Recently, I asked him to design a charm that looked like Chicago's "The Bean" sculpture. I live in Chicago and could not find any jeweler that had one or could find one for me, so I reached out to Stephen. He retrieved the exact dimensions of the Bean off the internet to get an accurate scale and sent me several wax castings to choose from. He helped me pick the one that would look best with all the other charms, checked all the charms on my bracelet to make sure the jump rings were soldered, and polished the entire bracelet before sending it back to me.
