I also spoke with the assistant manager about the service, but I can't say her attitude was much better. What made it even more frustrating was that this happened on a Saturday afternoon, and the store was practically empty. You would think they would want to take the time to help loyal customers. To be fair, I have shopped at McCaulou's many, many times, and this was the first time I had such a negative experience.
