I went in with a code on my dashboard and another issue I was concerned about he was kind enough after explaining some of what the cost would be to move forward should we have a real problem, we walk out to my truck he puts the machine on to check codes. Invaluable information. Incredible knowledge of my situation at hand . Larry spoke to me not as a woman but as a customer who really quite understood the situation at hand respectfully and with complete honesty . As if the problem I was incurring was his own problem and how one might proceed. Couldn't be happier with the service. Very friendly and courteous. We came in to see about getting a tire repaired after having a flat the night before. They had us in and out in 30 minutes. Plugged the tire put it on and replaced the little temporary tire to its storage compartment under the van. All under $30. read more

I have my oil changed here and other services. Today I got a flat tire and waited 90 minutes for triple A. Once I arrived at Firestone, I was helped right away with no appointment and had my tires replaced and an alignment within 90 minutes. The manager always try's to help with Firestone coupons if applicable. I will continue to service my car here for as long as I owe it. read more

Come here if you want some tires, but if your car is broken down and you need it to be reliable, take it elsewhere. I had a car that went in with a no start condition, paid $200 for a tow these people recommended, paid almost $400 for a d*** mass airflow sensor, because they were more concerned with getting the check engine light off the dash of a 97 Oldsmobile instead of just making the d*** thing where it would start and drive properly. Picked up the car , drove it half a mile and parked it, doesn't start again. Went to try and get it made right and the a**hole of a manager said my 2 options were get my money back or put the broken part back on. I'm aware that the company will probably do nothing about this , but you the customer need to be aware that this is the type of s*** they do over there. TLDR, go for tires and nothing else, don't deal with the c***s***er manager (try and deal with Alex, super nice dude and actually gives af about your situation) read more

My husband and I have 2 work vehicles and a person vehicle. We had issues with all 3. Larry and his team were very honest and worked diligently to fix the issues. We would highly recommend this location! Ladies Larry even took out to the garage under my Jeep and explained in detail what was fixed. That was a first! Normally I don't even like giving bad reviews..this one is mainly just to WARN OTHERS. I came to this place for an oil change. I was advise that I could get the "new" oil change for 10,000 miles it would last longer and I basically paid for it too. Well 5,0000 miles later my oil light comes on so naturally I took it back to them. I was then advise by the tech he says oh...well you have 250,000 it's normal for oil leaks and recommended me to a transmission place and so forth so then he says to me well we can check it and quoted me all these expensive prices $200-$800. All this time I'm thinking wow..my light never came on until I went to them...so never the less I find out from an honest car place right across the street from them, they told me that it was the quality of the oil that they were putting in my car that was causing the oil light to come on and it was simply burning the oil fast. Wow..so I'm thinking what if I listened to Firestone $800 later...not only that they probably would have screwed me over more and it could of been a very very hefty price if matters got worst not to mention about my engine!!... I just got new tires from this location and an alignment last week. Alex is the service manager and I met a couple of the other folks who work there (Larry, etc.). They are all very competent and honest. They provided me three tire quotes ranging from $600-$1000 based on what I wanted to spend. I got the best tires since I checked other places and there were commensurate with what Firestone quoted. There is also a free credit card you can get there and 0% financing for 6+ months so it is 1) professional competent service and 2) best value. These young people (well younger than me) who work there are very knowledgeable and honest. Highly recommend. If you get an alignment pay the extra ~$50 and it is LIFETIME. I can roll in there anytime and get both of my vehicles wheel alignments. Volvo charges me $150 each time I get an alignment so of course I go to Firestone. FYI I am an engineeer and I can tell these gentlemen know what they are doing. I sued to do my own work on my car and it is just easier for me now to go here. read more

Went in for an alignment Larry up front told me about there lifetime alignment so I went with that I was so happy I did! Mark worked on my car and I was beyond happy all around! They earned my business today for life!! I have always had a hard time finding a good mechanic but today was that day they all where so professional I was blown away how they where not trying to push this and that on me knowing I didn't need it! 5 star service all around! read more

Scheduled an oil change online and when I came into the shop, he (Larry - assuming he was the manager) couldn't find my account with Firestone (I've had oil changed at different locations) and quite rudely questioned whether the phone number I gave him was correct and actually argued with me until he realized the phone number was correct and found my account (he couldn't find it because of something that was entered incorrectly about my car). He was very short with me and never made eye contact. While the oil change was very fast, it felt as though he was just trying to get me out of there. After paying he gave me my paperwork and mumbled something about a product I could get to put in my fuel tank but never actually explained what it was. When I looked at the paperwork later it stated that I "declined" the fuel cleaner service, but I was actually never even asked about it. Needless to say, I will not be visiting this location again and I will probably not use Firestone again. read more

I'm giving this one star because I can't give it no stars. I went in for an oil change appointment where they originally couldn't find my appointment after waiting for my oil change they brought out two filters. I didNt trust they were my air filters so I began to watch to make sure they put them back in my truck as they sat on the tool box. As I did this the manager stepped out of the garage and asked if there was an issue. I stated I was watching my truck. He asked why I explained to him about the filters and as I did that they shut my hood with out placing them back in my truck. I stated that's why I was watching at this point he got very rude with me and stated people make mistakes I agreed he wanted to continue to argue giving me a discount at first. I stated I wasn't looking for a discount I just wanted to make sure I got my filters back in the car. He stated that he didn't appreciate me accusing his workers of being untrustworthy and gave me free service stating he doesn't need my money. Manager was extremely unprofessional and this topic seemed to be sensitive to him. I will never service another one of mine or my wife's vehicles at this location.
