The very kind gentleman said the ring would be ready in about 30 minutes. When I went back to get the ring he asked me if it was my boyfriend's daughter's ring and I said yes and that, sadly, she had passed away a few days ago from a short battle with cancer at the age of 41 and my boyfriend wanted to wear it in her memory. This very kind gentlemen handed me the ring and said "no charge, I have five daughters." Needless to say, I started crying again.
