I was never told by R&J Ertel that it was being sold without a warranty. Now they won't service it under the warranty and I have been unable to even talk to them. Every call goes unanswered. Beware! Make sure there is a warranty on any product you buy. Don't assume it comes with a factory warranty. I have dealt with R&J Ertel for over 20 years, but never again.

They were at the house less than an hour and charged her $150! The one guy called into the office to see what they were supposed to charge! They didn't even provide her an invoice. Shysters! I called and talked to Bill Kranz as to why the bill was $70 more than it should have been and he explained that it is 20 minutes each way to her house!
