During a service call the equipment being used malfunctioned and broke in my pipe, it took several days to locate the broken snake, which resulted in drywall being cut out in multiple places in my home. Eventually, the snake was found. now the business will not repair all the damage they caused in my home. Please note I paid them $800 plus the initial $150 for the initial service. This mistake will cost me an additional $800 to $1000 to fix my drywall. Buyer beware this company will take advantage of you if you are an elderly person. the $800 paid to them should not have been paid due to the hours occurred at my home were spent looking for an item of theirs that broke, not for what they were hired to do in the first place.
