    Classic Cracker Thin (18").

We visited Rotolo's today around 2:30pm and it was the perfect time to go! There was hardly anyone there, so we were seated immediately with no wait. If you're looking for a quieter time with quick service, mid-afternoon is definitely the way to do it. This was actually our second time here, and it's been amazing both times. It's so nice to find a place that's consistent with both food and service. We ordered the Classic Cracker Thin pizza and it was incredible. The crust was perfectly crispy, the flavor was on point, and the toppings were generous. It's also a HUGE pizza and could easily feed 3-4 people, which makes it a great value for the price. Our server was also so friendly and attentive. I can't remember his name, but he was one of the bartenders. We'll definitely be back again!

I've been to Rotolo's several times... usually the Memphis location. I love the pizza , especially the cracker thin (Chicago thin crust). The Brussels sprouts app is also always a favorite. It's weird but every time I've been , either Memphis or now here in Cville , the service is spotty.... Maybe because they never have enough help. The hostess at the hostess station was absent for too long, where you sort of wonder ' should I just keep standing here?' (this also happens at both locations) Today we sat at the bar and our guy was the bartender , bussing tables, and serving tables and handling the bar. He was overwhelmed but did a great job. Again, love the food , the beer, the TV's ... but the last thing that burned me was that the check adds 3% if you pay with a credit card. I mean , isn't that how most people pay at a restaurant ?? It's utterly ridiculous.

I liked most of the stuff we got but don't get deep dish here. It was more like lasagna than pizza and it didn't taste great... but the other stuff was really good! The Boudin Balls were surprisingly good. I have no idea what they are because hubby picked it but it seemed like fried meatballs or something. IDK but the ranch they came with was also really good so I enjoyed that. The cheesticks were cheesebread so IDK why change the name but whatever they were great. My friend ordered the cracker thin pizza and that was excellent! I enjoyed it a lot. Loved: - Appetizer: Boudin Balls - Appetizer: Chalmette Cheesesticks - Chicago Cracker Thin: Classic Disliked: - Deep Dish: Simple Man (pepperoni)

The pizza is delicious. They have a wonderful selection of drafts with several sours, which I enjoy. Love grabbing a bite and drinks with friends here. The pasta was completely cold in the middle. They heated it up more for me, but then the top got all burnt. That was a big disappointment and I won't order pasta again. The service was okay, nothing spectacular. For a beer centered restaurant, there are a lot of children.

    The Big Apple (Deep Dish).

We were hungry for deep dish and I saw this place close by. It's in a newish looking strip mall not accessible directly from the main thoroughfare. Just one other set of customer on a Friday for lunch. Got the Big Apple which comes in deep dish and traditional. It's an international prize competition winner. And I can see why. It was pretty tasty. We got to keep their Christmas plastic cups too. Try to eat it while hot because we took a piece home for later and cold was definitely not as impressive for the deep dish. Tried to get the fried calamari as well but they were out. Almost their "famous" cheese sticks but staff explained it's not like mozzarella sticks but more like a flat bread. So we passed.

Nice bar. My Calzone was really good; not too much dough like some places. My husband had spicy BBQ wings. He said they were really good. Memphis mule with Dominick's whiskey was tasty too.

Great food and service. A true oddity for the Memphis area. I love Collierville. You have to order the Boudin fries. They are a true treasure not to be found elsewhere. The interior is nice and inviting with a friendly staff. Service was quick and efficient. You really must give this place a try.

Amazing Italian Club (Deep Dish) Not true Chicago deep dish but still very tasty.

The host was very accommodating. Especially with my wheelchair bound husband. The waiter was very nice and not pushy in any way whatsoever. The food was amazingly tasty. All in all, it was a wonderful experience. I'd definitely recommend Rotolo's to anyone.

New restaurant in the Collierville area. Super cute restaurant in an upscale area. We stopped in to give the new location a try. While we were seated quickly and the server was friendly, we only saw our waitress once and had to track them down for refills. The food was just ok at best. We ordered the Parmesan cheese bites which looked really good when they came to the table. Unfortunately, they were soggy inside and the sauce that was served with them was not hot. We then ordered the traditional Detroit style pizza. I was not impressed and only ate one slice. Unfortunately, I would compare it to a little Ceasers deep dish pizza for 4 times the price. I'm hoping g we just ordered the wrong thing. We may give them another try the next time we are in the area.

    Shrimp scampi wrap & fries
    Natasha M.

Great addition to Collierville. The shrimp scampi wrap was something I had never heard of, but sounded appealing. It was tasty, but kinda oily. I used the olive oil as a way to baste my fries. I got the wrong beer, but what I got was ok. The service was ok, but much better than what I read in the reviews. They were clearly new employees that were getting adjusted to this new establishment. The ambiance is perfect for watching sports. Very open and plenty of tvs.

The days where restaurants were grateful to have you as patron & treated you that way to earn your continued patronage, seem to be part of the good ole days gone by. That is not the case with The Skybox Grill. I went once on a weekday & once on a hopping Friday night. Both times I left full & happy. If you're into that "Cheers" feeling, this is your place. The staff is so welcoming & kind. You feel good being there with the lively atmosphere & great people all around & the delicious food puts it a step above the rest. On the weekday lunch visit, I saw moms & kids, families, business men/women, folks at the bar glued to the game & those sitting by theirselves with their newspaper as their companion. All appeared to be welcome & content. The prices are comparable with others, but the quality & consistency of their food is much better. The portions are large enough to share or take home leftovers for another meal. The fresh made food is so yummy & getting fresh, quality food for the same as you'd spend at a fast food joint these days, makes it the perfect spot to have a great meal or grab to go that's a cut above the rest. Often, they host fundraising events in support of the local communities or have fun bands & always there is more than 15 tvs with all the sports going. Somehow, they're able to have everything in one, that works so completely cohesively. It's the perfect go to for brunch, lunch, dinner or a lively date night out. Wether you're the whole family full of kids, a lady lunching with friends, a guy grabbing a quick lunch, a couple on a date night or a whole group of friends meeting up for a night out, this place is perfect. Super safe and just minutes outside of Memphis, it's not only a gem for the Collierville folks, but easily accessible for the whole Memphis area. Perfect for taking out of town guest for a relaxed & casual dining experience too. Highly recommend. You will not be disappointed!

We were finally seated and ordered a seafood platter and a few orders of seafood gumbo. The gumbo was absolutely delicious. Shrimp that tasted amazing and sausage with great flavor. Rice cooked perfectly and overall a great dish. The seafood platter in my opinion, not worth the money. It was okay, but nothing spectacular. Coming from vegas the bar is set high on dining out as we have the best of the best in our city when it comes to places to eat. While this was a fun place to hang, it's expensive for a college town. The restaurant has a really neat vibe and is decorated better than most of the restaurants in the memphis area. We came at 5:00 on a Saturday night and we were seated immediately without reservations, but when we left, they did have a small wait to get a table. We started with the pimento cheese toastie which was garlic bread with melty pimento cheese on top. We both really enjoyed it. I decided on the filet with peppercorn sauce. I asked for it it to be butterflied. My steak was cooked to perfection with the perfect amount of pink and it sliced like butter. I got the peppercorn sauce on the side and used it for a dipping sauce. I really liked the sauce, but it is really peppery. While I loved it, some might find it a little spicy. My husband had the bourbon glazed porterhouse pork chop. His was cooked perfectly fly as well and was super tender. He really enjoyed it, but mentioned that the sauce did have something in it that gave it a little spice. We shared an order of rosemary duck fat fries as the entrees come à la cart with no sides. It was, without exaggeration, one of the worst dishes I've had there. The menu described it as chicken thigh, but it was clearly chicken breast. The dish lacked basic seasoning and flavor. There was very little salt, umami, or curry flavor. The rice was wet, overcooked, and mushy. Overall, the entire meal tasted like something taken from a grocery store freezer section and reheated. At this point, I would recommend sticking to the fries and the burgers, which remain the strongest items on the menu.

I went in with my food critics hat on and was open about the fact that I was evaluating the restaurant. The server, who was also the bartender, Miguel, was over the top friendly. He guaranteed that the food would be better than I hoped and authentic. He explained that the owners were from Metarie, Louisiana and that they brought the flavor with them. I ordered country fried steak with brown gravy, fried okra and steamed broccoli with extra butter. I asked for a cup of the jambalaya as an appetizer for good measure. First the jambalaya was some of the best I have ever had. It was flavorful, fragrant, hot and the rice was perfectly cooked. Not to be taken lightly is the phrase "best I ever had". I have traveled and it's not just the best in this area, but better than that I have had in all of my travels to Louisiana and the gulf states. The okra was seasoned perfectly, hot and tasted fresh not frozen. Another score. The broccoli looked like it might have been the loser on the table as I didn't see the extra butter I requested, but I tried it. The butter was all over it already and it was very very well seasoned. I was shocked. Actually shocked. Do you know how many restaurants get this wrong? Far far more than get it right. And it was right. The country fried steak was also no slouch. The breading was crunchy, seasoned and not over or under cooked. The gravy was able to accompany the dish without making it soggy and the item did not come to my table dripping with pan grease. Yet another win. I met the owner on my way out and complimented her restaurant's service and food. I will definitely be back and will recommend the place to all who ask. Great job and hats off to you.
