Needed brakes and rotors and they got me in quick and did an excellent job. I'm very pleased with them as a couple years ago I had a low tire pressure light as we were leaving for a long trip. They checked out all 4 tires and assured me the tires were fine and made sure they had the correct pressure...at no charge. read more

Had a nail in the tire, just needed it removed and pluged, after going to tire discount and having to respectfully decline purchasing 4 new tires, i mean, i just want the nail out and plug the tire, not shell out 500 for 4 new tires I left and found Rott's Tires, Wayne did a excellent job, did exactly what I asked and needed done without trying to sell me tires or give me any nonsense. Good honest place, I reccomend people start supporting your local business and stay away from the corporations. Im starting to see a common trend with the big corporate stores down here, im only going to local businesses. Had a tire on our pop up camper to blow on the way to Lakewood Campground. Spare looked dry rotted too. Lakewood recommended Rotts. They came by our camp site, picked up the bad tire and spare and brought back two new tires. I installed myself to save money, but they do that too. Friendly service. I rented a U-Haul car transport from these people and was quoted a price on insurance. when I went to pick up the trailer, the price had doubled. Then she lied about the price she quoted me when my girlfriend was standing right beside me and heard her as well. After I get home, a U-Haul rep called me and asked how my experience was. I come to find out that the woman also lied about what the insurance did and did not cover. As a business owner myself, I would NEVER conduct business in this manner. The young man who was there when I picked up the trailer was very polite, but I would NEVER use ROTT'S again for anything!!!! read more

I took my van here several times for brake issues. He put new brake pads, rotors and calipers. I kept telling him they weren't working right. They were braking when I wasn't touching the brake causing a burning smell and even smoke. My last time he told me I needed a new ABS module. He quoted me a price of $650, the park he said cost $450. I use my car for work as I am in sales. After he had my car for two weeks and kept telling me he couldn't get the park I had to buy a car so I could work. For the next three months I would call to check and could never get Wayne on the phone and he never returned my call. Finally three months later he called and said it was done and I owed him $894. He said the park cost more and came in two parts and he ended up having to get a used part and he had to replace the battery. So I called the dealer and got a price for the part new being $412 and they had them in stock (he told me the parts were on back order). I also knew my battery was fairly new so I called autozone where I bought my battery and they looked it up and told me it was still under warranty. So I called Wayne back with my verified information and had a get real conversation with him. He said he would get my old battery back and I could warranty it out. He called the next day and told me now my price out the door with his new battery was $402.50. So how does the job all of the sudden get so much less expensive. One look under the hood shows me he put in a used ABS module. And I still paid for his new battery. Do not ever trust him with your vehicle!! He was prepared to charge me $500 more until I did some research. For three months I was sympathetic to him not thinking he was trying to take advantage of me. He can not be trusted at all. I never agreed to a used part. The job was a one hour job and Volkswagen had them in stock so had I taken my van there I would have gotten my car fixed in a day for the original agreed upon price. read more
