Came out quickly and cleared out my drain like going to city sewer. Would definitely use again.

Voda of Chattanooga was absolutely the worst experience I could have had as a first time homeowner…read morewith one of our first major issues. They did not complete the work correctly, have left my house full of mold and not rectified anything. They took our insurance money and left us to start completely over from scratch with another company. Either they weren't equipped for this big of a job (which they should have spoken up and said something) or just wanted to cash in on our insurance check. Either way they got the money and get got nothing productive from them. I called them because water was leaking out of my electric socket. They came out the next day and we can to an agreement they would tear up my wall determine where any and all active water leaks were. The following day they tore up roughly 25 feet of my wall and proceeded to tell me there were no active leaks... But that doesn't make sense since water was just leaking out the other day. So they came back out and quickly looked again where they did find one hole in my exterior of my home. But this was on the furthest right side taking up only 5 feet of the 25 feet they tore up that read wet. There is no way this could have wet the other area and this was very low on the wall and there were very high parts wet. They plugged this hole so it would not continue to leak. They treated for mold and replacedy insulation. They assured me there were no other active leaks and they must have been fixed when I replaced windows 6 months prior (but then why were my walls inside still wet) when the insurance inspector came out he also didn't understand how the other 20 feet became wet and was STILL wet. This greatly messed with the amount insurance paid out. Insurance and Voda could not come to an agreement on the cost to fix my house. Insurance also advised me to get a second opinion before doing the build back and filing for anymore insurance money. They felt Voda was well over priced based on the information they had. The second opinion took us some time as we ended up really sick. Finally after a few weeks and reaching out to some companies we found someone to come out and do a second opinion on pricing. Upon his inspection he found not only is that 5 foot section still leaking but there are ACTIVE leaks on the 20 foot section that VODA swore there was none. So now all the new insulation is ruined. My walls are full of mold, water is still pouring into my home. Insurance will not pay more as they state this is a workmanship issue and Voda needs to fix it. So here I am at square one. I called the owner Keith Nash who tol me he would call around to get an inspector to help locate the leaks at this point and contact me back by the end of day. That was almost 2 months ago and he never contacted us back. Please save yourself time, money,l and stress and do not use this company.

Deserves zero stars. The worst company I have ever dealt with, I don't even know where to start. We…read morehad a house fire and ServPro/Green Team Restorations was sent out to clean up and repair our house. We had our stuff packed up and moved out so ServPro could clean our belongings from the fire as well as repair and replace damage done to the kitchen. The reconstruction was a nightmare. Craig "Hoss" Taylor and his crew were horrible. Not only was Craig the rudest, most unprofessional person to speak to, his crew did a terrible job. the painters cut every corner they could from NOT priming my walls as they were instructed to do, to not removing mirrors or hardware to paint behind,to not using drop cloths and making a huge mess in every room.. yet they certainly billed for this stuff! I would recommend every customer to go through any invoice from ServPro with a fine tooth comb because these con artists will sneak in all kinds of extra charges. Once I addressed Craig about the horrible job and corners they were cutting he told me it was my word against the painters word (i even had multiple pictures proving everything) and told me if I had a problem I could address the paint crew myself! Which I did, but I should not have been asked to do this. That is the job of the manager or supervisor, not the client. Extremely unprofessional. Then the crew unhooked my dishwasher but didn't cap any of the pipes, leaving a dripping hose laying on my kitchen floor that soaked it, and Craig had the audacity to tell me I needed to make ANOTHER insurance claim because there was a leak in my kitchen.. There was not a leak, it was his crews negligence and poor working habits. The crew also clogged both of my toilets.. After the paint job was finished they were supposed to replace all of our outlet swatch plates, but they didn't. They left every outlet and light switch in my house exposed, but they certainly billed my insurance for every outlet and light switch swatch plate AND were indeed paid over $200 for these outlet/light plates! However I still have not received any outlet/light switch covers and it has been 4 months after they finished the paint job. I have been asking managers and supervisors to pay me back for these outlet plates and instead of doing that they tried to send a guy out on January 5 2023 to count and replace the outlets covers, but the paint job was finished in July 2022 I obviously replaced them myself before freaking January 2023! I just want to be paid back for them since servepro was paid for them anyways (but like I said these guys are crooks!) As for the pack out, once they returned our stuff in august I noticed multiple large items were missing. I immediately reached out to Greg Hocking to let him know we were missing three dressers as well as a bunch of linens (curtains, pillows etc) and some other things. He told me they broke the dressers during the move, okay why was I not informed of this until now? They just didn't return these items and weren't going to say anything until I asked where my stuff was?! As for the other items, He told me he would look into them and provide the necessary information to my insurance so I could be reimbursed and replace them. Well over four months went by before he was able to look into this and provide proof (something that should've only taken a day to look into!) plus I had to call and email many many times and speak with supervisors to get him to even do that. Every time I reached out to the company for resolutions I have been given the run around. As bad as a house fire or flood can be, dealing with ServPro was worse. Do not use this company.

I told Shane which baseboards and trim we wanted, which was wood, and he gave us particleboard. I did not notice it until after they had started to install it, and my wife and I made the decision to keep it since the rebuild was taking much longer than Shane had told me. I told him about it and how unhappy I was about it. He still tried to used the same crap as crown molding. There were solid wood cabinets that were taken out and replaced with cabinets made of plywood. On August 29th, we were told the cabinets were in product and it would be two more weeks. We were told the same thing on September 11th. After my wife decided that since we kept getting the runaround on when the cabinets were going to be installed, if they were not installed by September 28th, we would go with someone else for the cabinets. The cabinets were finally installed on September 29th. They had since June 11th to build them. The shelves are not level, and appear to me to be cheaply made. Shane measured the bathroom cabinets at least twice and he still got the countertop wrong. All I got from Shane was him passing the buck. Even though he is the owner, he did not take responsibility for anything. His painters trashed our front porch. There are scrape marks and spilt paint on the porch. They did not care about our furniture. They used an antique chair as a step stool until we took it out of the house. They sprayed our antique China cabinet with paint. They missed several pieces of trim and baseboard. There are many areas of the house where there is overpaint from the walls to the ceiling, cabinets, and even on our furniture.. There is overpaint on the doors where there should not have been paint. Shane claimed to be a general contractor, even though he does not have a general contractor license. He had the audacity to go to my daughters work and interrogate her on my schedule and comings and goings. Then he asked her if she was stupid. This is all on camera and if you would like to see the footage, please email me at nmsphinders@gmail.com. Then I got the bill from GreenFrog. I went line by line and there were many things that they said they did, that they didn't, charged for things that we provided, and double charged for things they did for a total discrepancy of over $8000. If you would like the spreadsheet, please email me as I cannot attach it to the review. Connie is no better. She accused me of calling her names, which I didn't. She backed off that after I told her that the conversation was recorded. She claimed she went to my daughter's work to view the video of Shane asking my daughter if she was stupid, which she never did. She denied Shane said this, which he obviously did. These owners never took responsibility and always made excuses.
