Their food case could also use some attention (things like the biscuits being displayed cold make them look almost like pretend food and an empty case can be a little off-putting visually.) That being said, the service and the quality of their espresso and matcha drinks make up for it.

The customer service was good, the staff were friendly. This would be a nice stop after shopper if you just want to sit down for a brief to enjoy coffee and a snack. The oolong Milky tea was what I chose, it was not what I thought it was, it was just a regular tea. The New Ice coffee was okay, not really a special flair to it. The New Orleans Iced Coffee with Chicory. Chicory is a root, that is very popular to get in coffee in New Orleans. First, I love the tiny ice cubes used in this coffee. Why doesn't every single coffee shop offer the tiny ice cubes? They keep your drink cold, while they don't take a ton of volume away from your coffee! I love the chicory flavor of this coffee! It's naturally nutty and a tiny bit chocolatey without any syrups. This area at Whole Foods has some yellow bar stools for seating options. If I was in the area I would keep an eye out for French Truck Coffee.

I really just like to come and get their eggs over medium, but their biscuit options look ASTOUNDING. I'm just not a biscuit girl lol. I love the ambiance. I love the bright colors. Walked in stood at the very front no one waiting, the blinds closed on drive thru window and a young lady standing there totally unaware or didn't care ( take your pick) that we had been standing there waiting to be acknowledged or waved at or even given the finger.... And not until the older lady who by the way was the only one working the last time we visited came out of back and asked our order which was 2 med puccini's (nothing else nothing special, no foam, no reduced milk, no extra shot) and then the younger lady just walked over to start making our coffee. Now you have to realize that we come into town to visit about 3 times a year this is not like we frequently visit and this just was a one off thing this happens every time! Yet because of the location and my husband's apparent inability to remember the past we must endure the total lack of customer service for hot bean water. There are also a lot of outlets anf the music is not too loud in my opinion, so I believe it is the perfect study spot. I ordered Brown Sugar Shaken Espresso with oat milk and I am not the biggest fan of it. There was a weird sour after taste to the coffee which I am unsure where it is coming from. I imagine if it was a little sweeter, it may have been more enjoyable. When I sat down to start on some work, I tried to connect to the cafe wifi, having seen the password posted on a sheet of paper near the counter. The wifi gave me and my friend a couple issues when trying to connect. After about 5-10 minutes of errors and no internet signals, we decided to use out hotspots. We were eventually able to use the wifi after maybe 30 minutes, so if you are able to find a connection, it is fine but if you are unable to, it can be frustrating.
