that felt entirely fair (generous, even). I never once felt like Sarah was trying to sell me anything but what I wanted, and her questions, feedback, and suggestions helped me zero in on just what that was. On one knee, asking for someone to make a lifelong commitment, is a compromising position to be in. So is buying a ring without knowing up from down at the outset.
